Figures 1A and 1B are a perspective view and a cross-sectional view of the conventional indicator panel made of two types of materials, and 1 is an exterior part that forms part of the case when this indicator panel is assembled. A window portion 2 made of transparent resin is bonded to the center of this exterior portion 1. Figure 2 is a process diagram for explaining the integral molding method of this indicator panel, in which Figure A is the molding process for the exterior part 1 of the indicator panel, Figure B is the molding process for the window part 2, and Figure C is the molding process. The subsequent step of ejecting from the mold, and FIG. In the figure, 3, 4, and 5 are molds, which are a cavity, a core, and a slide core, respectively. 6 is a gate port of a nozzle for injecting colored molten resin 7, and 8 is a gate port for a nozzle for injecting colorless molten resin 9.

First, as shown in FIG. 2A, a cavity 3, a core 4, and a slide core 5 are constructed, and a molten colored resin 7 is injected through a gate port 6 to form an exterior portion 1. Next, the slide core 5 is moved in the direction B to create a space for forming the window portion 2 as shown in FIG. 2B. A transparent resin 9 is placed in this space from the gate opening 8.
is injected to form the window part 2. The exterior part 1 and the window part 2 are bonded together by melting heat. The indicator panel molded in this way is taken out when the core 4 and slide core 5 move in the direction C as shown in FIG. 2C, the mold is opened, and the mold is opened.

In this case, since the indicator panels are pulled and cut at the gates 6 and 8, the second
As shown in FIG. C, remaining gates 10 and 11 are generated. When the mold is closed and the next indicator panel is molded with the remaining gates 10 and 11 remaining, the slide core 5 and the cavity 3 do not come into close contact with each other due to the remaining gates 11 and there is a gap, as shown in FIG. 2D. 12 occurs. When the exterior part 1 is molded with this gap 12 in place, the colored molten resin 7 flows into the gap 12.
2, causing burrs. When the window part 2 is molded with this burr present, the colored resin 7 forming the burr melts into the transparent resin 9 of the window part 2, causing the window part 2 to change color. Incidentally, since the remaining gate 10 does not come into contact with the core, the above-mentioned problem does not occur.

The present invention eliminates discoloration caused by the remaining gate 11,
This is to prevent damage to the surface 13 of the slide core 5 due to repeated molding with the remaining gate 11 present, and examples will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.

FIG. 4 is a process diagram for explaining the integral molding method of the indicator panel in the method of the present invention, in which Figure A shows the molding process of the exterior part 1 of the indicator panel, and Figure B shows the molding process of the window part 2. There is. In this embodiment, a recess 16 is provided in the slide core 5. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4A, even with the remaining gate 11, the slide core 5 and cavity 3 are in close contact with each other, and the exterior portion 1 is molded without the above-mentioned burrs. Next, a transparent resin 9 is injected into the space created by the movement of the slide core 5 to form the window portion 2. As described above, in this embodiment, the remaining gate 11 enters the recess 16, and the gap 12 shown in FIG. Since the remaining portion 11 does not come into contact with the slide core 5, the surface 13 of the slide core 5 is not damaged. For the remaining 10 gates, see Figure 4A.
As is clear from the figure, there is no contact with the core 4, and the problem of the remaining gate 11 does not occur.

As described above, in the integrated molding method of the indicator panel of the present invention, a recess is provided in the slide core so that the remaining gate that is generated when forming the window does not come into contact with the slide core. This problem can be solved and a high quality indicator panel can be provided.
