Claims (10)
- 圧縮機に適用される回転子アセンブリであって、
クランクシャフトと、
通気孔が設けられた回転子鉄心と、
前記回転子鉄心の前記圧縮機のオイルプールに近い側の一端に設けられるバランスウェイトと、
前記バランスウェイトの外側に覆設され、前記クランクシャフトを通過させるための中央開口部が設けられたオイルシールドと、を含み、
前記通気孔は前記回転子鉄心の軸方向に沿って前記回転子鉄心を貫通し、
前記オイルシールドと前記回転子鉄心との間に収納空間が限定され、前記収納空間は前記通気孔に連通する、
ことを特徴とする回転子アセンブリ。 - 前記オイルシールドはオイル止め部及び取付部を含み、前記オイル止め部は円環形を呈し、前記取付部は前記オイル止め部の前記回転子鉄心から離れた側の一端に設けられ、前記取付部は前記バランスウェイトに接続される、
請求項1に記載の回転子アセンブリ。 - 前記オイル止め部と前記回転子鉄心との最小軸方向隙間は0.5mmを超えない、
請求項2に記載の回転子アセンブリ。 - 前記オイル止め部と前記回転子鉄心との最小軸方向隙間は0.1mmを超えない、
請求項2に記載の回転子アセンブリ。 - 前記取付部は接着という方式により、又はネジを介して前記バランスウェイトに固定される、
請求項2に記載の回転子アセンブリ。 - 前記通気孔の最大内接円の直径は3mm以上である、
請求項1に記載の回転子アセンブリ。 - 前記回転子鉄心に複数の前記通気孔が設けられ、複数の前記通気孔が前記回転子鉄心の周方向に沿って均等に配置される、
請求項1に記載の回転子アセンブリ。 - 前記通気孔の内縁の回転直径をdとし、前記中央開口部の直径をeとし、前記クランクシャフトの前記取付部に対応する部分の直径をfとしたとき、e≧d且つe≧f+4である、
請求項1に記載の回転子アセンブリ。 - 前記バランスウェイトの最小回転直径をDとし、前記中央開口部の直径をeとしたとき、e≦Dである、
請求項1に記載の回転子アセンブリ。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の回転子アセンブリを含む、
