Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、皮膚の手入れ及び洗浄に適した洗浄剤組成
物に関する。より特定的には本発明は、皮膚を穏やかに
洗浄（クレンジング）及び調湿（コンディショニング）
するように配合された組成物に関する。
皮膚を清浄にするために配合された組成物は公知であ
る。また、洗浄及び保湿（モイスチャライジング）の双
方の効果を与えるように製品を配合することもよく知ら
れている。
例えば、W0 90/13283は、イセチオン酸塩のアシルエ
ステルと長鎖脂肪酸と保湿成分と任意にセッケンとから
成る組成物を開示している。
このような２目的組成物で生じ得る問題の１つは、洗
浄には有効であっても、保湿のレベルが十分でないこと
である。
本発明者らは、皮膚の有効な保湿、調湿または保護を
与え得る２目的組成物の配合方法を知見した。
W0 94/01085及び94/01084では、セッケン主体の組成
物から大粒子ペトロラタムを付着させることによって皮
膚に潤いを与えるという利点が認識されている。
しかしながら、W0 94/03152によれば、非セッケン洗
浄剤と、皮膚の調湿のために添加されるシリコーンオイ
ルと、カチオン性ポリマーとから成るシャワー用ジェル
について、製品の安定性を維持するには、使用し得るシ
リコーンオイルの液滴の最大平均粒度が２ミクロンであ
ると記載されている。
本発明者らは、有効成分が増粘されているならば、よ
り大きい粒子の有効成分を界面活性剤含有組成物に混入
し得、有効成分のより効果的な配送を達成し得ることを
知見した。但し、本文中の粒子なる用語は、固体粒子ま
たは液体小滴を意味する。
従って本発明によれば、 （ａ）アニオン性、非イオン性、両イオン性及びカチオ
ン性界面活性剤、セッケン並びにその混合物から選択さ
れた界面活性剤と、 （ｂ）50〜500ミクロンの範囲の重量平均粒度を有する
有効成分と、 （ｃ）増粘剤 とから成り、増粘剤が有効成分を基準として１〜50重量
％の量で有効成分に添加されている水性液体状の洗浄及
び保湿用組成物が提供される。
本組成物は皮膚の洗浄及び「保湿」、「調湿」または
「保護」に好適である。有効成分は皮膚に潤いを与え、
皮膚の状態を調整し、及び／または皮膚を保護するため
に組成物に含まれている。「有効成分」なる用語は、皮
膚（角質層）を軟化し、皮膚の水分率減少を遅らせるこ
とによって柔軟な皮膚を維持し、及び／または皮膚を保
護する物質を意味する。
好ましい有効成分の例を以下に示す。
（ａ）シリコーンオイル、ゴム及びその変種、例えば直
鎖状及び環状ポリジメチルシロキサン；アミノ、アルキ
ル、アルキルアリール及びアリールシリコーンオイル、 （ｂ）油脂類、例えば、ホホバ、大豆、米ぬか、アボカ
ド、アーモンド、オリーブ、ゴマ、タデ、ヒマ、ココヤ
シ、ミンク油などの天然油脂；カカオ脂、牛脂、ラー
ド；上記の油の水素化によって得られる硬化油；ミリス
チン酸グリセリド及び２−エチルヘキサン酸グリセリド
のような合成モノ、ジ及びトリグリセリド、 （ｃ）カルナバ蝋、鯨蝋、蜜蝋などのワックス、ラノリ
ン及びその誘導体、 （ｄ）疎水性植物エキス、 （ｅ）液体パラフィン、ペトロラタム、マイクロクリス
タリンワックス、セレシン、スクアレン、スクアラン及
び鉱油などの炭化水素、 （ｆ）ラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、ステ
アリン酸、ベヘン酸、オレイン酸、リノール酸、リノレ
ン酸、ラノリン酸、イソステアリン酸及びポリ不飽和脂
肪酸（PUFA）などの高級脂肪酸、 （ｇ）ラウリルアルコール、セチルアルコール、ステア
リルアルコール、オレイルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコ
ール、コレステロール及び２−ヘキサデカノールなどの
