Claims (5)
- 自動車のスプリングストラットに設けられるコイルばねのばね受けのための支持部材であって、当該支持部材がスプリングストラットにおいてダンパーのダンパーチューブに、一平面内に配置され半径方向で張り出した支持部を介して受容されて高さ調節可能に保持されている形式のものにおいて、当該支持部材(5)が成形された金属薄板部品からなり、該金属薄板部品がダンパーチューブ(7)に関して同心的に配置されるスリーブ部分(8)を有しており、スリーブ部分(8)が支持部(6)のための受容部としての周囲に配置されたプレス加工凹部(9,10)を有しており、スリーブ部分(8)に対して起こされたフランジ(11)がばね受け(4)に向けられており、スリーブ部分(8)から起こされたフランジ(11)への移行領域(B)に分配配置された複数の加圧加工凹部(14)が設けられていることを特徴とする、支持部材。
- プレス加工凹部(9,10)が、ダンパーチューブ(7)に設けられる半径方向で張り出した支持部(6)のための受容ポケットからなり、均等にスリーブ部分(8)の周囲にわたって分配配置されており、かつ受容ポケットが交互に、一平面(X−X)内に配置された支持部(6)のためのそれぞれ異なる受容高さ(HおよびH1)を有する、請求項1記載の支持部材。
- 加圧加工凹部(14)が、スリーブ部分(8)とフランジ(11)との間の移行領域(B)でスリーブ部分(8)に弧状(孤B1)に侵入し、フランジ(11)の周縁(U)の近傍まで延在し、かつ三角形の輪郭(K)を有する、請求項1または2記載の支持部材。
- プレス加工凹部(9,10)の受容ポケットが上側の支持領域にそれぞれ1つの斜面(15)を有しており、斜面(15)がそれぞれ、ダンパーチューブ(7)に設けられる外側に張り出した支持部(6)の斜面(16)に合致する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の支持部材。
- 軽量化する複数の円形の開口(17)がフランジ(11)において加圧加工凹部(14)の間に設けられており、かつ少なくとも加圧加工凹部(14)の領域に切欠き(18)が設けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の支持部材。
