Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an improvement of a substrate for planting a ground covering plant laid between a seedling and the ground when planting a ground covering plant such as turf. . 2. Description of the Related Art Lawns have been conventionally constructed in various places as simple green spaces for providing comfort to urban spaces, and the action of purifying air pollution by photosynthesis has been evaluated. Also,
Furthermore, in recent years, impermeable concrete pavement in urban areas has caused new urban problems such as floods and depletion of groundwater sources. One of the solutions to this problem is to improve water retention and permeability. Lawn utility is being re-evaluated. [0003] Lawns are bred so that individual turfgrass spreads and covers the ground by underground stems called runners. To breed this turfgrass, abundant sunlight and air-permeable porous soil are required. It is important to secure the structure and improve drainage. However, it is difficult to keep the lawn that has been created beautiful without dying, because the lawn is constantly trimmed shortly and is often subjected to bad conditions of being trampled by heavy objects such as people and cars. On the other hand, a large number of concrete flat blocks are buried at predetermined intervals from each other for the purpose of protecting the lawn soil structure from treading of heavy objects and protecting the lawn grass itself from external force. There has been proposed a construction method of planting a lawn on the soil surface between the blocks.
This method appears to be superior at first glance because the tread of the heavy object is held by the block and the turfgrass is not weighted. [0005] However, it has been found that the growth of turfgrass is difficult to grow due to the elution of alkaline growth-inhibiting substances in concrete blocks, and when a local load such as a wheel of an automobile is applied, only the block at that location is applied. Sunk, and the load was directly applied to the lawn to maintain the porous soil structure. In severe cases, water pools formed in the settled portion, and the turfgrass did not propagate well. In addition, at the time of construction, it is necessary to manually stick mat-like lawns one by one on the soil surface between the blocks, and there is a disadvantage that workability is poor. Therefore, the inventor of the present invention came up with a method of creating a lawn in which a planting substrate is laid between a seedling and the ground.
As a planting substrate used in such a formation method, a prototype manufactured by the present inventors has a predetermined number of vertical and horizontal ventilation cylinders protruding above the upper edge of the frame at each intersection of the frames arranged in a grid. Are provided so as to form one unit of substrate, and the periphery of each substrate can be connected to each other by a joint. [0007] In order to construct a lawn using the planting substrate of the prototype, a large number of planting substrates connected to each other are first placed on a flat ground. And put
Inject the soil from the top and level it. Then, a mat-shaped seedling is laid on the seedling, and the seedling is pressed with a roller from above the seedling, and the seedling is pushed into the gaps between the ventilation cylinders so that the seedling and the soil are brought into close contact with each other. If you create this way,
Even if a local load such as a wheel of an automobile is applied, the load is widely distributed to a large number of substrates connected to each other by a joint, so that local sinking does not occur. In addition, the ventilation tube secures ventilation to the ground and turfgrass grows easily.Because fixing the seedlings can be done by rolling with rollers, it is more efficient in a shorter time than the method using a conventional block. There are many advantages that it can be constructed. [0008] However, in this prototype, if the soil is filled up to the height of the upper end surface of the ventilation tube and the seedlings are laid, excessive pressure is applied to the soil when the rollers are rolled, and the soil is damaged. It leads to solidification and poor survival after the formation. For this reason, conventionally, after putting in the soil from the upper surface of the planting substrate, before laying the seedlings,
By shaving the surface of the soil with a broom etc., a step is formed between the upper end surface of the ventilation tube and the surface of the soil, and when the roller is rolled, the seedlings fall into this step. It was necessary to prevent solidification of the soil. Since the work of scraping the surface of the guest soil is performed manually using a broom, etc.,
There was a problem that it was extremely complicated and required a lot of manpower and time. In view of the above-mentioned problems of the conventional planting substrate, the present invention has been made to further improve the conventional planting substrate, and eliminates the need for complicated work for cutting down the soil, and allows the lawn to be efficiently formed. To provide. [0010] In order to achieve the above object,
The present invention is configured as follows. That is, in the present invention, the ventilation cylinder is vertically arranged at each intersection of the lattice-shaped frame, and the bottomless turf accommodation section is vertically and horizontally partitioned by the frame, and the turf accommodation section is temporarily provided above the bottom opening of each turf accommodation section. The tongue piece projects horizontally. When the plant is formed using the planting substrate of the present invention, the soil is introduced from the upper surface of the substrate and the soil is flattened at the height of the upper end surface of the ventilation tube. Thereafter, the seedlings are laid on the seedlings as they are, and the seedlings are pressed with a roller from above the seedlings to bring the seedlings into close contact with the guest soil. At the time of this compaction, the seedlings and the soil are pushed into the turf housing part by the weight of the roller,
This rolling pressure breaks the temporary tongue piece, and the soil held by the temporary tongue piece falls into the space below the temporary tongue piece.