高級アルコール、 （ｈ）オクタン酸セチル、乳酸ミリスチル、乳酸セチ
ル、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、ミリスチン酸ミリスチ
ル、パルミチン酸イソプロピル、アジピン酸イソプロピ
ル、ステアリン酸ブチル、オレイン酸デシル、イソステ
アリン酸コレステロール、モノステアリン酸グリセロー
ル、ジステアリン酸グリセロール、トリステアリン酸グ
リセロール、乳酸アルキル側えば乳酸ラウリル、グエン
酸アルキル、酒石酸アルキルのようなエステル、 （ｉ）魚油、ハッカ、ジャスミン、クス、ベイスギ、苦
オレンジ皮、リュー（ryu）、ターペンタイン、シナモ
ン、ベルガモット、温州ミカン、ショウブ、マツ、ラベ
ンダー、月桂樹、クローブ、ヒバ、ユーカリ、レモン、
スターフラワー、タイム、ペパーミント、バラ、セー
ジ、メントール、シネオール、オイゲノール、シトラー
ル、シトロネラ、ボルネオール、リナロール、ゼラニオ
ール、マツヨイグサ、カンフォール、チモール・スピラ
ントール（spirantol）、ピーネン、リモネン及びテル
ペノイド油のような精油、 （ｊ）コレステロール、セラミド、スクロースエステル
及びプソイドセラミドのような欧州特許第556,957号に
記載の脂質、 （ｋ）ビタミンＡ及びＥのようなビタミン類、ビタミン
Ｃアルキルエステルのようなビタミンアルキルエステ
ル、 （ｌ）オクチルメトキシルシンナメート（Parsol MCX）
及びブチルメトキシベンゾイルメタン（Parso11789）の
ような日焼け防止剤、 （ｍ）リン脂質、 （ｎ）上記の諸成分の混合物。
有効成分は、本発明組成物の担体に混入させるとよ
い。特に、有効成分が組成物の他の成分と不都合な相互
作用を生じ易い場合には、有効成分を担体に混入するの
が好ましい。このような不都合な相互作用を生じ易い有
効成分は、脂質、乳酸アルキル、日焼け防止剤、パルミ
チン酸イソプロピル及びミリスチン酸イソプロピルなど
のエステル、ビタミンである。担体は例えば、界面活性
剤相によって可溶化／ミセル化されることがなく有効成
分を比較的溶かすシリコーンオイルまたは炭化水素油か
ら成り得る。
特に好ましい有効成分は、シリコーンオイル、ゴム及
びその変種、パルミチン酸イソプロピル、ミリスチン酸
イソプロピル及び乳酸アルキルのようなエステルであ
る。
有効成分は、0.1〜15重量％、極めて好ましくは0.2〜
10重量％、更に好ましくは0.5〜７重量％の量で存在す
るのが好ましい。
本発明組成物の利点は、明白な効果を与えるレベルの
有効成分が使用中に皮膚に付着することである。この理
論に固執する意図はないが、使用された組成物の希釈中
に有効成分が大きいプールに分散し、これらのプールが
皮膚に容易に付着するからであると考えられる。
W0 94/01084及びW0 94/01085においては、少なくとも
５％の不溶性固体脂肪酸セッケンの存在によって組成物
が構造化されている。しかしながら、このような高いレ
ベルの固相材料は有効成分の皮膚付着量に対して不利な
影響を及ぼすと考えられる。従って、本発明では、組成
物が固体セッケンを実質的に含まないのが好ましく、こ
れは、固体セッケンのレベルが１重量％に満たないこと
を意味している。
有効成分に対する適当な増粘剤としては、ポリアクリ
レート、ヒュームドシリカ、天然及び合成のワックス、
ベヘニルシリコーンワックスのようなアルキルシリコー
ンワックス、ケイ酸アルミニウム、ラネステロールのよ
うなラノリン誘導体、高級脂肪族アルコール、ポリエチ
レンコポリマー、ナロジェル（narogel）、ステアリン
酸ポリアンモニウム、スクロースエステル、疎水性クレ
ー、ペトロラタム、ハイドロタルサイト、及びその混合
物がある。
