【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本考案は衣類等の被洗濯物の洗
濯、脱水を行う、二槽式洗濯機に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、二槽式洗濯機において、図１のよ
うな構造になっていた。すなわち、洗濯槽３の上方に洗
濯フタ６、脱水槽４上方に脱水開閉フタ７が設けられて
いる。
【０００３】
【考案が解決しようとする課題】しかし、このような構
造のものでは、洗濯フタ６と脱水開閉フタ７との隣接す
る部分の隙間ａが不均一となり体裁がわるいという問題
があった。
【０００４】つまり、図２に示す如く、洗濯フタ６、脱
水開閉フタ７の隣接する部分の側壁１０，１１が金型の
抜勾配によって各々の下端が広がって成形されているた
め、各々の下端で接する形となり、上部表面側では隙間
ａが大きく、又、下端部は成形後の歪によって変形が大
きく、そのため、表面上により不均一な隙間となって現
われてくる。
【０００５】そこで、本考案は洗濯フタと脱水開閉フタ
とが隣接する隙間ａを小さく、かつ均一にすることを目
的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記の目的を達成するた
め本考案は洗濯フタ、脱水開閉フタとの隣接する側の端
面には、それぞれの上部表面に沿い、相対接するように
突出したリブを設けたものである。

【作用】本考案は、上記構成により、洗濯フタと脱水開
閉フタとが隣接して設置されても、各々の側壁が接しな
いため、洗濯フタと脱水開閉フタとの間の隙間が小さく
かつ均一となる。

【実施例】以下、本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説
明する。
【０００９】図１，３，４において、１は洗濯機の本体
で、この本体１の内部には洗濯槽３と脱水槽４とを一体
に成形された洗槽２が設けられ、洗濯槽３の上方には洗
濯フタ６を、脱水槽４の上方には脱水開閉フタ７が設け
られている。８は洗槽２の上方に設けた操作パネル部、
９は操作パネル８を取付けるパネルベースである。５は
本体１を支える底部ベースである。
【００１０】洗濯フタ６と脱水開閉フタ７とが隣接する
側には、各々のフタの上部表面に沿い、水平方向に突出
するリブ１２，１３を設け、かつ両フタ６，７の側壁１
０′，１１′が接しないように設けている。

【考案の効果】以上のように本考案は、洗濯フタ６と脱
水開閉フタ７とが隣接して設置されても、両フタの側壁
１０′，１１′が接しないため、両フタの水平方向に突
出するリブ１２，１３、が接するのみであるから、両フ
タとの隙間が小さく、かつ、均一な隙間が得られ、外観
上、体裁が良い二槽式洗濯機を提供できるものである。
【００１２】又、洗濯フタ、脱水開閉フタの深さ寸法が
大きい程、本考案は効果的である。

  1. 【請求項１】本体内に設けた洗濯槽および脱水槽の上方
    に、洗濯フタおよび脱水開閉フタを配し、前記洗濯フタ
    と脱水開閉フタとの隣接する側の端面には、それぞれの
    上部表面に沿い、相対接するように突出したリブを設け
    てなる二槽式洗濯機。
