【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、密閉可能な注入開
口部および取出し用付属品を接続するための排出開口部
を備えた直方体形の内側容器を有し、流出床、および格
子ケースまたは板金ケースとして形成された外側ケース
を備え、パレットとして形成された、板金またはプラス
チック製の浅い台座の中に立てられた、液体の輸送およ
び貯蔵用のパレット容器に関する。

【従来の技術】原料と、輸送および貯蔵にかかる経費を
節約する必要性および環境保護規則のために、液体を輸
送および貯蔵するために、従来のように容量の極めて小
さい容器に充填する代わりに、ＤＥ ４２０６９４５Ｃ
１に記載されているような、大容量の、通い容器として
使用できる市販の容器に充填することが義務づけられて
いる。
【０００３】この型のパレット容器は、環境に危険を及
ぼす危険度の高い液体の輸送には、要求される十分な安
全性を有していない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の課題は、この
型のパレット容器を、危険な液体に対する最良の輸送安
全性を確保するとともに、繰返し使用するために経済的
に再調整できるように改良することである。
【０００５】
【課題を解決するための手段】この課題は、請求項１の
特徴を有するパレット容器により解決される。
【０００６】本発明のパレット容器は、この課題の最良
の解決策を与えるものである。
【０００７】本発明のパレット容器の実施の形態を、以
下図面を参照しながら説明する。
【０００８】
【発明の実施の形態】特に環境に危険を及ぼす、危険度
の高い液体を輸送および貯蔵するための使い捨て容器お
よび通い容器として使用できるパレット容器１は、主構
成部品として、角を丸めた直方体形の内側容器２、角張
った輪郭を有する４本の鋼製角支柱６により補強され
た、交差する垂直および水平の金属製格子棒４、５から
なる外側ジャケット３、板金製の浅い台座８を備え、ヨ
ーロッパ規格の長さおよび幅寸法を有する鋼管製のパレ
ットフレーム９の上に固定されたパレット７、ならびに
内側容器２を保護し、格子ジャケット３を補強するため
の、２組のＶ字形格子棒１１、１２を備えた格子状の蓋
１０を備えている。
【０００９】内側容器２は、ジャケット１４を有する鋼
板製の外ケース１３、流出床１６を備えた床部１５およ
び蓋１７、ならびに液体を通さない弾性を有する、吹込
み成形部品として製造された、ポリエチレン製の、外ケ
ース１３の流出床１６に適合した流出床１９を有する内
ケース１８からなっている。
【００１０】内側容器２の外ケース１３のジャケット１
４および蓋１７は、図２および３に示すたたみ接続２
０、２１により、または図４に示すクリンチ接続２２に
より互いに固定されている。
【００１１】図２による水平なたたみ接続部２０を形成
するには、蓋縁部２４よりも広い、角を折り曲げた上側
のジャケット縁部２３を蓋縁部２４の周りで内側に折り
曲げ、図３による直立たたみ接続２１を形成する際は、
ジャケット縁部２３を蓋縁部２４の周りにおいて内側に
巻き込む。
【００１２】図４によるクリンチ接続を形成する場合、
予めある輪郭を持たせて成形した板金製の閉鎖リング２
５を、角を上に折り曲げた蓋縁部２４の上に載せ、角を
下に折り曲げたジャケット縁部２３の周りに巻く。
【００１３】同様にして、内側容器２の外ケース１３の
ジャケット１４および床部１５を一つにたたみ接続す
る、あるいは互いにクリンチ接続する。
【００１４】内側容器２の外ケース１３の蓋１７は、ね
じ蓋２７により密閉できる注入開口部２６を備え、外ケ
ース１３の床部１５は取出し栓２９を有する排出開口部
２８を備えている。
【００１５】内側容器２を組み立てる際、外ケース１３
のジャケット１４および床部１５を最初にたたみ接続す
るか、あるいはクリンチ接続する。続いて、プラスチッ
ク製の内ケースを開いた外ケース１３の中にいれ、その
際、図には示していない内ケース１８の排出開口部を外
ケース１３の排出開口部２８に合わせる。今度は、弾性
の内ケース１８の注入開口部３０を、内側から、外ケー
ス１３の蓋１７にある注入開口部２６の中を通し、その
上側リング縁部３１を、外ケース１３の蓋１７にある注
入開口部２６の外方向に丸めた縁部３２と合わせる。最
後に、外ケース１３のジャケット１４および蓋１７をた
たみ接続またはクリンチ接続する。
【００１６】パレット容器を再調整する際は、格子ジャ
ケット３の蓋１０を開いた後、内側容器２を格子ジャケ
ットから取り出し、外ケース１３の蓋１７とジャケット
１４のたたみ接続２０、２１ないしクリンチ接続２２を
ゆるめた後、内側容器２のプラスチック製内ケース１８
を交換することができる。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 密閉可能な注入開口部および取出し用付
    属品を接続するための排出開口部を備えた直方体形の内
    側容器を有し、流出床、および格子ケースまたは板金ケ
    ースとして形成された外側ケースを備え、パレットとし
    て形成された、板金またはプラスチック製の浅い台座の
    中に立てられた、液体の輸送および貯蔵用のパレット容
    器であって、 内側容器（２）が、ジャケット（１４）を有する鋼板製
    の外ケース（１３）、流出床（１６）を備えた床部（１
    ５）および蓋（１７）ならびに液体を通さない、弾性を
    有するプラスチック製の内ケース（１８）からなり、 外ケース（１３）のジャケット（１４）が、たたみ接続
    （２０、２１）またはクリンチ接続（２２）により、床
    部（１５）および蓋（１７）と形状が一致するように接
    続され、 弾性の内ケース（１８）の注入開口部（３０）が、内側
    から、外ケース（１３）の蓋（１７）にある対応する注
    入開口部（２６）の中を通され、その上側リング縁部
    （３１）が、外ケース（１３）の蓋（１７）にある注入
    開口部（２６）の上側縁部３２と合わせられていること
    を特徴とするパレット容器。