ハイドロタルサイトは一般式 〔MmNn(OH)2(m+n)〕n+Xm- n/myH2O 〔式中、 Ｍは二価金属イオン、例えばMg2+を示し、 Ｎは三価金属イオン、例えばAl3+を示し、 Ｘは交換可能アニオン、例えばCO3 -、NO3 -、ステアレー
ト、シンナメートを示し、 ｍは二価金属イオンの数を示し、 ｎは三価金属イオンの数を示す〕 で示される物質である。
有効成分に対する特に好ましい増粘剤は、シリカ、ア
ルキルシリコーンワックス、パラフィンワックス、高級
脂肪族アルコール、石油ゼリー及びポリエチレンコポリ
マーである。
いくつかの物質は有効成分及びそれに対する増粘剤の
双方の機能を有し得るが、同一成分が有効成分及び増粘
剤の双方の機能を果たすことはできないものと理解され
たい。しかしながら組成物が２種類以上の有効成分を含
有するときは、一方の有効成分が増粘剤としても機能し
得ることは理解されよう。
増粘剤の量は好ましくは有効成分のレベルを基準とし
て４〜25重量％の範囲である。
本発明組成物は自己構造性であってもよいが、構造化
剤、即ち剪断応力０における粘度を向上させる添加剤を
含有するのが好ましい。適当な物質は、ラポナイト（la
ponite）のような膨潤性クレー；脂肪酸とその誘導体、
特に脂肪酸モノグリセリドボリグリコールエーテル;Car
bopol（登録商標）（Goodrich製のポリマー）のような
架橋ポリアクリレート；アクリレートとそのコポリマ
ー；ポリビニルピロリドンとそのコポリマー；ポリエチ
レンイミン；塩化ナトリウム及び硫酸アンモニウムのよ
うな塩；スクロースエステル；ゲル化剤；及びその混合
物である。
クレーのうちでは、合成ヘクトライト（ラボナイト）
クレーを、クレーを増粘させ得る電解質塩と共に使用す
るのが好ましい。適当な電解質としては、アルカリ金属
及びアルカリ土類金属の塩、例えばハロゲン化物、アン
モニウム塩及び硫酸塩がある。
本発明組成物はまた、有効成分に添加した増粘剤以外
の増粘剤、即ち、使用中の剪断速度の増加に伴って組成
物の粘度を維持する物質を含んでもよい。適当な物質
は、Carbopol（登録商標）（Goodrich製のポリマー）の
ような架橋ポリアクリレート；脂肪酸とその誘導体、特
に脂肪酸モノグリセリドポリグリコールエーテル；アル
ギン酸塩、グアーゴム、キサンタンゴムなどの天然ゴム
及びカルボキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピル
グアーのような多糖誘導体；プロピレングリコール及び
プロビレングリコールオレエート；塩化ナトリウム及び
硫酸アンモニウムのような塩；グリセロールタロウエス
テル；及びその混合物である。
構造化剤及び増粘剤のその他の例はInternational Co
smetic Ingredient Dictionary,第５版,1993,CTFA出版
（The Cosmetic, Toi1etry ＆ Fragrance Associatio
n）に示されている。この文献の記載内容は参照によっ
て本発明に含まれるものとする。
界面活性剤は、人体に対する局所適用に好適な公知の
界面活性剤から選択され得る。穏やかな界面活性剤、即
ち、皮膚の外層である角質層を損傷しない界面活性剤が
特に好ましい。
好ましいアニオン性洗浄剤の一例は、式： RCO2CH2CH2SO3M 〔式中、Ｒは炭素原子数７〜21のアルキルまたはアルケ
ニル基を示し、Ｍはナトリウム、カリウム、アンモニウ
ムまたは置換アンモニウムのような可溶化カチオンを示
す〕で示される脂肪酸イセチオネートである。好ましく
はRCO基の少なくとも3/4が12〜18個の炭素原子を有して
おり、ヤシ油、パーム油またはヤシ油／パーム油のブレ
ンドから誘導され得る。
好ましいアニオン性洗浄剤の別の例は、式： RO(CH2CH2O)nSO3M 〔式中、Ｒは炭素原子数８〜22のアルキル基を示し、ｎ
は0.5〜10、特に1.5〜８であり、Ｍは上記に定義の可溶
化カチオンを示す〕 で示されるアルキルエーテルスルフェートである。
