- 分析対象である標的核酸を精製及び分注する自動精製分注装置と、前記自動精製分注装置から得られた前記標的核酸を増幅して測定する核酸増幅検査装置とを含む試料自動分析システムの核酸増幅検査装置であって、
外部と隔離された内部空間を形成するハウジングと、
前記自動精製分注装置を介して標的核酸溶液が収容される複数の反応管が設けられるマルチウェルプレートが挿入されるマルチウェルプレート挿入部と、
複数の前記反応管の入口を封止するための封止手段が設けられた封止プレートが挿入される封止プレート挿入部と、
前記封止プレート挿入部の上側に配置され、前記反応管内の前記標的核酸を検出する蛍光検出部と、
前記マルチウェルプレート挿入部の下側に配置され、前記反応管の温度を制御する温度制御ブロックと、
を含み、
前記反応管は、
前記封止手段と互いに隣接するように相対移動し、前記封止手段で封止されることを特徴とする核酸増幅検査装置。 - 前記温度制御ブロックは、

複数の前記放熱フィンが、前記内部空間とは分離される分離空間に位置するように、前記放熱プレートに結合して前記放熱プレートと共に前記分離空間を形成する複数の側面部及び下面部と、

前記分離空間と前記ハウジングの外部と独立して連通するように設けられ、前記分離空間の内気を前記ハウジングの外気と循環させる空気循環部を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。 - 前記空気循環部は、
前記下面部と前記ハウジングとの間に連結される複数の連結配管と、
前記複数の連結配管の少なくとも一つに設けられ、前記ハウジングの外部の空気を吸入するか、前記分離空間内部の空気を排出する空気循環ファンと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。 - 前記昇降駆動部は、
前記放熱部を昇降駆動して前記マルチウェルプレートを移動させることにより、複数の前記反応管を前記封止手段に付着させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。 - 前記マルチウェルプレート挿入部は、
複数の前記反応管が設けられる前記マルチウェルプレートの縁を支持する支持部と、前記支持部を前記自動精製分注装置の分注位置と前記ハウジング内の増幅位置との間で駆動する駆動部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記マルチウェルプレート挿入部の搬入搬出のためのシャッタが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。
- 前記封止手段は、前記反応管の入口を封止する封止フィルム又は封止キャップであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。
- 前記封止手段を前記マルチウェルプレート側に加圧して前記封止手段を前記反応管の入口に封止する自動封止部を含み、
前記自動封止部は、
前記封止プレート挿入部の上側で移動可能に設けられ、前記封止手段を前記マルチウェルプレート側に直接又は間接に加圧する加圧部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。 - 前記温度制御ブロックは、
複数の前記反応管と前記封止手段が互いに密着するように、前記反応管を昇降駆動して支持することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。 - 前記加圧部は、
前記封止プレート挿入部の上側で前記封止手段を直接又は間接に加圧した状態で、水平移動のローリングを介して前記封止手段を前記反応管の入口に封止する加圧ローラと、前記加圧ローラを駆動するローラ駆動部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。 - 前記自動封止部は、
前記加圧部と前記封止プレート挿入部に載置された前記封止プレートとの間に設けられ、前記マルチウェルプレートの前記反応管の入口側に高温環境を組成する加熱部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。 - 前記加熱部は、
前記加圧部を介した加圧力が、前記封止手段に伝達できるように弾性を有することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。 - 前記加熱部は、
前記反応管に対して前記封止プレート挿入部の上側に配置される前記蛍光検出部を介した前記標的核酸の検出のために、複数の前記反応管に対応する貫通口が形成されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。 - 前記蛍光検出部は、
前記反応管に向けて前記標的核酸が反応する励起光を照射し、前記標的核酸の反応に応じた蛍光を検知する検出部と、前記検出部が前記封止プレート挿入部の上側で移動可能に駆動する検出駆動部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。 - 前記検出部は、
前記反応管に向けて前記標的核酸が反応する励起光を照射する光源部と、照射された前記励起光を介して前記標的核酸の反応に応じた蛍光を検知する検出センサと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。 - 前記反応管に付着する識別情報コードをスキャンして、前記標的核酸の情報を取得するスキャン部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。

前記封止プレートに付着する位置情報コードをスキャンして、前記封止手段の有無を識別することを特徴とする請求項22に記載の核酸増幅検査装置。 - 前記標的核酸を分離及び精製して、分注位置で複数の反応管に前記標的核酸を分注する自動精製分注装置と、
前記自動精製分注装置から伝達され、複数の前記反応管内に収容された標的核酸溶液をリアルタイムで測定する核酸増幅検査装置と、

内部空間を形成するハウジングと、複数の前記反応管が設けられるマルチウェルプレートを支持し、前記分注位置と前記内部空間との間で移動可能に設けられるマルチウェルプレート挿入部と、を含むことを特徴とする試料自動分析システム。 - 前記マルチウェルプレート挿入部は、
複数の前記反応管が設けられる前記マルチウェルプレートの縁を支持する支持部と、前記支持部を前記自動精製分注装置の分注位置と前記ハウジング内の前記標的核酸の増幅が行われる増幅位置との間で駆動する駆動部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項24に記載の試料自動分析システム。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記マルチウェルプレート挿入部の搬入搬出のためのシャッタが設けられることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の試料自動分析システム。
