【解決手段】加工こんにゃくは平面形状が長方形の板こんにゃく1であって、その片面側において縦方向ならびに横方向に格子状に5mm前後のピッチで深さの浅い切り目5を入れてあり、この板こんにゃくの横方向中央に深さの浅い切り目5よりも深さの深い切り目4を入れ、またこの板こんにゃくの長さ方向に等間隔おきに複数個所で深さの浅い切り目5よりも深さの深い切り目3を入れるので、容易に複数個のサイコロ状のこんにゃくブロック2に分割することができ、こんにゃくブロック2には調味料が浸み込み易い。

- 平面形状が長方形の板こんにゃくであって、その片面側において縦方向ならびに横方向に格子状に5mm前後のピッチで深さの浅い切り目を入れてあり、この板こんにゃくの横方向中央に前記深さの浅い切り目よりも深さの深い切り目を入れ、またこの板こんにゃくの長さ方向に等間隔おきに複数個所で前記深さの浅い切り目よりも深さの深い切り目を入れてなることを特徴とする加工こんにゃく。