使用し得る他のアニオン性洗浄剤は、アルキルグリセ
リルエーテルスルフェート、スルホスクシネート、タウ
レート、サルコシネート、スルホアセテート、アルキル
ホスフェート、アルキルホスフェートエステル、アシル
ラクチレート、アルキルグルタメード及びその混合物で
ある。
スルホスクシネートは、式：R5O2CCH2CH(SO3M)CO2Mを
有するモノアルキルスルホスクシネート及び、式：R5CO
NHCH2CH2O2CCH2CH(SO3M)CO2Mを有するアミド−MEAスル
ホスクシネートでもよい。式中のR5はC8−C20のアルキ
ル、好ましくはC12−C15のアルキルを示し、Ｍは可溶化
カチオンを示す。
サルコシネートは一般に式：R5CON(CH3)CH2CO2M〔式
中、R5はC8−C20のアルキル、好ましくはC12−C15のア
ルキルを示し、Ｍは可溶化カチオンを示す〕で示され
る。
タウレートは一般に、式：R5CONR6CH2CH2SO3M〔式
中、R5はC8−C20のアルキル、好ましくはC12−C15のア
ルキルを示し、R6はC1−C4のアルキルを示し、Ｍは可溶
化カチオンを示す〕で示される。
第一アルカンスルホネートまたはアルキルベンゼンス
ルホネートのような皮膚刺激性の界面活性剤の使用は通
常は避けたほうがよい。
適当な非イオン性界面活性剤は、アルキル多糖類、ラ
クトビオンアミド、エチレングリコールエステル、グリ
セロールモノエーテル、ポリヒドロキシアミド（グルカ
ミド）、第一アルコール及び第二アルコールのエトキシ
レート、特に、アルコール１モルあたり平均１〜20モル
のエチレンオキシドによってエトキシル化されたC8-20
の脂肪族アルコールである。
界面活性剤がセッケンを含む場合、セッケンは、C8か
らC22の実質的に飽和した炭素鎖を有する物質から誘導
されるのが好ましく、C12からC18の炭素鎖をもつカリウ
ムセッケンが特に好ましい。
また、上記の界面活性剤の混合物を使用してもよい。
界面活性剤は、１〜35重量％のレベル、好ましくは３
〜30重量％のレベルで存在するのが好ましい。
組成物はまた、皮膚軟化効果を有する界面活性助剤を
0.5〜15重量％の量で含むのが好ましい。適当な物質
は、炭素原子数７〜18のアルキルまたはアルケニル基を
有し、全構造式： 〔式中、R1は炭素原子数７〜18のアルキルまたはアルケ
ニルを示し、R2及びR3は各々独立に炭素原子数１〜３の
アルキル、ヒドロキジアルキルまたはカルボキシアルキ
ルを示し、ｍは２〜４、 ｎは０または１、 Ｘはヒドロキシル置換されるかまたは未置換の炭素原子
数１〜３のアルキレンを示し、 Ｙは−CO2−または−SO3−を示す〕で示される両イオン
性洗浄剤である。
上記一般式で示される両イオン性洗浄剤としては、
式： の単純ベタイン、及び式： 〔式中、ｍは２または３を示す〕のアミドベタインがあ
る。
双方の式中のR1、R2及びR3は前記と同義である。R1は
特にココヤシから誘導され、基R1の少なくとも1/2、好
ましくは少なくとも3/4が10〜14個の炭素原子を有するC
12のアルキル基とC14のアルキル基との混合物でもよ
い。R2及びR3は好ましくはメチルである。
更に、式： もしくは 〔式中、ｍは２または３を示す〕のスルホベタイン、ま
たは上記の式中の−(CH2)3SO3 -が によって置換された上記スルホベタインの変種も使用可
能である。これらの式中のR1、R2及びR3は前記と同義で
ある。
更に、有効成分はまた、本発明組成物によって処理さ
れた皮膚に薬剤を配送する担体として機能してもよい。
この経路は、皮膚に付着し難い薬剤または組成物中の他
の成分と不都合な相互作用を生じる薬剤を配送するため
に特に有用である。このような場合にはしばしば担体
は、界面活性剤相によって可溶化／ミセル化されること
なく薬剤を比較的溶かすシリコーンオイルまたは炭化水
