Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本考案は、主として電信ケーブルを敷設した地下トン
ネル内の溜まり水を、排出するのに使用せられる横軸形
低水位用ポンプに関する。
［従来技術とその問題点］ 前述の溜まり水を排出するについて従来は、立軸形の
水中ポンプが使用せられていた。しかし縦長な立軸形ポ
ンプは、天井の低いトンネル内での使用に不便であり、
立設状態を安定に維持するについても形態的に不安感が
伴う。
他方、横軸形のポンプは天井の低いトンネル内での使
用に便利であり、設置状態を安定に維持するについても
形態的に安心感がある。しかし横軸形のポンプは一般
に、吸込口が側開状に開設されているため、そのままで
は低水位の排水に対応できず、吸込管を吸込口に別途接
続しなければならないという不便さがあり、また、渇水
時の底水吸上げには全く機能し得ないものである。
［考案の目的］ 本考案の目的は、天井の低いトンネル内での使用に便
利であり、設置状態を安定に維持するについても形態的
に安心感があり、しかも低水位の排水にもそのままで対
応し得られ、地下トンネル内の溜まり水排水に好適で、
また、渇水状態での底水吸上げ用としても有効に機能す
る横軸形ポンプを提供することにある。
［考案の構成］ 本考案に係る横軸形低水位用ポンプにおいては、吸込
カバーの中心部より断面逆Ｕ字形に導出された吸込管を
水底面へ接近するよう下向きに開口させ、その下面開口
状吸込口を覆うようにしてストレーナーを繞設したこと
を特徴としている。
［実施例］ 実施例の図面において、１は要所に集水用の陥所２を
凹設してなる地下トンネル、３は横軸形の水中モータ
ー、４は横軸形水中モーター３の前端部に連結されたポ
ンプケーシング、５はポンプケーシング４の外端面を形
成する吸込カバー、６は吸込カバー５の中心部より断面
逆Ｕ字形に導出された吸込管、７は水底面l0に接近する
よう吸込管６の下面に開設せられた吸込口、８は下面開
口状の吸込口７を覆うようにして吸込管６の外周に繞設
せられたストレーナー、９は横軸形水中モーター３の後
端部より導出せられた吐出管、10は水底面l0へ設置する
場合の支持脚である。
［作用］ 地下トンネル１内の溜まり水を排水するについては、
本考案ポンプを陥所２内へ設置する。このとき、吸込管
６の上面、左右両側面および前端面は管壁により囲わ
れ、下面のみが開放されて下向き開口形の吸込口７を水
底面l0に接近させた状態となるので、溜まり水が低水位
l1であっても有効に排水作用が行われる。また、溜まり
水が低水位l1および高水位l2のいずれの水位であって
も、ストレーナー８によって塵芥の吸込みを防止する。
［考案の効果］ 本考案ポンプによれば、断面逆Ｕ字形に導出された吸
込管６を水底面l0へ接近するよう下向きに開口させ、そ
の下面開口状吸込口７を覆うようにしてストレーナー８
を繞設してあるので、低水位l1の状態でも溜まり水を有
効に排水でき、どの水位においても塵芥吸込防止効果が
ある。
また、横軸形ポンプであるため、天井の低いトンネル
内での使用に便利であり、かつ、設置状態を安定に維持
し得るという利点がある。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案ポンプの外側面図、第２図は第１図のＡ
−Ａ線における断面図、第３図は本考案ポンプを用いて
地下トンネル内の溜まり水を排水する状態を例示した説
明図である。 ５…吸込カバー、６…吸込管、７…吸込口、８…ストレ
ーナー、l0…水底面。

  1. 【請求項１】横軸形水中モーター（３）の後端部よりそ
    の軸方向へ吐出管（９）を導出し、横軸形水中モーター
    （３）の前端部にはポンプケーシング（４）を連結し、
    ポンプケーシング（４）の外端面を形成する吸込カバー
    （５）の中心部より断面逆Ｕ字形の吸込管（６）を導出
    させ、該吸込管（６）の下面において水底面（l0）へ接
    近するよう吸込口（７）を下向きに開口させ、該下向き
    開口状の吸込口（７）を覆うようにしてストレーナー
    （８）を繞設したことを特徴とする、横軸形低水位用水
    中ポンプ。