Accordingly, excessive pressure is not applied to the soil due to the rolling pressure of the roller, so that solidification of the soil can be prevented, and survival after formation is improved. As described above, in the present invention, even if the seedlings are laid directly on the flattened soil and rolled by rollers, there is no danger of solidification of the soil, so that the surface of the once thrown in the soil is scraped off. Complicated work can be omitted altogether, and large-area creation work can be performed efficiently in a shorter time than before. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a planting substrate according to the embodiment of the present invention, which is integrally formed of a weather-resistant synthetic resin such as polyethylene. Are frames arranged in a grid pattern in six rows and five rows, and upward intersection tubes 4 are provided at the intersections of the frames 2, 2, respectively. The sections defined by the frames 2 and 2 are referred to as bottomless turf housing sections 3 and 3. The ventilation cylinder 4 is a substantially octagonal cylinder which is formed thinner as it goes upward, and its upper part is protruded higher than the upper edges of the frames 2, 2,... (See FIG. 2). A short cylindrical small-diameter portion 6 protrudes from the upper end surface 5 of each ventilation tube 4. The lower part of the ventilation tube 4 is formed to have a substantially octagonal tube skirt 7 in which the outer diameter is reduced toward the bottom. Note that the inner surface of the ventilation tube 4 is formed as a substantially truncated cone whose inner diameter becomes thicker toward the lower end. This is to make it easier to remove the mold from the bottom side of the substrate during injection molding. A horizontal reinforcing frame 9 is provided above the lower edge 8 of the skirt 7. The height position of the reinforcing frame 9 is higher than the bottom opening of the turf accommodating portion 3, that is, the lower edge 8 of the skirt 7 by a height substantially equal to the thickness of a mat-shaped seedling turf 15 (see FIG. 4) described later. Position. A substantially circular through hole 10 is formed in each reinforcing frame 9, and temporary tongue pieces 11, 11,... The gap around each of the temporary receiving tongue pieces 11 is so small that the soil does not spill. This temporary tongue piece 11
Is formed by thinning the lower surface side so that it can be easily broken by the load when being rolled by a roller as described later. Of the sides of the substrate 1 formed in a rectangular shape, two adjacent sides are provided with male joints 12, 12..., And the other two sides are provided with female joints 13, 13. Each ventilation tube 4
Install every other one. Male fittings 12,12 ...
Is provided at the distal end of a connecting arm 22 extending to the side end of the ventilation tube 4, and a vertical notch 19 (see FIG. 1) is provided at the side end of an upwardly facing cylindrical body 24 having a large diameter portion 17 at the upper end. The guiding slope 18 is formed on the shoulder of the large-diameter portion 17. The female joints 13, 13...
