【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明はスリッパやサンダル等の
履物に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】スリッパやサンダル等の履物は、底と甲
とによって構成され、甲の内部に足を挿入するようにな
っているが、歩くときに甲から足が抜脱しやすいという
問題がある。そこで、足が簡単に抜脱するのを防止する
ために、甲の足の挿入口を狭くするという手段が考えら
れるが、そのようにすると、逆に、足の挿入が困難とな
り、又、履いた状態では甲によって足が締め付けられる
ので履き心地が良くないという弊害が生じる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】そこで本発明は、歩行
時に甲から足が簡単に抜脱することがなく、しかも足の
挿入が困難でなく、さらに甲が足にフィットして履き心
地もよいスリッパ、サンダル等履物の提供を目的とす
る。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は甲における足の
挿入口の縁の両端個所を切欠し、同切欠個所を補う形で
略三角形状を呈する伸縮材料製の補足甲部を配設し、同
補足甲部の前縁垂直部 を甲に、また下縁水平部を底に夫
々止着すると共に上方の斜辺をフリーの状態とし、甲に
おける足の挿入口の両端個所をこの補足甲部を以て常
時、後方に向って牽引するようにしたことを特徴とする
スリッパ、サンダル等の履物を提供することによってこ
のような問題点を解決しようとするものである。

【作用】本発明は叙上の通りであるので、甲１の内部に
足を挿入するときに、その補足甲部４が伸びて足の挿入
口２が拡開され足を挿入しやすくなる。また、甲１の内
部に足を挿入した状態では、逆に補足甲部４が甲１を内
側に引張って足に密着させるので、フィット感が良く、
かつ足が抜脱しにくくなる。また、補足甲部４が前後方
向に伸びることにより、底３が歩行に合わせてフレキシ
ブルに曲がりやすくなるので（図４の想像線参照）歩き
やすくなる。

【実施例】以下、図に示した本発明の実施例であるスリ
ッパについて説明する。このスリッパは、甲１における
足の挿入口２の縁の両端箇所で、かつ底３に対して接続
する個所を切欠して、同切欠部を補う形で略三角形状を
呈する補足甲部４を配設している。すなわち、補足甲部
４の縦方向の一辺が甲１に繋がり、補足甲部４の底辺が
底３に繋がり、補足甲部４の残りの斜辺がフリーとなる
ように三者を接続している。
【０００７】補足甲部４には、弾性を有して伸縮性にす
ぐれた材料が使用されている。例えば、ゴム糸を用いた
織物、ポリウレタン繊維を用いたスパンテックス、又は
ストレッチ織物などを採用することができる。
【０００８】甲１は表布５と裏布６とを重ね合せて構成
され、その間に補足甲部４を挟んで一体的に縫着してい
る。
【０００９】底３は適度な柔軟性と硬さを有する底板７
と、底板７の上面後端部に重ね合せたクッション８と、
それらを被覆する上布９と下布１０とによって構成さ
れ、補足甲部４を上布９と下布１０の間に挟んで一体的
に縫着している。
【００１０】尚、甲１及び底３の構造及び材料は自由で
あり、上記のものに限定されるものではない。また、上
記の実施例はスリッパであるが、本発明はサンダルにも
勿論実施することができる。

【発明の効果】本発明のスリッパ、サンダル等の履物は
叙上のように甲における足の挿入口の縁の両端個所を切
欠し、同切欠個所を補う形で略三角形状を呈する伸縮材
料製の補足甲部を配設し、同補足甲部の前縁垂直部を甲
に、また下縁水平部を底に夫々止着すると共に上方の斜
辺をフリーの状態とし、甲における足の挿入口の両端個
所をこの補足甲部を以て常時、後方に向って牽引するよ
うにしたので、歩行時の足の抜脱を確実に防止でき、し
かも履くときに足の挿入が困難になるという弊害がな
く、また補足甲部が甲、就中その両側を後方に牽引する
ので履いた状態で甲が足に密着してフィット感にすぐれ
履き心地が良いという利点がある。さらに、補足甲部の
伸びによって底や甲のフレキシブルな動きが可能とな
り、足の動きの自由度が増して歩きやすくなると共に足
への圧迫も弱くなって足の健康にも良いという長所があ
る。

  1. 【請求項１】 甲における足の挿入口の縁の両端個所を
    切欠し、同切欠個所を補う形で略三角形状を呈する伸縮
    材料製の補足甲部を配設し、同補足甲部の前縁垂直部を
    甲に、また下縁水平部を底に夫々止着すると共に上方の
    斜辺をフリーの状態とし、甲における足の挿入口の両端
    個所をこの補足甲部を以て常時、後方に向って牽引する
    ようにしたことを特徴とするスリッパ、サンダル等の履
    物。
