Claims (10)
- 流体中の汚染物質の量に関連するデータを処理するための方法であって、前記データが、発光ダイオード(LED)が使用され通路内の流体を照射し、複数のフォトダイオードが使用され各影の領域を示す電圧信号を生成し、アナログ積分器が、経時的に、前記結果として生じる電圧信号を積分するとき、通路を通過する流体の汚染物質によってキャストされる影の領域を合計する前記アナログ積分器を使用して、流体中の汚染のレベルを決定するように構成される汚染物質検出装置(115)から得られ、前記方法が、
汚染物質検出装置の少なくとも一つの前記フォトダイオードからエアレーション検出未加工電圧データ出力を、前記汚染物質検出装置とは別個かつ独立した外部データ処理システムで受信することと、
前記汚染物質検出装置の少なくとも一つの別の前記フォトダイオードからの粒子検出未加工電圧データ出力を、前記外部データ処理システムで受信することと、
前記エアレーション検出未加工電圧データ出力および前記粒子検出未加工電圧データ出力を分析およびクリーニングして、前記流体中の気泡および固体汚染物質粒子の量に関するリアルタイム情報を決定することと、
前記決定された量の固体汚染粒子を、機械のオンボード監視制御モジュールに供給することと、
前記決定された量の固体汚染粒子に基づいて、前記機械上の一つまたは複数の動作を制御することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記一つまたは複数の動作が、
オンボードの機械警報を生成することと、
電子メッセージを生成することと、
前記電子メッセージを一人または複数の加入者に送信して、前記一人または複数の加入者が、前記機械に対する前記固体汚染粒子の量の影響を最小化するための措置を講じることを可能にすることと、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記気泡の量が、前記決定された固体汚染粒子の量の精度が無視できるほど低下する可能性が閾値レベルを超えたかどうかを決定することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記未加工電圧データのいずれかが、所定の許容可能な診断範囲の電圧の範囲外にあるかどうかを決定することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記許容可能な診断範囲の電圧が、0.45ボルト以上、4.75ボルト以下である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記エアレーション検出未加工電圧データ出力および前記粒子検出未加工電圧データ出力の分析およびクリーニングすることが、
高速指数加重移動平均に従って、経時的な前記エアレーション検出未加工電圧データ出力を平均化することと、
高速指数加重移動平均に従って、経時的な前記粒子検出未加工電圧データ出力を平均化することと、
低速指数加重移動平均に従って、経時的な前記エアレーション検出未加工電圧データ出力を平均化することと、
低速指数加重移動平均に従って、経時的な前記粒子検出未加工電圧データ出力を平均化することと、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 経時的な前記エアレーション検出未加工電圧データ出力と経時的な前記粒子検出未加工電圧データ出力の各々について、前記高速指数加重移動平均と前記低速指数加重移動平均との間の差を決定することと、
前記各々の差が、上昇信号を示す正であるか、または下降信号を示す負であるかを決定することと、
前記上昇信号が上昇速度閾値より小さいか、および前記下降信号が減衰速度閾値よりも大きいかを決定することと、
前記差が、前記減衰速度閾値より大きく、前記上昇速度閾値より小さいで場合、前記未加工電圧データ出力が、前記機械の前記オンボード監視および制御モジュールによるさらなる処理および実装のためにクリーニングされ、許容可能なデータ出力であると決定することと、をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記エアレーション検出未加工電圧データの複数の変動状態移行を排除するように設計された所定のデバウンス時間に従って、前記エアレーション検出未加工電圧データ出力を選択することと、
前記粒子検出未加工電圧データ出力の複数の変動状態移行を排除するように設計された別の所定のデバウンス時間に従って、前記粒子検出未加工電圧データ出力を選択することと、をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 第一の期間にわたって前記汚染物質検出装置から受信した前記エアレーション検出未加工電圧データ出力の短期平均を実行し、短期エアレーション検出平均値を決定することと、
第一の期間にわたって前記汚染物質検出装置から受信した前記粒子検出未加工電圧データ出力の短期平均を実行し、短期粒子検出平均値を決定することと、
第一の期間よりも長い第二の期間にわたって、前記短期エアレーション検出平均値をビニングし、その結果を、前記機械の前記オンボード監視および制御モジュールによるアクションのさらなる処理および実装のために、不良、許容可能、または良好のカテゴリーのうちの一つに入るように分類することと、
前記短期粒子検出平均値をルックアップテーブルと比較して、前記粒子検出未加工電圧データ出力が、前記エアレーション検出未加工電圧データ出力に基づく、前記機械の前記オンボード監視および制御モジュールによるアクションのさらなる処理および実装のために、不良、許容可能、または良好のカテゴリーのうちの一つ内に入るかを決定することと、をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 流体中の汚染物質の量に関連するデータを処理するシステムであって、前記データが汚染物質検出装置から取得され、前記システムが、
前記汚染物質検出装置から分離かつ独立している外部データ処理システムであって、
前記汚染物質検出装置からエアレーション検出未加工電圧データ出力を受信し、
前記汚染物質検出装置から粒子検出未加工電圧データ出力を受信し、
前記エアレーション検出未加工電圧データ出力および前記粒子検出未加工電圧データ出力を分析およびクリーニングして、前記流体中の気泡および固体汚染物質粒子の量に関するリアルタイム情報を決定し、
前記決定された量の固体汚染粒子を、機械のオンボード監視および制御モジュールに供給し、
前記決定された量の固体汚染粒子に基づいて、前記機械上の一つまたは複数の動作を制御するように構成される、外部データ処理システムをさらに備える、システム。
