Claims (6)
- 使用中の電池の健康状態を監視するための電池健康状態監視構造において、該電池は複数の電池コアで構成され、これら電池コアは該監視構造の監視を受け、該監視構造は、
該電池内に設けられる検出装置であって、整合モジュールと、該整合モジュールに接続された中央処理器と複数の検出素子を具え、該検出素子は各該電池コアにそれぞれ設置され、それぞれ該電池コアの電圧信号と温度信号を検出し、且つ該整合モジュールは該電圧信号と温度信号を収集し出力し、該中央処理器は変換ユニットと、該変換ユニットに接続されたCPUを具え、該変換ユニットが該整合モジュールの出力した該電圧信号と該温度信号を受信し、これら信号を電圧データと温度データに変換し、該CPUが得られた電圧データと温度データを該CPU内に予め保存された設定値と比較する、上記検出装置と、 監視装置であって、該CPUに接続され、並びに該CPUが、得た電圧データと温度データを該設定値と比較した後、比較結果が異常状況を有する時、該CPUは、異常信号を該監視装置に伝送し、該監視装置が異常アラーム表示を行う、上記監視装置と、
を包含したことを特徴とする、電池健康状態監視構造。 - 請求項1記載の電池健康状態監視構造において、各電池コアに別に該電池コアの電流信号を検出する検出素子が設置され、この検出素子の検出した電流信号が直接中央処理器に伝送され、変換、対比及び判別に供されることを特徴とする、電池健康状態監視構造。
- 請求項1記載の電池健康状態監視構造において、該監視装置は該CPUの信号を受け取るコントローラと、該コントローラに接続された表示器を具えたことを特徴とする、電池健康状態監視構造。
- 請求項3記載の電池健康状態監視構造において、該コントローラは該CPUの信号を受け取る送受ユニットと、該送受ユニットに接続された処理ユニットを具えたことを特徴とする、電池健康状態監視構造。
- 請求項3記載の電池健康状態監視構造において、該表示器はランプ信号により異常状況を表示するものであることを特徴とする、電池健康状態監視構造。
- 請求項1又は請求項2又は請求項3記載の電池健康状態監視構造において、該電池は複数が組み合わされて電池セットを構成し、且つ該電池は相互に接続されていることを特徴とする、電池健康状態監視構造。