Are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the ventilation tube 4 so that the connecting arm 22 can be fitted to the side end of the ventilation tube 4. The vertical groove 23 is provided. The process of creating a lawn using the planting substrate 1 of the embodiment of the present invention will be described. First, crushed stones are spread on the ground, and are sufficiently compacted with rollers to make the ground as flat as possible. At the time of this leveling, fine sand may be removed as a blinding material on crushed stone. Next, an appropriate number of planting substrates 1 according to the area of the lawn to be created are prepared, and these planting substrates 1 are connected to each other on the leveled ground and deployed and laid. In this connection, as shown in FIG. 3, when the male joints 12, 12,... Are pushed from below the female joints 13, 13,. The outer diameter of the male joint 12 is compressed by sliding contact with the joint 14, and when the large-diameter portion 17 eventually exceeds the engagement member 14, the large-diameter portion 17 is restored by its resilient force, and Fit. As a result, the male joint 12 and the female joint 13 are tightly coupled. At this time, since the male joint 12 is held upward by the engaging element 14 of the female joint 13 and downward by the vertical groove 23, there is no possibility that the coupling between the male and female joints 12 and 13 will be displaced up and down. . Next, the soil 16 is thrown in from the upper surface of the planting substrate 1 laid, and the soil 1 is thrown in using a rake or the like.
6 is flattened to the height of the upper end surface of the ventilation tube 4. here,
As shown on the right side of FIG. 4, the thrown in soil 16 is stored in the turf storage section 3 of the planting substrate 1. Since the projecting portion 11 protrudes, the guest soil 16 is held on the temporary receiving tongue piece 11, while a space 20 is formed below the temporary receiving tongue piece 11 in which the user soil 16 does not enter. Next, mat-shaped seedling turf 1 in which Korai turf was raised
5 are prepared, and the seedlings 15 are spread all over the soil 16 laid as described above, and are further rolled from above with the rollers 21 to bring the seedlings 15 and the soil 16 into close contact. In this rolling step, as shown in FIG.
At this time, the temporary tongue pieces 11, 11... Are broken by the rolling pressure of the roller 21, and the seedlings 15 and the soil 16 held by the temporary tongue pieces 11 are It falls into the lower space 20 (arrow A). After the rolling by the rollers 21 is performed two to three times, the soil is sprinkled to a thickness of about 1 cm from the top of the seedling turf 15 and then the water is sufficiently removed, thereby completing the forming process. In the lawn planted in this way,
Even if a local load such as an automobile wheel is applied, a large number of substrates 1 tightly connected to each other by male and female joints 12 and 13 are provided.
Since the load is widely dispersed, no local settlement occurs. Also, since ventilation and water permeability to the ground can be ensured by the ventilation tube 4, turfgrass is easy to propagate. In this embodiment, when a large pressure is applied to the nursery grass 15 and the soil 16 by the rolling pressure of the roller 21, the temporary tongue piece 11 is broken and the nursery grass 15 and the soil 16 are placed in the space 20. Since it falls, excessive pressure is not applied to the soil 16, the solidification of the soil 16 can be prevented, and the survival after the formation is improved. As described above, in the present embodiment, even if the nursery grass 15 is laid on the flattened soil 16 as it is and rolled by a roller, there is no possibility that the soil 16 is solidified. In the case of using, the complicated work of shaving the surface of the soil 16 once thrown in can be omitted altogether, and the work of forming a large area can be performed in a shorter time and more efficiently than before. In the planting substrate 1 of this embodiment, the weight of an automobile or the like is supported by the upward ventilation tube 4, so that the strength is extremely high. For this reason, it can be widely used as a beautiful lawn that breeds well without damaging the grass, and it can be widely used as a playground in open spaces and parks in apartment buildings, and it can be used as a parking lot by riding a car on the lawn using this board Is also possible. Furthermore, since it can withstand the weight of large vehicles such as fire engines, it can also be used for the introduction of emergency large vehicles, and it is extremely useful in that it can be used for multiple purposes that was not possible with conventional grass. I can say. In addition, since there is no water permeability on the general concrete-clad ground, piping equipment for discharging rainwater is required everywhere. On the other hand, in this embodiment, the ventilation tube 4 and the turf housing unit 3 penetrate vertically. Because of the high water permeability, such piping equipment is unnecessary. Further, in the above-described conventional construction method using the blocks, the occupied area of the turfgrass with respect to the entire construction area is small, and thus the law was not approved as a green space according to the building regulations. Since the occupied area of the turfgrass can be made sufficiently large in the substrate 1, there is also an advantage that it can be recognized as a green space. The planting substrate 1 of this embodiment is used for planting such ground cover plants, and a permeable sheet is laid between the lower surface of the substrate 1 and the ground surface. By filling with soil and sand, it can also be used as a temporary road in soft lands such as sand and wetlands. However, in the present embodiment, the reinforcing frame 9 is disposed at the same height position as the temporary receiving tongue piece 11, but instead of this configuration, the temporary receiving tongue piece 11 is provided at a position higher than the lower edge of the skirt 7, If the reinforcing frame is provided at the same height as the lower edge of the skirt 7, the entire surface of the reinforcing frame is grounded, so that the grounding area of the entire substrate 1 is increased and the ability of the substrate 1 to prevent settlement is improved. It is particularly suitable for use in As another configuration of the ventilation tube in place of the ventilation tube 4 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG.