素油から成る。このような薬剤の例としては、抗ウイル
ス薬、ヒドロキシカプリル酸、ピロリドン、カルボン
酸、2,4,4′−トリクロロ−２′−ヒドロキシジフェニ
ルエーテル（Irgasan DP300）、3,4,4′−トリクロロカ
ルバニリド、サリチル酸、過酸化ベンゾイル、香料、精
油があり、また、N,N−ジメチルｍ−トルアミド（DEE
T）のような殺菌剤及び害虫忌避剤、並びにその混合物
がある。
本発明組成物は、皮膚洗浄製品、例えば入浴用ジェル
またはシャワー用ジェル、手洗い組成物、液体洗顔料、
髭剃り前及び髭剃り後に用いられる製品、洗い落とし、
拭き取り及び塗布によって用いる皮膚手入れ製品として
調製され得る。
本発明組成物は一般には、流動性の液体または半液
体、例えぱペーストであり、Haake回転粘度計RV20を用
いて25℃、剪断速度10s-1で測定した粘度が1,000〜100,
000mPasの範囲の値を有しているのが好ましい。
本発明組成物は好ましくは、25℃、剪断応力0.01Paで
少なくとも5,000Pas、好ましくは10,000Pasを上回るニ
ュートン粘性を示すであろう。
上記の特徴的な粘度測定は、（剪断粘度が０でない場
合には）例えばCarrimed CSL 100低応力レオメーターを
用いて正確に測定してもよく、または、剪断速度が０で
ある場合にはCross Modelに従って補外法によって求め
られたものでもよい（J of the Chemical Engineer,199
3所収のH Barnesの論文“Rheo1ogy for the Chemical E
ngineer"参照）。
組成物の他の代表的成分としては、好ましくは0.2〜
2.0重量％の乳白剤、好ましくは0.2〜2.0重量％の防腐
剤、及び、好ましくは0.5〜2.0重量％の香料がある。
本発明の別の態様によれば、本発明組成物の製造方法
が提供される。本発明方法は、 （ａ）アニオン性、非イオン性、両イオン性及びカチオ
ン性界面活性剤、セッケン並びにその混合物から選択さ
れた少なくとも１種類の界面活性剤を含む基剤組成物を
形成する段階と、 （ｂ）有効成分の量を基準として１〜50重量％の量の増
粘剤を有効成分に添加する段階と、 （ｃ）段階（ａ）の基剤配合物を有効成分と混合する段
階とから成る。
以下の非限定的実施例に基づいて本発明を更に詳細に
説明する。
実施例 実施例中で、 アルキルポリグルコシドはHenkel製のPlantaren 2000、 ベヘニルアルコールはCondea製のNacol 22−97、 ベヘニルシリコーンワックスはRhone Poulenc製のCire
71649、 ココアミドプロピルベタインはSeppic製のAmonyl BA 38
0、 架橋ポリアクリレートはGoodrich製のCarbopol ETD 202
0、 グアーヒドロキシプロピルトリモニウムクロリドはMeyh
all製のJaguar C−13−Ｓ、 ハイドロタルサイトはGuilini Chemie GmbH製のIPP含有
のハイドロタルサイトであるMultigel IPP、 IPP（パルミチン酸イソプロピル）はUnichema製のESTOL
1517、 乳酸ラウリルはCroda Chemicals製のCrodamol LL、 MEAスルホスクシネートはWitco製のwitco 5690、 ポリエチレンAC617はＡ−C Performance Additivesから
入手、 シリカはDegussa製の疎水性改質シリカであるAerosil R
972、 シリコーンオイルはすべてDow Corning製のポリジメチ
ルシロキサンであるDC200であるが後述のような種々の
粘度のもの、 シリコーンオイルエマルジョンはBasildon製のBC 92/05
7、及び、 ラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウムはHoechst製のGenapol
