Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 4, a conventional tile panel 1 has a plurality of tiles 5 arranged in parallel by forming joints 4 at predetermined intervals on a panel substrate 2 to which an adhesive 3 is applied. The joint portion 4 is filled with a joint material 6 such as cement mortar. As the joint filling method for the joint portion 4, for example, a paint joint method and a first joint method are used. The former method is a method in which the joint material 6 is poured into the entire area from the surface of the tile 5 to the inside of the joint portion 4 and then the joint material 6 attached to the surface of the tile 5 is removed. On the other hand, the latter method is a method in which each of the joints 4 is filled with the joint material 6 using a joint iron to finish the joint. However, this joint filling step requires time and labor, and is difficult to mechanize, which has caused a complicated process and increased costs.

Panel 7 has been developed. However, when applying the adhesive 3 on the panel substrate 2, it is very difficult to apply the adhesive 3 uniformly and efficiently over the entire surface of the panel substrate 2, and there are places where the adhesive 3 is not applied. There was. However, when the portion where the adhesive 3 is not applied coincides with the joint 4, the color tone is different from that of the joint 4 where the adhesive 3 is applied, and there is a problem that the appearance is very poor.

In the first step, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 (A), a self-smoothing adhesive 13 is applied on a panel substrate 12 in a plurality of lines using a coating device 21. It is. The panel substrate 12 is a so-called siding material used for an outer wall surface or the like of a building frame, and its material is, for example, cement, calcium silicate, gypsum, resin, steel, or the like, and is not particularly limited.

An organic adhesive such as epoxy or modified silicon, or an intermediate adhesive between organic and inorganic, such as polymer cement, is used. In particular, when an organic adhesive is used as the adhesive 13, the efflorescence phenomenon of the finally obtained adhesive layer 17 (see FIG. 3C) itself does not cause a problem unlike the inorganic adhesive, so This is preferable because color unevenness can be completely prevented. The fluidity of the adhesive 13 can be adjusted by adjusting the amount of water, an organic solvent, or the like, or the amount of aggregate, or by adjusting the molecular weight of the resin. It is preferable to use the adhesive 13 whose color when cured matches the color of the panel substrate 12. This is because even if a portion where the adhesive is not applied occurs and the portion and the joint portion coincide with each other, the color of the entire joint portion is the same and the appearance is not deteriorated. It should be noted that a powdery material such as color sand may be adhered to the adhesive layer of the joint portion 14 to improve the design of the joint portion and the durability of the adhesive. In this case, in view of the gist of the present invention, it is preferable to select a powder having the same color as the adhesive and the panel substrate.

And a coating head 23 for spraying and applying a plurality of strips 3 in a stripe form. The coating head 23 is divided into a plurality of blocks 24, and an adhesive pressure feed pipe 25 is joined to each of the blocks 24. The application head 23 spouts the adhesive 13 pressure-fed from an adhesive supply device (not shown) from one or a plurality of discharge ports (not shown) opened in each block 24. The division into a plurality of blocks 24 is for making the discharge amount discharged from each discharge port uniform. According to the application method as described above, there is no loss of the adhesive, and it is possible to apply the adhesive uniformly over the entire surface very efficiently in terms of time and material.

As shown in (B), the adhesive layer 17 having a continuous and uniform thickness is naturally formed on the panel substrate 12. At this time, by applying heat or vibration to the adhesive layer 17, the fluidity of the adhesive layer 17 may be further increased, and smoothing may be promoted.

In this case, the adhesive that has laid off the tiles 14 from the tile attachment position is naturally smoothened by its high fluidity by taking appropriate time after the gaps are arranged vertically and horizontally. The final step is to obtain the tile panel 21 by curing the adhesive layer 17 with a curing shelf or the like.

In this case, even when the joint where the adhesive is not applied matches the joint (see FIG. 5), the color of the joint where the adhesive is applied and the joint where the adhesive is not applied are matched. Thus, it is possible to provide a good-looking tile panel in which the color tone of the entire joint portion is the same.
