Claims (18)
- 開口部を有する筐体と、
前記筐体に設けられたバッテリーコアと、
前記筐体の前記開口部を覆うカバーと、
を備え、
前記カバーは、
第1の孔が設けられたカバー本体と、
前記カバー本体の上部に配置され、前記第1の孔を覆う耐熱性シートと、
を備えるバッテリー。 - 前記耐熱性シートが脆弱部を有し、前記カバー本体に垂直な方向に沿った脆弱部の正投影の少なくとも一部は、第1の孔に位置する、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記バッテリーは、保護層をさらに備え、前記保護層は、前記カバー本体とは反対側の前記耐熱性シートの片面を覆い、前記保護層と前記耐熱性シートの前記カバー本体との重複面積は、前記耐熱性シートの前期カバー本体とは反対側の面の面積の50%から100%を占める、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記保護層は、少なくとも一部が前記耐熱性シートを越えて前記カバー本体に接続される、請求項3に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記保護層の長さは、前記耐熱性シートの長さよりも長く、前記耐熱性シートの長手方向に沿った前記保護層の両端は、前記耐熱性シートを超えて延在し、前記カバー本体に接続され、及び、または、
前記保護層の幅は、前記耐熱性シートの幅よりも大きく、前記耐熱性シートの幅方向に沿った前記保護層の両端は、前記耐熱性シートを越えて延在し、前記カバー本体に接続される、請求項3に記載のバッテリー。 - 前記保護層はプラスチックフィルムであり、耐熱性シートはマイカシートまたはガラスシートである、請求項3に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記耐熱性シートが脆弱部を有し、前記カバー本体に垂直な方向に沿った前記脆弱部の正投影の少なくとも一部が前記第1の孔に位置し、
前記保護層には第2の孔が設けられ、前記第2の孔の正投影はカバー本体に垂直な方向に沿って脆弱部上に位置する、請求項3に記載のバッテリー。 - 前記バッテリーは極を備え、前記極は前記バッテリーコアに電気的に接続され、前記カバー本体、前記耐熱性シート、及び前記保護層を貫通する、請求項3に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記脆弱部が亀裂または複数の孔であり、前記脆弱部が複数の線状構造体である場合、前記線状構造体の少なくとも2つが交差するか、またはその延長線が交差する、請求項2に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記カバー本体に垂直な方向に沿った前記2つの交差する線状構造体の交点の正投影が前記第1の孔に位置する、請求項9に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記カバー本体には、さらに液体注入孔が設けられ、前記線状構造体の少なくとも1つの一部は、前記液体注入孔の上方に位置する、請求項9に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記バッテリーは、中間保護層をさらに備え、前記中間保護層は、前記耐熱性シートと前記カバー本体との間に位置し、前記耐熱性シートは、前記中間保護層を介して前記カバー本体に接続される、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記耐熱性シートが一体に形成された要素である、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記耐熱性シートが前記カバー本体から分離されたとき、前記耐熱性シートはフラットシートである、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- ボスは、前記カバー本体の前記第1の孔の周囲に配置され、前記耐熱性シートと前記ボスの外側壁との間にはギャップが画定される、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記ボスと前記カバー本体の上面との接合部から前記耐熱性シートまでの距離が1mmから2mmである、請求項15に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記第1の孔は保護フィルムによってさらに覆われ、前記耐熱性シートは前記保護フィルムを覆うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 請求項1に記載のバッテリーを備える電子機器。