ZROであった。
実施例１ この実施例では、シリコーンオイルから成る有効成分
をシリカによって増粘したときに、シリコーンオイルの
皮膚付着にもたらされる効果を試験した。
本発明組成物によって処理したブタの全厚皮膚（５×
15cm）に付着した有効成分の量を以下の方法を用いて測
定した。
皮膚を予め水和し、次いで0.5mlの製品を皮膚に塗布
した。製品を10秒間泡立たせ、次いで流水で10秒間濯い
だ。
次に、皮膚を紙タオルで一回拭って余分の水を除去し
た。
乾燥の２分後、100g・cm-2の一定荷重を作用させるこ
とによって接着テープ片を30秒間皮膚に押し付けた。使
用した接着テープは、幅2.5cmのＪ−Lar Superclear
（登録商標）テープであった。合計10個のテープ片を皮
膚の隣接部位に貼り付けた。
この試験手順の結果として、皮膚に付着していたシリ
コーンが多少の皮膚の外層と共にテープに転移する。
テープに付着しているシリコン及び皮膚の量をＸ線蛍
光分光法で測定する。テープ片をＸ線蛍光分光計に入
れ、接着剤面に分光計のＸ線ビームが当たるように配置
する。Ｘ線ビームによって照射されるテープの中央にマ
スクで被覆した部分を設け、これを標準化領域とする。
測定を開始する前に分光計のサンプル室を真空下に配置
し、次いでシリコン及びイオウの量を測定する。イオウ
はテープに転移した皮膚の量を表す。
清浄な接着テープ片で観察されたシリコン及びイオウ
の量を実験測定値から減算する。平均レベルのイオウ及
びシリコンに対する実験測定値をシリコン対イオウの比
で示す。この比から、皮膚の単位面積あたりのシリコー
ンオイルの付着を決定することが可能である。
以下の組成を有するシャワー用ジェルの基剤配合物を
調製した。
重量％ ラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム 4.00 ナトリウムココアミドブロピルベタイン 1.00 アルキルポリグルコシド 5.00 ソルビン酸 0.37 クエン酸三ナトリウム２水和物 0.49 架橋ポリアクリレート 0.9 増粘剤＊ 〜1 5N NaOH＊＊ 〜1 水＋微量成分 100まで＊ 増粘剤は必要な粘度（25℃、10s-1で〜5000mPas）を
与える量で添加した。＊＊ NaOHは組成物のpHをpH5.3に調整する量で添加し
た。
組成物を調製するために、ポリアクリレートを過剰量
の水に分散させた。次に、得られたポリマー分散液にソ
ルビン酸とクエン酸三ナトリウム２水和物とを添加し
た。３種類の界面活性剤を混合し、得られた混合物をポ
リマー分散液に添加した。次に微量成分を添加した。得
られた組成物の粘度を25℃、剪断速度10s-1で測定し、
所望の粘度が得られるまで増粘剤を添加した。
２個のHarvard 44注射器ポンプを使用して、基剤配合
物と有効成分であるシリコーンオイルとを注入した。シ
リコーンオイルは全組成物を基準として５重量％のレベ
ルで存在していた。一方の注射器に基剤配合物を充填
し、他方の注射器にシリコーンオイルを充填した。次に
注射器を注射器ポンプに挿入し、油：基剤配合物が5:95
になるように注入速度を設定した。油と基剤配合物とを
静的インラインミキサーに強制通過させ、所要の粒度の
油粒子を含む組成物を得た。粒子の粒度を静的ミキサー
の直径、流速及びミキサーチューブの長さによって調節
し得る。Malvern Mastersizerを用いて粒子の粒度を決
定し得る。
本発明組成物からのシリコーン付着を上述の試験手順
によって測定し、25℃、10s-1の粘度60,000mPasを有す
るシリコーンオイルエマルジョンから成る同様の組成物
（Ａ）から得られた結果と比較した。
