Abstract
Description
前記複数のスペーサは前記溝部に挿入可能な複数の大径のスペーサと、複数の小径のスペーサとを備え、前記大径のスペーサの何れかに、前記ローラを押付ける押圧力をばね部材により持たせ、前記内輪及び外輪との間の回転抵抗を調整するように形成されていることを特徴とする。
図1乃至図4には本考案に係る回転機構の一実施例が夫々示されており、図示は省略するも、回転機構を作業台に適用した場合には、作業台上に種々の工具が載置される。この作業台に代えて車両用座席に適用すれば、回転調整可能な回転式座席を得ることができる。

Claims (4)
- 回転自在な状態に組合わされる内輪及び外輪と、前記内輪及び外輪との間に形成された溝部と、該溝部に挿入された複数のローラと、該ローラ同士を直接接触させないようにローラ間に設置された複数のスペーサと、前記内輪及び外輪との間に形成された溝部に挿入された潤滑剤とを備えた回転機構において、
前記複数のスペーサは前記溝部に挿入可能な複数の大径のスペーサと、複数の小径のスペーサとを備え、前記大径のスペーサの何れかに、前記ローラを押付ける押圧力をばね部材により持たせ、前記内輪及び外輪との間の回転抵抗を調整するように形成されていることを特徴とする回転機構。 - 前記大径のスペーサを長手方向に分割形成し、該分割部に相互に対向する状態で断面略U字状の凹部を形成し、該断面略U字状の凹部の底部に夫々透孔を設け、断面略U字状の凹部にばね部材の両端を夫々挿入し、前記断面略U字状の凹部の底部の透孔を介して潤滑剤が循環可能に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転機構。
- 前記断面略U字状の凹部の外側の底部に前記ローラの外周曲面と当接するテーパー面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転機構。
- 前記内輪及び外輪との間に形成された溝部に前記ローラ及びスペーサを挿入する挿入口が前記内輪側に形成され、該挿入口が蓋体により遮蔽されると共に、蓋体が平面から見て略台形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の回転機構。
