Description

The present invention relates to a greening pavement in which a panel main body is laid on a leveled ground, the panel main body is filled with vegetation soil, and a ground cover plant is planted in the vegetation soil.

Various greening measures have been taken as countermeasures such as the suppression of the heat island phenomenon associated with urbanization and the suppression of global warming associated with an increase in carbon dioxide. As part of such efforts, in urban areas, attempts are being made to green the rooftops and walls of buildings, and greening sites such as parking lots. With regard to greening of buildings, for example, a method of covering wall surfaces and the like by taking ivy and other climbing plants is taken, and it is a place where you can often see and hear the reports that praise the effect. However, it seems that there are not many reports of large-scale greening of large sites such as parking lots.

Looking at the prior art, there is one in which the pavement itself is a green pavement, and an example is JP-A-2009-185456. This invention is a grid-like load distribution having continuous gaps formed by connecting roadbed materials in a grid and three-dimensionally with an adhesive solution within the thickness of the roadbed made of roadbed materials laid on the construction site. It has a structure called greening pavement in which a structure is formed and a vegetation base material is held in a gap included in the roadbed. And since the grid-like load distribution structure is formed within the thickness of the roadbed, it is said that there is an effect that it can withstand the load of the vehicle etc., but in this case, due to the difference in the pavement technology of the roadbed The results will be affected, and it can only be carried out in a place that can withstand pavement work.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2011-43040 uses a greening panel. The present invention has a structure called greening pavement having a plurality of convex portions for support, and energizing Snagoke on the ground filled in the concave portions formed between the convex portions, and the box-shaped frame and the frame A plurality of supporting convex portions formed integrally with the bottom portion of the body, and a greening panel frame including a partition wall integrally formed with the convex portions and forming a plurality of concave portions together with the convex portions are used. . And since Snagoke grows in a connected state without being separated by a partition wall, Snagoke filled in adjacent recesses is supposed to be in a uniformly connected state. However, Snagoke's research on air temperature shows that the moss single-use area is rather high at 60 ° C rather than the slab surface temperature of 40 ° C. The greening pavement material of the present invention is such that a panel main body is laid on a leveled ground, the vegetation soil is filled in the panel-shaped main body, and a ground cover plant is planted in the vegetation soil. Since the panel body is laid, there is no need for paving work, and relatively easy construction is possible. The ground cover plants include so-called weeds, bryophytes and the like that cover the ground surface, and therefore can be selected from the most suitable ones according to the installation location. As the ground cover plant assumed to be applied in the present invention, for example, Shiba (Gramineae), Tamariu (Lilyaceae) are suitable.

The panel body is a hollow body having a concavo-convex structure made of a plastic molded body. Therefore, the panel body can be cut as described later, and a desired shape and structure can be mass-produced at a relatively low cost. The cutting process can be performed by being thinly formed at the joined bases.

The concavo-convex structure is composed of a plurality of protrusions and voids provided between the protrusions, and a plurality of protrusions constituting the panel body are coupled to the front, rear, left and right, And it shall be formed so that cutting | disconnection is possible at the said base joined.

The panel body can be used in combination with an auxiliary tool that is attached to one or more protrusions and provides a line, section, positioning portion, or boundary on the upper surface of the panel body. By using this type of auxiliary tool in combination, for example, a straight line or a car stop indicating the parking range for each vehicle can be installed on the laying surface of the panel body, thereby providing functionality as a device.

About a hollow panel main body, it is desirable to have the opening part which penetrates the inside and outside in the side surface of a protrusion. Providing an opening provides air permeability and is suitable for maintaining and growing planted plants.

The panel main body constitutes a rectangular panel main body in which a plurality of protrusions and a space provided between the protrusions are connected in the front-rear and left-right directions. Connecting means for laying in the front, back, left and right, and as the connecting means, the other side so as to overlap the convex part provided on one square panel body and the upper or lower part of the convex part The mating convex portion provided on the shape panel body, the vertical through-hole penetrating the convex portion and the mating convex portion, and the coupling portion provided outside the mating convex portion or the convex portion so as to surround the convex portion or the mating convex portion. It has at least one element among three elements of a claw piece and a connecting counterpart of the connecting claw piece, a projection provided on one side of the rectangular panel body to be connected, and a recess engaging with the projection. It shall be. However, it can be freely determined which of the above three elements should be provided.

