- 太陽電池の基板に設けられた電極構造であって、
前記基板上に設けられたバスバー電極と、
前記バスバー電極の両側に設けられたくし型電極と、を備え、
前記くし型電極は、第一端と第二端を有し、
前記第一端の幅は前記第二端の幅より広く、
前記第一端は前記バスバー電極と連結していることを特徴とする電極構造。 - 前記各くし型電極は、前記第一端から前記第二端に収斂される形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極構造。
- 前記くし型電極は、台形の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電極構造。
- 前記第一端の幅は60μmから110μmであり、前記第二端の幅は40μmから100μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極構造。
- 前記第一端の幅と前記第二端の幅の差は、5μmから70μmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極構造。