比較組成物（組成物Ａ）： 重量％ ラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム 13.00 ココアミドプロピルベタイン（CAPB） 2.00 シリコーンオイルエマルジョン 5.00 グアーヒドロキシプロピルトリモニウムクロリド 0.10 ソルビン酸 0.37 クエン酸ナトリウム２水和物 0.49 塩化ナトリウム＊ 〜2 クエン酸＊＊ 〜0.01 水＋微量成分 100まで＊ 25℃、10s-1で所要粘度5000mPasを与えるようにレベ
ルを調節し得る。＊＊ 所要pHを与えるようにレベルを調節し得る。
以下の結果が得られた。
この結果は、増粘されたシリコーンオイルを含む組成
物は非増粘シリコーンオイルを含む組成物に比べてシリ
コーン付着に関して有利であることを示す。
実施例II 有効成分としてIPP（パルミチン酸イソプロピル）を
使用した以外は実施例Ｉと同様に処理した。３種類の異
なる増粘剤をIPPを基準として10重量％のレベルで使用
することによってIPPを増粘させた。
本発明組成物によって処理したブタの全厚皮膚（５×
15cmの試験片）に付着したIPPの量を以下の方法を用い
て測定した。実施例１の記載した方法と同じ方法で本発
明組成物によって皮膚を処理し洗浄した。次いで、皮膚
をエタノールで３回抽出し（毎回の抽出に3m1）、10gと
なった抽出物をガスクロマトグラフィー分析にかけてIP
P付着量を決定した。
以下の結果が得られた。増粘剤 付着量（ppm） 非添加 6.1 ポリエチレンAC617 441.9 ベヘニルシリコーンワックス 138.1 ハイドロタルサイト 59.1 結果は、IPPを増粘させたときにIPP付着の増加が得ら
れたことを示す。
実施例III この実施例では、有効成分として乳酸ラウリルを使用
した。
乳酸ラウリルを含有する本発明組成物によって処理し
た皮膚に対する乳酸ラウリルの付着量を以下の方法を使
用して測定した。
ブタの全厚皮膚を予め水和し、次いで0.20gの製品と
0.8gの水とを皮膚に塗布した。皮膚を30秒間洗浄し、次
いで流水で10秒間濯いだ。
次に、皮膚を紙タオルで拭って余分の水を除去した。
乾燥の30秒後に、５つのDesquameテープ片を順次に皮
膚に10秒間貼り付けた。
テープ片を皮膚から剥がし、2mlのNaOH（0.5M）中で6
0℃で60分間加水分解した。次いでSorensensリン酸塩緩
衝液（pH7.0）中の2mlのHCl（0.5M）によって中和させ
た。乳酸ラウリルの総量と皮膚に転移した乳酸ラウリル
を表すテープのタンパク質含量とをSigma診断用アッセ
イキット735/10及び690を用いて測定した。アッセイと
処理テープ片とを含む溶液を調製し、540nmの吸光度をU
V分光計で測定した。
以下の実験には以下の基剤配合物を使用した。
重量％ MEAスルホスクシネート 11.7 架橋ポリアクリレート 0.3 ココイルイセチオン酸ナトリウム 8.5 ココアミドプロピルベタイン 15.8 水及び微量成分 100まで 基剤配合物を調製するために、過剰量の水にポリアク
リレートを分散させた。次に、ポリマー分散液に３種類
の界面活性剤のプレミックスを添加した。次いで微量成
分を添加した。
以下の有効成分／増粘剤の組み合わせを使用した。
重量％ 液滴粒度 （μｍ） Ｘ 乳酸ラウリル 85 172.2 ポリエチレンAC617 15 ２つの成分を一緒に〜110℃に加熱してポリエチレン
中で融解させることによって混合物Ｘを調製した。次い
で混合物を冷却させてから使用した。
基剤配合物と増粘された有効成分とのエマルジョンを
上述の試験手順を用いて皮膚に塗布した。
以下の結果が得られた。
上述と同じ基剤配合物を用いた別の実験シリーズで
は、乳酸ラウリルの付着に対する一連の増粘剤（いずれ
も乳酸ラウリルを基準として５重量％のレベルで使用）
の効果を試験した。乳酸ラウリルまたは増粘させた乳酸
ラウリルを５重量％のレベルで基剤組成物に添加した。
この結果は、有効成分を増粘剤で増粘させるのが有利
であることを示す。

