Description

本实用新型涉及太阳能热水器组件，特别是一种太阳能热水器的储水桶。
现有太阳能热水器的储水桶有玻璃钢件，有金属箱、桶。其共同的缺点是使用寿命较短，玻璃钢件强性差、易老化、开裂；金属箱、桶的接口处由于大都采用焊口连接，易锈蚀漏水。
本实用新型的任务就是要提供一种钢性强，寿命长的太阳能热水器的储水桶。
为达以上目的，设计了一种由圆柱形桶身和两端盖组成的太阳能热水器储水桶，储水桶上有水管接头，桶身与两端盖为金属板，桶身接缝以及桶身与两端盖之间均为包缝咬口连接，储水桶上的水管接头与桶身或两端盖之间采用螺母、胶垫压紧连接。
作为一种实施例，储水桶上的水管接头有四个，端盖上有两个水管接头，上面一个接热水器上水管，下面一个接热水器出水管；桶身下部母线上有两个水管接头，其中长水管接头与太阳能热水器集热管相连，短水管接头与太阳能热水器的集热板冷水管相通，储水桶外有泡沫塑料保温套和金属板外包桶。
本实用新型太阳能热水器储水桶由于采用了包缝咬口连接和螺母、胶垫水管接头，对金属板材如镀锌钢板的保护层无焊接破坏，因而既连接牢固，又无锈损、使用寿命大大延长。储水桶内长短水管的设置有利于水流热交换，提高了集热效果。

图1是本实用新型一种太阳能热水器的储水桶总成示意图。
如图1所示，太阳能热水器储水桶的桶身8与两端盖2为镀锌钢板，其连接处均为包缝咬口6，端盖2上有一上一下两水管接头4和1，桶身8下部母线上有长水管接头11和短水管接头12，水管接头4、1、11、12均采用螺母3和胶垫5与端盖2或桶身8连接。储水桶外有泡沫塑料保温套10和铝合金板外包桶9及封盖7。

1、一种太阳能热水器储水桶，由圆柱形桶身和两端盖组成，储水桶上有水管接头，其特征在于所说的桶身与两端盖为金属板，桶身接缝以及桶身与两端盖之间均为包缝咬口连接，储水桶上的水管接头与桶身及两端盖之间采用螺母、胶垫压紧连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器储水桶，其特征在于储水桶上的水管接头有四个，端盖上有两个水管接头，上面一个接热水器上水管，下面一个接热水器出水管，桶身下部母线上有两个水管接头，其中长水管接头与太阳能热水器集热管相连，短水管接头与太阳能热水器的集热板冷水管相通，储水桶外有泡沫塑料保温和金属板外包桶。
