When molding different types of resin into a resin-molded product, first inject and inject the first resin into the mold, then inject and inject the second resin into the first resin and the second resin. A so-called two-color molding method, in which the resin is integrally molded, is widely practiced.

When the cassette half (2) integrally having the opaque portion and the transparent portion is manufactured by injection molding, a two-color molding die (5) as shown in FIG. 8 is used. That is, the two-color molding die (5) is the upper fixed die (6).
And a lower fixed mold (7) and a movable mold (8). First, as shown in FIG. A, the movable mold (8) is advanced to mold the body part (2a) of the cassette half. A cavity (9) is formed, and an opaque resin as a first resin is injected and injected into the cavity (9) through a resin injection gate (10) to mold the body part (2a) of the cassette half (2). (Primary molding), and thereafter, the movable mold (8) is moved backward as shown in FIG. 9B to form a cavity (11) for molding the transparent window portion (2b), and a resin injection gate (11) is formed in this cavity (11). The transparent window portion (2b) is molded by injecting a transparent resin as the second resin through (12) (secondary molding), and the cassette half is heated by the heat and injection pressure of the resin at the time of this secondary molding. The main body portion (2a) of (2) and the transparent window portion (2b) are integrally formed.

However, in this conventional two-color molding, when the second resin is injected, the first resin is not yet completely solidified, so that the injection pressure a of the second resin causes This resin is pressed and deformed, and as a result, the joint between the first resin and the second resin is distorted at the front and rear edges of the transparent window (2b) of the cassette half (2) as shown in FIG. Occurs, and there is a disadvantage that the appearance is not preferable.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a first resin,
That is, in a two-color molding die device in which the resin of the first color is injected and then the second resin, that is, the resin of the second color is injected and molded, a metal forming a cavity for molding the resin of the first color. The mold is provided with a convex rib as a stepped portion at a position close to the cavity for molding the resin of the second color.

The two-color molding die (5) of the present invention is located at a position close to the die for molding the first resin, that is, the cavity for molding the resin of the first color, and the cavity for molding the second resin, that is, the resin of the second color. In addition, a convex rib is provided as a stepped portion for preventing deformation. That is, in this example, as shown in FIG. 1, a lower fixed mold (7) forming a cavity (9) for molding the body portion (2a) of the cassette half, a cavity (11) for molding the transparent window portion (2b). ), A convex rib (13) is provided so as to project. The convex ribs (13) have a rectangular cross section and have a predetermined length along the front and rear edges of the transparent window (2b) of the cassette half molded by the mold (5) of this example. Now, it is provided at a plurality of locations (eight locations in this example).

Then, first, as shown in FIG. A, the movable mold (8) is moved forward to close the cavity (11) for molding the transparent window (2b) and the opaque resin as the first color resin is injected into the resin injection gate. The main body portion (2a) of the cassette half is molded by injecting it into the cavity (9) through the (10), and then the movable mold (8) is moved backward as shown in FIG. A cavity (11) for molding 2a) is formed, and a transparent window portion (2b) is molded by injecting a transparent resin as a second color resin into the cavity (11) through a gate (12). At this time, the injection pressure a of the resin of the second color is applied to the resin of the first color forming the main body portion (2a) of the cassette half, and this injection pressure a is caused by the convex ribs (13). It is ready to be received (see Fig. 2), so that the joint between the first-color resin and the second-color resin is hardly deformed, and the cassette half (2) thus molded has a transparent window portion. A good appearance is obtained without the edge of (2a) being distorted.

After molding the cassette half (2) in this manner, the upper and lower fixed molds (6) and (7) are opened to take out the cassette half (2), so that the transparent window portion (2a) is integrated. A molded product of the cassette half (2) is obtained.

In this molded cassette half (2), a concave mark (14) corresponding to the convex rib (13) is formed on the back surface side of the main body (2a). Since the mark part (14) of the tape cassette is formed on the back side of the cassette half (2), there is no problem in the appearance of the tape cassette after assembling, and it does not interfere with the tape stored inside. There is no. Further, the concave mark portion (14) also has an effect of acting as a rib for preventing the cassette half from warping.

As described above, according to the two-color molding die (5) of this example, the cavity (9) for molding the body part (2a) of the cassette half is formed.
A convex rib (13) that receives the injection pressure of the second color resin that forms the transparent window (2b) in the lower fixed mold (7) that forms the
By providing the above, it is possible to prevent the edge portion of the transparent window portion (2b) of the cassette half (2) from being deformed, so that the dimensional accuracy of the cassette half (2) is improved and the design image is improved. In addition, since the injection pressure of the resin of the second color does not need to be carefully considered in the molding work, the range of molding conditions is widened, and therefore the molding workability is improved. Moreover, since the structure is extremely simple, the manufacturing cost of the mold is not so different from the conventional one, and it has various practical effects such as easy implementation.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the convex rib (13) is formed to have a rectangular cross section, but as shown in FIG. 4, the convex rib (13) has a triangular cross section. You may form in. In this case, the convex rib (13) is formed so that the side receiving the injection pressure of the resin of the second color is the vertical surface and the other side is the inclined surface. In the case of the embodiment of FIG. 4, convex ribs (1
Since the inclined surface portion of 3) acts as a draft, there is an advantage that the cassette half (2) can be easily taken out from the mold (5) after molding.

Further, in the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 3, the case where the convex ribs (13) are formed at a plurality of positions with a predetermined length has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and is described above in the mold (5). The convex rib (13) may be formed in a continuous shape. That is, the cassette half (2) formed by this mold (5) is
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 6, the cassette half (2) is continuously formed with a concave mark portion (14) by a continuous convex rib of the mold (5).

Further, in the above description, a convex rib and a pin are shown as the step portion for preventing deformation, but the step portion may be formed in a concave shape. In this case, the concave portion is filled with the resin of the first color, and the resin molding portion of the first color is locked in the concave portion and receives the injection pressure of the resin of the second color. As in the case of the above-mentioned embodiment, the deformation between the resin of the first color and the resin of the second color is prevented, and a molded product having excellent appearance can be obtained.

As described above, the two-color molding die device of the present invention is provided with the stepped portion at a position close to the cavity for molding the second resin in the die for forming the cavity for molding the first resin. Since the injection pressure of the second resin is received by this stepped portion, no deformation occurs at the joint between the first resin and the second resin in the molded product, and therefore the appearance is improved. An excellent molded product can be obtained, and it is particularly effective when used for two-color molding of an opaque resin and a transparent resin as shown in the examples.