Since the present invention is constructed and operates as described above, almost all of the vegetation soil laid and filled with the panel body can be covered with ground cover plants. And there is an effect that the landscape can be improved by greening. In addition, according to the present invention, since it can be easily constructed by simple connection means and can be cut at any position, it can be processed into a shape corresponding to any planar shape, and a greening pavement can be laid. There is an effect that various kinds of equipment having lines, sections, positioning portions or boundaries can be provided on the upper surface of the panel body using the auxiliary tool.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an example of a greening pavement 10 according to the present invention. In the illustrated greening pavement 10, a total of 64 individual protrusions 11 in a total of 64 rows and 8 columns are connected to the front, rear, left and right. The planar main body constitutes a square main body. The panel body is a hollow body having a concavo-convex structure made of a plastic molding. A space 12 is provided between the protrusions, and the space 12 is entirely connected in a plane, and is filled with vegetation soil 13 (see FIG. 13). Note that the planar shape of the panel body is not limited to a square, and a rectangular, triangular, or other connectable polygonal shape or a combination thereof can be selected.

Each protrusion 11 has a shape that can be said to be a substantially quadrangular pyramid that is tapered from the base portion 14 toward the top portion 15 (see FIG. 3). (See FIG. 4). Each of the protrusions 11 has an opening 16 passing through the inside and outside of each of the four surfaces, and a radially outward reinforcing rib 17 is formed at the outer corner. Further, upper and lower sleeve ribs 18 and 18 are formed substantially in parallel on the left and right sides of the opening 16, and the sleeve ribs 18 and 18 are closed at the outer ends, or will be described later. The portion provided with the connecting means 20 is closed at a slightly inner position, and the sleeve-like ribs 18 and 18 of the adjacent protrusions 11 are joined at the outer end.

The opening 16 may be closed as shown in FIG. 4 or may reach the lower end of the protrusion 11. By making the opening part open to the lower end, the root of the plant can be entangled with the base part, and the degree of integration with the panel body can be increased, and the opening part 16 is open to the lower end, so that water can be easily removed from the panel body. There is also an advantage of doing. In addition, by providing the reinforcing rib 17 and the sleeve-like ribs 18 and 18 on the protrusion 11, the desired strength can be obtained even if the rib height is lowered.

The panel body also has a small opening 19 at the top 15, which is surrounded by the upper end of the reinforcing rib 17. The small opening 19 is also used for attaching auxiliary tools 32 and 34, which will be described later, but also has a function of improving air permeability and water permeability like the side opening 16. Further, the four corners of the base portion 14 are slightly chamfered so that a rhombus cavity 14a is formed, and the panel body is connected to the combined base portion 14 constituting the same. And can be cut. By cutting the panel body, it is possible to easily lay the greening pavement material 10 according to the shape of the site and other factors.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the panel main body constitutes a square panel main body in which a plurality of protrusions 11 and a space 12 provided between the protrusions are coupled in the front-rear and left-right directions. The shape panel main body has connecting means 20 for connecting the main bodies at the side portions and laying them in the front, rear, left and right. The connecting means 20 includes a convex portion 21 provided on one rectangular panel main body and a mating convex portion 22 provided on the other adjacent rectangular panel main body so as to overlap an upper portion or a lower portion of the convex portion 21. The connecting claw pieces 25 provided on the outside of the mating convex portion 22 or the convex portion 22 so as to surround the vertical through holes 23 and 24 penetrating the portion 21 and the mating convex portion 22, the convex portion 21 or the mating convex portion 22. And the connecting mating portion 26 of the connecting claw piece 25, the projection 27 provided on one side of the rectangular panel main body to be connected, and the recess 28 that engages with the projection 27. It is only necessary to have one of these elements.

In the case of the illustration, an example in which all three elements are provided as the connecting means 20 is shown, and the convex portion 21 as the first element is provided so as to overlap the counterpart convex portion 22 (FIGS. 5 to 5). 8 and FIG. 11). The projection 21 and the mating projection 22 are provided with through holes 23 and 24 in the vertical direction. When the panel body is laid in the front and rear, left and right, the through holes 23 and 24 are secured with pegs or the like. It can be used as a means for fitting a nail and connecting adjacent panel bodies. Furthermore, in order to fix the panel body to the ground, it can also be used as a hole into which an anchoring member is driven.

