Abstract
Description
一次アルミドロスと分別された二次アルミドロスは、密閉された湿気防止容器に保管しておく。無害化処理に供される二次アルミドロスは、湿式処理前に粉砕工程を経る。粉砕工程では、塊状の二次アルミドロスを粉末状する。この粉砕工程を経ることで、後述の水との化学反応において、全量を漏れなく反応させることができる。
(実施例1)
(1)二次アルミドロスを、ボールミル及び粉末装置で構成される閉回路粉末粉砕設備を使用して粉砕した。このとき、二次アルミドロスの質量に対して0.03%の割合で補助研磨剤を添加した。補助研磨剤は、トリエタノールアミン(30%)、トリイソプロパノールアミン(20%)、ジエチレングリコール(20%)、水(30%)、の組成(質量分率)のものを用いた。
(1)二次アルミドロスを、ボールミル及び粉末装置で構成される閉回路粉末粉砕設備を使用して粉砕した。このとき、二次アルミドロスの質量に対して0.04%の割合で補助研磨剤を添加した。補助研磨剤は、トリエタノールアミン(20%)、トリイソプロパノールアミン(20%)、ジエチレングリコール(30%)、水(30%)、の組成(質量分率)のものを用いた。

Claims (1)
- アルミドロスにおける、金属アルミ又はアルミ合金を回収するための一次アルミドロスの残滓となる二次アルミドロスを無害化する処理であって、二次アルミドロスを粉砕する工程、粉砕した二次アルミドロスの粒子を研磨する工程、研磨した粒子状の二次アルミドロスを収容した容器内を脱酸する工程、脱酸状態を維持しつつ水と二次アルミドロスとを混合して反応させる工程、を有したアルミドロスの無害化処理方法。
