Abstract

【課題】各配線の挿入及び引抜き作業の効率が良くなり、作業期間の短縮ができる配線絡まり防止器具を提供する。
【解決手段】中央に切れ目を持った引き込線用穴１（２）を設け、その両側に引き込線用穴２（３）・引き込線用穴３（４）を設け、全体の外面にガイドを設置する。

Description

考案の詳細な説明
本考案は、電気・給水・下水・光ファイバー及び、通信線等を総合して先行配線する際に、管内に挿入する各引き込線が絡まらない様にする絡まり防止器具に関する。
従来、配線絡まり防止器具は、引き込線用の穴が設けてあるだけなので、配線作業時の引き抜き及び挿入を行う際、配線絡まり防止器具が管内にて倒れてしまい、作業がはか取らないという欠点があった。
 考案が解決しようとする課題
本案は、その欠点を除いて、配線作業時に、配線絡まり防止器具が倒れない様に開発しようとするものである。
課題を解決するための手段
その解決手段を図面を追いながら説明すれば、ガイド付配線絡まり防止器具本体（１）の中央に引き込線用穴１（２）を設置し、その両側に引き込線用穴２（３）と引き込線用穴３（４）を設置する。
引き込線用穴１（２）は引き込線用穴３（４）にむけて切れ目（６）を入れる。
ガイド付配線絡まり防止器具本体（１）の外面を包むようにガイド（５）を設置する。
本案は、以上のような構造であるから電気・給水・下水・光ファイバー・通信線等をまとめて先行配線する際、その管内に当該配線絡まり防止器具を設置すると、各線の挿入作業時及び引き抜き作業時に配線絡まり防止器具が倒れることがなくなる。
 考案の効果
したがって、各配線の挿入及び引き抜き作業の効率は良くなり、作業期間の短縮をする事ができる。
上記、ガイド付配線絡まり防止器具は、必要に応じて３穴以上の引き込線用穴を設ける事ができる。

  1. 中央に引き込線用穴１（２）を設け、その両側に引き込線用穴２（３）、引き込線用穴３（４）を設け、引き込線用穴１（２）に切れ目（６）を設け、全体の外面にガイド（５）を設けた配線絡まり防止器具。
