Abstract
【解決手段】油タンク2及び水タンク3から所定の割合で供給される油と水を収容して攪拌機4により攪拌混合する攪拌タンク5と、該攪拌タンク5から油水混合燃料6を吸引して所定の圧力で供給する圧力ポンプ7と、該圧力ポンプ7から供給される油水混合燃料を噴射すると共に空気の送風により旋回気流を発生させて燃焼させるバーナー8とを備え、前記バーナー8は、バーナー筒体8aと、該バーナー筒体8aの奥部に縮径して設けられ送風機17から供給される送風空気を軸方向に沿って導入する送風導入路14と、該送風導入路14の軸心部に配置された燃料噴射ノズル15と、該燃料噴射ノズル15の上流側軸心線上に回転自在に設けられ送風圧により回転して旋回気流を発生させる羽根車16とを有している。

Claims (3)
- 油タンク及び水タンクから所定の割合で供給される油と水を収容して攪拌機により攪拌混合する攪拌タンクと、該攪拌タンクから油水混合燃料を吸引して所定の圧力で供給する圧力ポンプと、該圧力ポンプから供給される油水混合燃料を噴射すると共に空気の送風により旋回気流を発生させて燃焼させるバーナーとを備え、前記バーナーは、バーナー筒体と、該バーナー筒体の奥部に縮径して設けられ送風機から供給される送風空気を軸方向に沿って導入する送風導入路と、該送風導入路の軸心部に配置された燃料噴射ノズルと、該燃料噴射ノズルの上流側軸心線上に回転自在に設けられ送風圧により回転して旋回気流を発生させる羽根車とを有していることを特徴とする油水混合燃焼装置。
- 前記羽根車は、前記燃料噴射ノズルの上流側軸心線上に複数設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の油水混合燃焼装置。
- 前記油タンク及び水タンクから攪拌タンクに通じる管路と、攪拌タンクから圧力ポンプに通じる管路には、ゴミを除去するための金網を有するストレーナが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の油水混合燃焼装置。