Further, the connecting claw piece 25 which is the second element of the connecting means 20 has a pair of upwardly tapered vertical pieces 25a and 25a provided on the mating convex portion 22 side, and a connecting piece 25b connecting them. (See FIG. 3). The connecting claw piece 25 is provided on the mating convex portion 22 located at the lowest position, and has a structure projecting upward on the outside thereof. The gap 25 ′ extends from the convex portion 21 to the coupling mating portion 26. The part is configured to enter and engage (see FIG. 8). The connecting mating part 26 is constituted by sleeve-shaped ribs 18 and 18 formed on the left and right sides of the opening 16 and a part surrounded by an outer part closing the rib (FIGS. 3 and 5). Etc.). In addition, a pair of protrusions 27 as third elements are provided on the left and right sides of the convex portion 21, and a pair of recesses 28 are provided on the left and right of the connecting claw piece 25 at a position where it engages with the convex portion 27 (see FIG. 12). ).

In the illustrated embodiment, the connecting means 20 configured as described above has coupling claws on two adjacent sides of the four sides of the panel body having a rectangular planar shape, as is apparent from FIG. 25 and a recess 28 are provided, and another adjacent two pieces are provided with a convex portion 21, a connection partner portion 26, and protrusions 27 and 27, respectively. In other words, a connecting counterpart 26 is provided on the other side parallel to the side on which the connecting claw piece 25 is provided (see FIGS. 9 and 10). As described above, the panel main body in the illustrated example can be laid on the front, rear, left and right by the connection means and configuration of the three elements. However, for example, a modification is possible in which the first element and the second element are arranged separately without being provided at the same position, and the third element is omitted.

The greening pavement material 10 of the present invention having such a configuration is used by being laid on a ground that has been laid down by spreading sand G2 on the roadbed G1 (see FIG. 13). In that case, the greening pavement 10 is constructed such that the panel bodies are connected to each other by the connecting means 20 and fixed to the ground as needed, and is laid on the front, back, left and right. Make it almost coincide with the surface of the ground before leveling. A vegetation soil 13 is filled in the void 12 of the panel body laid as described above, and a ground cover plant 29 is planted in the vegetation soil 13. The above-mentioned shiba was used for the ground cover plant 29. Thus, the greening pavement material 10 of the present invention can be used for greening a site in a desired range.

In the greening pavement 10 of the present invention, an auxiliary tool for providing a line, a section, a positioning part or a boundary on the upper surface of the panel body is also used in combination with one or more protrusions of the panel body. It is possible to install a straight line indicating a parking area, a car stop, etc., and to provide multi-functionality as a device. FIG. 14 shows, as an example, a greening parking lot 30 constructed using the greening pavement material 10 of the present invention. The greening parking lot 30 itself connects the greening pavement material 10 according to the present invention to the connecting means 20 described above. It is laid on the front, back, left and right.

And in the greening parking lot 30, the block 32 for using for the line marker 31 which provides the straight line which shows a parking range, the block 34 for using for the vehicle stop 33, etc. are installed as said auxiliary tool. Each of the blocks 32 and 34 has an engagement structure that can be engaged with the shape structure of the top portion 15, for example, the small opening 19, in order to attach them to the top portion 15 of the panel body. FIG. 15 shows an example of the marker block 32, which has a plurality of clips of the engaging means 32a on the lower surface of the block formed in a substantially square shape. It is configured to be engaged with and attached to the small opening 19 (see FIG. 16). Further, the vehicle stop block 34 is formed in a horizontally long shape to receive the tire (see FIG. 17), and is provided with small bolt holes 34a in the lower part of the block near its four corners, and four places using bolts and nuts (not shown). It is comprised so that it may attach in the part of the small opening part 19 of the top parts 15 and 15 of the protrusion 11 (refer FIG. 18).

According to the greening pavement material 10 of the present invention configured as described above, it is possible to easily green a larger site. In particular, since the greening pavement 10 of the present invention has openings 16 and 19 through the inside and outside of the panel body having a hollow structure on the side surface and the top of the protrusion 11, a wide range of air permeability can be adjusted. As the ground cover plant 29 used for greening, other than the above-mentioned shiba and tamariu, rhubarb beard, hedera, shibazakura and the like can be used, and high adaptability can be expected. The greening pavement 10 according to the present invention can be mass-produced by molding the blocks 32, 34 and the like using various plastics, reinforced plastics and the like as materials.
