BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for fixing gravel or the like on concrete. In general, promenades, parks, gardens, entrances of restaurants, entrance roads, museums, gymnasiums,
On the outer wall of a building, such as a plaza on the site of a building such as a museum, use decorative concrete in which a part of decorative aggregate such as gravel is embedded in the concrete surface as shown in FIG. I have been. In the present specification, the structure shown in FIG. 1 is simply referred to as decorative concrete.

The washing method comprises the following steps. A foundation concrete layer 2 is provided on a crusher run 1. Crusher run 1 and the foundation concrete layer are called foundation. A mortar layer 3 is provided thereon, and a decorative aggregate 4
Is applied. This state is shown in FIG. Next, a hardening retardant is sprayed on the pre-grout mortar 5 and a cured plastic sheet 6 is put thereon. This state is shown in FIG. Next is 2 hours in summer
It is left for 3 hours, and for 4 to 6 hours in winter, and the part other than the surface of the pre-grout mortar 5 is cured. The surface of layer 5 does not cure due to the presence of a cure retarder. The cured sheet is removed, and the mortar component that is not hardened on the mortar 5 is washed out with water to form decorative concrete. This state is shown in FIG.

[0005] (1) The application of the curing retarder must be performed uniformly, and the time for washing with the water from the application of the curing agent depends on the temperature. Therefore, this method must be performed by skilled personnel.

[0006] (2) In the washing step with water, a large amount of cement sludge flows out, and it is impossible to flow this out to a sewage facility. This is because the rinsed cement clogs the drain pipe, which is important. Therefore, the place where the work can be performed is very limited.

To a concrete decorative method, which comprises pressing the mortar into the mortar composition and curing the mortar composition in that state.

(A) As shown in FIG. 5, when the decorative aggregate is placed on the mortar composition, the weight of the decorative aggregate itself is still under the effect of the stone of 0.2 to 15 mm contained in the mortar composition 14. It sometimes happened that the cosmetic aggregate sinked into the mortar composition, and the cosmetic aggregate sinking into the mortar composition by its own weight made the surface state unstable and uniform. It has become difficult to make products.

(B) When pressure is applied to the decorative aggregate to push the decorative aggregate into the mortar composition, the mortar composition sometimes rises abnormally. In this case, the finished decorative concrete did not have the state as shown in FIG. 1 but became as shown in FIG. With this, the appearance of the decorative concrete was not good.

(C) The decorative aggregate must be placed on the mortar composition after it has been wetted without fail. Since the surface layer of the mortar composition is dry, the dried cosmetic aggregate is placed on the mortar composition and pressed in, and both of the contact surfaces between the dry cosmetic aggregate and the surface layer of the mortar composition are dried. There is no affinity, and as a result, the decorative aggregate does not completely adapt to the mortar, and the mortar rises. Also, if the decorative aggregate is too wet, the mortar around the decorative aggregate is too wet and soft, the stones sink too much, and the mortar tends to be efflorescent, which makes the mortar unattractive.

(D) After applying pressure to the decorative aggregate and pushing it in, no one can rest on it until the mortar has hardened to some extent. For this reason, at the site, a worker must wear plaster clogs from the back and work.

A resolution to be means inventors have placed the net area of the opening is 4 mm 2 -100 mm 2 on the mortar composition before placing the decorative aggregates on the mortar composition, thereon It has been discovered that the above two disadvantages can be solved by placing decorative aggregate, and the present invention has been achieved.

[0019] The present invention relates to a method for producing cement, sand,
Providing a mortar composition comprising water and ordinary mortar additives and stones having an average particle size of 0.2 to 15 mm,
While the mortar composition is not cured, the size of the opening is placed a net 4 mm 2 100 mm 2 on the composition,
A decorative aggregate having an average particle size greater than the stone is then placed on the surface of the mortar composition and pressure is applied to the decorative aggregate simultaneously with or after placing the decorative aggregate on the mortar composition. A part of the decorative aggregate is pressed into the mortar composition, and the mortar composition is cured in that state. The present invention also provides cement, sand,
And attaching a mortar composition comprising water and conventional mortar additives, while the mortar composition is not cured, the size of the opening is placed a net 4 mm 2 100 mm 2 on the composition, 3 mm A cosmetic aggregate having the above size is placed on the surface of the mortar composition, and the cosmetic aggregate is subjected to pressure simultaneously with or after the cosmetic aggregate is placed on the mortar composition. In the mortar composition and curing the mortar composition in that state.

As shown in FIG. 7, the crusher run 2
1, a foundation concrete layer 22 is provided. The crusher run 21 and the foundation concrete 22 are called a foundation.
The structure of the foundation is arbitrary, and may be another structure. Stone with an average particle size of 0.2-15 mm optionally on the foundation,
Preferably, a mortar composition 23 containing building material stone, cement, sand, water, resin and ordinary mortar additives is provided. Or the area of the opening while the mortar composition is not cured Place 4 mm 2 100 mm 2 of the network 25, then placed by hand decorative aggregate 26 having a larger average particle size than the stones on top of the net Or using a device such as a sieve. As soon as possible after application, the stones may be pressed one by one, or a large number of stones may be pressed simultaneously on a flat plate to embed part of the stone in the mortar composition. The resulting decorative concrete is shown in FIG.

In the present invention, since a net is used, the decorative aggregate does not sink into the mortar composition by its own weight. Also, when the decorative aggregate is pushed into the mortar composition, the mortar composition does not rise abnormally. In the method of the present invention, the decorative aggregate can be used as it is dry. When the cosmetic aggregate was pushed in, even if the surface layer of the cosmetic aggregate was dry, the mortar composition was cut off by the net, and the mortar composition containing water came up from the inside, and the aggregate contained water. Upon contact with the internal mortar composition, the aggregate is completely fixed to the mortar.

Since a mesh is used in the present invention, when the decorative aggregate enters the mortar composition to some extent, it is supported by the net and does not enter any more. Therefore, even before the mortar is hardened, a person can be put on it. Therefore, at the time of construction, while the worker is placed on the completed concrete, the decorative aggregate can be installed from the front to the back.

The network 4 mm 2 -100 mm 2, preferably has an opening of 8 mm 2 -40 mm 2. Any net material can be used as long as it is alkali-resistant.
Usually, a net formed of vinylon, glass fiber, polyethylene or the like is preferable. If the size of the opening is smaller than 4 mm 2 , the mesh blocks the mortar composition from rising. If the size of the opening is larger than 100 mm 2, the result is the same as when no mesh is used, and the use of the mesh is meaningless.