7, the lower part is a large diameter part 28, and the small diameter part 27 and the large diameter part 2
8, a slit-shaped vent hole 30 extending upward from the joint 29 of FIG.
If the ventilation tube 26 provided with the ventilation holes 30 is used, this ventilation hole 3
0, 30 has the advantage that air can be more smoothly circulated into the ground, and the growth of turfgrass can be further promoted. Further, in this embodiment, the construction method of rolling by the roller 21 using the mat-shaped seedling turf 15 made of Koryo turf has been described. It is also possible to apply a method of sowing Western turf seeds after rolling with a roller, and covering the seeds with the seeds. The present invention can also be applied to planting other ground cover plants other than turf (eg, Hedera, Mbe, Tamaki, Kumasa etc.). On the other hand, in FIG. 6, reference numeral 31 denotes a fitting plate for forming a white line by being arranged in a row on the upper surface of the planting substrate 1 of the present invention, and FIG. b) is a sectional view taken along the line BB showing the state of use. This fitting plate 31
Is formed integrally with an elastic resin,
Outer engaging members 33 to be fitted to the inside of the small diameter portion 6 at the upper end of each ventilation tube 4 are provided on the lower surface of the pair at six locations corresponding to the installation interval of the ventilation tube 4. Engaging element 33, 33
Is provided around the small-diameter portion 6 and the reinforcing bar 3 is provided at two places around the upper surface plate 32 and inside the lower surface.
5 is provided. Reference numerals 36, 36 denote anti-slip projections provided on the upper surface of the upper plate 32, and reference numerals 37, 37,... Denote retention projections which hold the ventilation tube 4 immovably. The fitting plate 31 constructed as described above is used in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 4B, when the pushers are pushed into the ventilation tubes 4 from above, the engaging members 33 contract along the inner end surface of the small diameter portion 6 of the ventilation tube 4 (see FIG. 2). Since the engaging elements 33 and 33 are elastically expanded outward on the lower side, the fitting plate 31 is fitted to the planting substrate 1 strongly. In this way, a large number of fitting plates 31 are fitted in a row in a continuous or intermittent manner, and a white line is drawn on the substrate 1. Thus, according to the insertion plate 31, it is possible to easily draw an arbitrary white line on a lawn surface on which a conventional line or the like cannot be drawn, and to draw a simple character such as a number. Become. In the present invention configured as described above, the seedling turf and the soil are pushed into the turf housing portion by the weight of the roller when the roller is rolled, and the temporary receiving is performed by the rolling pressure. The tongue is broken and the land held by this temporary tongue is
It falls into the space below the temporary tongue. Accordingly, excessive pressure is not applied to the soil due to the rolling pressure of the roller, so that solidification of the soil can be prevented, and survival after formation is improved. As described above, in the present invention, even if the seedlings are laid on the flattened soil as it is and the rollers are rolled, there is no danger of solidification of the soil,
It is possible to omit the complicated work of shaving the surface of the once-introduced soil, and it is possible to efficiently perform a large-area creation work in a shorter time and more efficiently than before.
