【考案の詳細な説明】

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来のスーツケースは人の力のみで牽引するので、荷物が多くて重くなっ た場合は牽引するのが大変であった。本考案はこの欠点を除くためになされ たものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は電動式モータによりスーツケースの車輪を駆動して牽引を補助す ることで、重いスーツケースを牽引する場合の労力を減じるものである。

【実施例】
図１に示すように、スーツケース本体１に取り付けたモータ２を乾電池ま たは充電式バッテリーなどの電源部および回路３により回転させる。モータ の回転力を駆動機構６を介して後輪４に伝えこれを回転させることでスーツ ケースを牽引する際の補助力が得られる。モータの回転および停止は回路に 接続されたスイッチ７の操作により行う。

【考案の効果】
本考案は以上のような構成で、重いスーツケースを牽引する際の労力を減 じるものである。 なおモータの数は必要な駆動力を得るために複数個でもよく、駆動する車 輪も後輪だけでなく前輪だけまたは前後輪とも駆動してもよい。 また回路あるいはスイッチあるいは駆動機構を複雑にすることにより、ス イッチの操作で駆動力やスピードや進行方向を変化させてもよい。 また電源部および回路、モータ、駆動機構、牽引部およびスイッチの位置 はスーツケースの大きさ、形状により変えてもよい。 また回転力の大きいモータを用いることにより、牽引せずともスーツケー スが自走できるようにしてもよく、その際牽引部に設けたスイッチでなく有 線または無線のリモコンにて操作できるようにしてもよい。 また電池切れあるいはどこか一部の故障の際、かえって本考案が牽引の負 荷になってしまうのを避けるため、モータと駆動機構の間の接続あるいは駆 動機構と後輪の間の接続あるいは駆動機構内の接続が解除できる構造として もよい。 また図３のようなキャスター付き旅行バッグの場合も以上で述べた構成の 後輪４の代わりにキャスター１０を回転させることにより同様の効果を得る ことができる。
