In this method, a fermentation bed is set up in an animal house, animals are bred directly on the fermentation bed, and the excrement is fermented on the fermentation bed, and feces,
While composting urine, the temperature of the fermentation bed,
The purpose is to keep water and the like in a state suitable for breeding animals. However, if the fermentation bed does not operate completely, an unsanitary environment is created, which adversely affects animal growth. Therefore, fermentation bed management is important in fermentation bed breeding.
For this reason, sufficient attention has been paid to the selection and maintenance of the bed material for the fermentation bed and the fermentation conditions. The fermentation floor base material has a C / N ratio of 25-30 and a water content of 5 so that microorganisms can be active and feces and urine can be bred.
The pH is adjusted to 0-60% and around pH 7.0, and microorganisms are added to improve air permeation. Generally, as a base material for fermentation, rice bran, rice bran, Use sawing, chipping materials, park materials, rice straw, straw, defoliation, peanuts, beans, etc., add microorganisms to them, and periodically turn the floor material for the fermentation floor to contact with air. Is increasing. However, in order to maintain the bed temperature at a temperature suitable for breeding, it is necessary to make the thickness of the fermentation bed base material to a certain thickness. Permeation into floor mats is reduced. In addition, since feces and urine are not evenly dispersed on the floor, the progress of fermentation depends on the location of the floor, and depending on the floor, the activity of microorganisms is extremely weak, or microorganisms die, or as fermentation progresses. Often, the energy source is consumed by microorganisms, and fermentation stops or the bed temperature rises too often, which increases the generation of offensive odors. Therefore, in the fermentation bed rearing, there is a problem in supplying energy to the microorganisms, removing bad smells, and supplying air. Various deodorants have been developed to remove bad odors. However, since fermentation beds are bred using microorganisms, their growth is inhibited, and deodorants that stop fermentation cannot be used. Also, the deodorant used is inexpensive due to the nature of the fermentation bed, and should not cause phytotoxicity even when added to the soil. Therefore, deodorants that can be used in fermentation beds are limited. In addition, there is no suitable method for replenishing the air, and the floor is periodically turned over. However, labor is required and sufficient replenishment cannot be obtained.

Therefore, as a result of various studies on a deodorant for a fermentation bed, it was found that lime produced as a by-product of sugar was used, and the present invention was completed.
Sugar-produced lime is a waste generated in the sugar refining process and contains minerals contained in source sugar, carbonated lime adsorbing organic substances (various sugars and proteins), activated carbon, and diatomaceous earth. Having the following composition: Sugar-producing lime contains carbonated lime and diatomaceous earth.
It is used as fertilizer because it contains phosphoric acid and potassium.
However, irrespective of the presence of activated carbon, lime produced as a by-product of sugar production is a substance to which impurities have already been adsorbed in the sugar production process, and thus its deodorizing effect has not been studied in detail. However, the result of the detailed examination shows that despite the fact that sugar by-product lime has already adsorbed a considerable amount of organic substances and minerals, it still has the same or higher ammonia absorbing power as activated carbon alone, and has a deodorant. It has a deodorizing effect equal to or higher than that of a conventionally used drug. In addition, it was recognized that carrying the molasses did not affect the deodorizing effect. The present invention has been made based on the discovery of a remarkable deodorizing effect of by-product lime produced by sugar and by-product lime carrying precision. In addition, sugar by-product lime and sugar-containing by-product lime carrying sugar cane do not adversely affect microorganisms and fermentation.
Because it contains nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, it has a positive effect on their development, Saw cutting, chipping material, park material, rice straw, straw, defoliation, peanut, peanuts, etc. When added to fermentation floor base materials, such as fermentation, promotes the growth of microorganisms and fermentation. Increases retention in the floor. All of these effects are beneficial to the oriented floor substrate together with the deodorizing effect. Bran, paddy, Saw milling, chipping materials, park materials, rice straw, straw, defoliation, peanut flakes, bean flakes, etc. When sugar by-product lime is used as a deodorant, it can be mixed with any deodorant and chemicals due to its properties. When the bacteria are mixed, the bacteria can be easily stored, and the bacteria do not die during storage. Floor substrate for fermentation beds, such as bran, rice paddy, The amount of by-product lime added to sawing, chipping materials, park materials, rice straw, straw, defoliated leaves, peanuts, beans, etc. is not particularly limited. The larger the amount, the better the lime is, but the more it should be added, 0.25% or more Is preferred. Therefore, the amount to be added can be arbitrarily selected depending on the breeding conditions such as the thickness of the base material for the fermentation bed, the size of the floor, the type of animal and the number of animals, and economic conditions, and can be used to further enhance the air permeability of the base material. If pelletized, use it. Rice bran, rice paddle, After uniformly dispersing sugar by-product lime and microorganisms in sawing, chipping materials, park materials, rice straw, straw, defoliated leaves, peanuts, beans, etc., pelletize them if possible, and use them as fermentation floors as a base material for fermentation floors. When used in animal houses, the generation of odors is suppressed and the propagation of microorganisms, faeces, and urine are effectively promoted without switching back the floor material as before, and the bed temperature is kept uniform. Since the animal is kept, the growth of the animal is increased as compared with the conventional fermentation bed breeding.

It is thought that the minerals and impure organic substances contained in the raw sugar increased the deodorizing power of the inorganic substances in the lime produced as a by-product of sugar production, but it is not exactly known.