Claims (10)

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】（ａ）アニオン性、非イオン性、両イオン
    性及びカチオン性界面活性剤、セッケン並びにその混合
    物から選択された界面活性剤と、 （ｂ）50〜500ミクロンの範囲の重量平均粒度を有する
    有効成分と、 （ｃ）増粘剤 とから成る組成物であって、組成物が固形セッケンを実
    質的に含有せず、増粘剤が有効成分を基準として１〜50
    重量％の量で有効成分に添加されていることを特徴とす
    る水性液体状の洗浄及び保湿用組成物。
  2. 【請求項２】増粘剤が、ポリアクリレート、シリカ、天
    然及び合成のワックス、アルキルシリコーンワックス、
    ケイ酸アルミニウム、ラノリン誘導体、高級脂肪族アル
    コール、ポリエチレンコポリマー、ナロジェル、ステア
    リン酸ポリアンモニウム、スクロースエステル、疎水性
    クレー、ペトロラタム、ハイドロタルサイト及びその混
    合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の
    組成物。
  3. 【請求項３】組成物が、膨潤性クレー、架橋ポリアクリ
    レート、アクリレート及びそのコポリマー、ポリビニル
    ピロリドン及びそのコポリマー、ポリエチレンイミン、
    塩、スクロースエステル及びゲル化剤から選択された構
    造化剤によって構造化されていることを特徴とする請求
    項１に記載の組成物。
  4. 【請求項４】有効成分が、シリコーンオイル、ゴム、脂
    肪、油、ワックス、疎水性植物エキス、炭化水素、脂肪
    酸、アルコール、エステル、精油、脂質、リン脂質、ビ
    タミン、日焼け防止剤及びその混合物から選択されるこ
    とを特徴とする請求項１に記載の組成物。
  5. 【請求項５】0.1〜15重量％の有効成分を含むことを特
    徴とする請求項１から４のいずれか一項に記載の組成
    物。
  6. 【請求項６】有効成分が、組成物によって処理された皮
    膚に薬剤を配送する担体として機能することを特徴とす
    る請求項１から５のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
  7. 【請求項７】１〜35重量％の界面活性剤を含むことを特
    徴とする請求項１から６のいずれか一項に記載の組成
    物。
  8. 【請求項８】ベタイン、アミドベタイン及びスルホベタ
    インから選択された界面活性助剤を更に含むことを特徴
    とする請求項１から７のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
  9. 【請求項９】（ａ）アニオン性、非イオン性、両イオン
    性及びカチオン性界面活性剤、セッケン並びにその混合
    物から選択された少なくとも１種類の界面活性剤を含む
    基剤組成物を形成する段階と、 （ｂ）有効成分を基準として１〜50重量％の量の増粘剤
    を有効成分に添加する段階と、 （ｃ）段階（ａ）の基剤配合物を有効成分と混合する段
    階 とから成る請求項１に記載の組成物の製造方法。
  10. 【請求項１０】水性液体状の洗浄及び保湿用組成物から
    有効成分を付着させる方法であって、 （ａ）アニオン性、非イオン性、両イオン性及びカチオ
    ン性界面活性剤、セッケン並びにその混合物から選択さ
    れた界面活性剤と、 （ｂ）50〜500ミクロンの範囲の重量平均粒度を有する
    有効成分と、 （ｃ）有効成分を基準として１〜50重量％の量で有効成
    分に添加されている増粘剤 とから成る組成物の形態で前記有効成分を供給すること
    を特徴とする方法。
