【産業上の利用分野】本発明は人工衛星等の宇宙飛翔体
の構体と搭載機器との間の熱伝導を良くするためのシー
ト状サーマルフィラに関する。

【従来の技術】従来、人工衛星等の宇宙飛翔体の抗体と
その搭載機器との間の熱伝導を良くするためのサーマル
フィラは、２液混合型の熱量導性シリコン系接着剤を指
定範囲にハケ等で塗布し、構体と搭載機器との間を熱的
結合していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来のサーマルフィラ
は、熱良導性シリコン系接着剤を２液混合し、これをハ
ケ等で指定範囲に塗布していたため、調合及び塗布に非
常に手間がかかるという欠点がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明のシート状サーマ
ルフィラは、熱良導性のシリコン系フィラを弾性体シー
トとしたシリコン系弾性体シートと、前記シリコン系弾
性体シートの両面に静電気的に貼り付けた剥離紙とを有
する。

【実施例】次に、本発明について、図面を参照して説明
する。
【０００６】図１は本発明の一実施例の断面図である。
図１のシート状サーマルフィラは、熱量導性のシリコン
系フィラを弾性体シートとしたシリコン系弾性体シート
２と剥離紙１により構成されている。剥離紙１は、シリ
コン系弾性体シート２の両面に静電気的に貼り付けてあ
る。
【０００７】図２は、図１の実施例の使用状態を示す斜
視図である。図１に示すシート状サーマルフィラは、剥
離紙１が付いている状態で搭載機器３の大きさに合わせ
て切り取り、搭載機器取付部４に貼り付ける方の剥離紙
１を剥がしてから搭載機器取付け部４に貼り付け、その
後、搭載機器３側の剥離紙１を剥がしてから搭載機器３
をこのシート状サーマルフィラに取り付ける。なお、シ
ート状サーマルフィラは、作業上の容易性を考慮して、
初めに搭載機器３側に貼り付けてもよい。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように、本発明によるシー
ト状サーマルフィラは、熱良導性のシリコン系弾性体シ
ートの両面に剥離紙を静電気的に貼り付けているので、
搭載機器の大きさに合わせて加工することができ、また
搭載機器または構体に簡単に取り付けられるため、作業
性を著しく向上することができる。
