- アルミハウジングによって包覆され、陽極ターミナルリードと陰極ターミナルリードとを伸出して外部の電子部品に電気的に接続自在なコアを含むキャパシターにおいて、
前記アルミハウジングの表面は、金属アルミニウム転化処理によって、アルミ酸化物絶縁層が形成されていることを特徴とするキャパシター。 - 前記アルミ酸化物絶縁層は、前記アルミハウジングの外表面に形成されている、請求項1に記載のキャパシター。
- 前記アルミ酸化物絶縁層は、前記アルミハウジングの内表面に形成されている、請求項1に記載のキャパシター。
- 前記アルミ酸化物絶縁層は、前記アルミハウジングの内表面と外表面とに形成されている、請求項1に記載のキャパシター。
- 前記アルミ酸化物絶縁層の厚さは、1〜200μm、好ましくは、10〜50μmである、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載のキャパシター。
- 前記アルミ酸化物絶縁層は、陽極処理、浸漬処理を含む表面転化方式によって形成されている、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1つに記載のキャパシター。
- キャパシター形態が、挿入型、SMD型、液体電解型の形態を含んでいる、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1つに記載のキャパシター。
- 前記アルミ酸化物絶縁層の厚さは、キャパシターの定格電圧が高い程厚い、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1つに記載のキャパシター。
