Claims (10)
- 上型と、
前記上型に対向して配置される下型と、
前記上型と前記下型の間に配置され、前記下型に可動的に取り付けられる中間型と、
前記中間型に取り付けられ、かつ前記上型と前記下型に対して前記中間型を移動させるように構成された位置制御機構と、
前記上型と、前記中間型と、前記下型により画定される金型キャビティに隣接して配置された気体排出機構とを含む成型装置であって、
前記気体排出機構は、気体管路と、前記気体管路及び前記金型キャビティに連通可能なスリットとを含み、前記スリットは、前記成型装置が閉鎖構成にあるとき、前記上型と前記下型により共同で画定される、ことを特徴とする、成型装置。 - 前記位置制御機構が前記中間型の第1端に取り付けられ、かつ、前記位置制御機構が前記中間型に連接される棒部材と、前記棒部材の移動を制御する付勢部材とを含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成型装置。
- さらに、前記中間型に取り付けられ、かつ前記中間型を前記下型に対して傾斜させるように構成された傾斜機構を含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成型装置。
- 前記中間型が、第1端と、前記第1端の反対側における第2端とを含み、前記傾斜機構が前記中間型の前記第1端に取り付けられ、かつ前記第2端が前記第1端より高くなるように前記中間型を傾斜させるように構成される、ことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の成型装置。
- 前記スリットが、前記下型の上面から凹陥されている、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成型装置。
- 下型と、前記下型の間に可動的に取り付けられる中間型とを提供する工程と、
上型を前記下型と係合することにより収容空間を画定し、前記中間型が前記収容空間内に配置され、前記上型、前記中間型、前記下型が共同で第1金型キャビティを画定する工程と、
成型材料を前記第1金型キャビティ内に注入し、前記中間型を少なくとも部分的に取り囲んで前記第1金型キャビティ内で成形品を成型する工程と、
前記第1金型キャビティ内での前記成形品の形成中または形成後、前記第1金型キャビティに隣接する気体排出機構のスリットを介して、少なくとも一部の気体を前記第1金型キャビティから排出する工程と、
前記上型を前記下型から離脱させる工程と、
前記成形品を前記中間型から離型する工程と、を含む、ことを特徴とする、成型方法。 - さらに、前記中間型を傾斜させる前に、前記中間型と前記成形品を前記下型から持ち上げ、前記成形品を前記中間型により保持する工程を含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の成型方法。
- さらに、前記中間型と前記成形品を前記下型に対して傾斜させる工程を含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の成型方法。
- 前記中間型が、第1端と、前記第1端の反対側における第2端と、を含み、前記中間型を傾斜させたとき、前記第1端が前記第2端より低くなる、ことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の成型方法。
- さらに、前記成形品の形成後または形成中に、前記第1金型キャビティと気体管路の間の前記スリットを介して、少なくとも一部の気体を前記第1金型キャビティから前記気体排出機構の前記気体管路に排出する工程を含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の成型方法。
