Description
ねじ機構304は中央部でねじ山の向きが逆向きになっており、ねじ機構304の両側に配置している並進部303を一つのグリップアームアクチュエータ301で駆動可能な構成となっている。グリップアーム302は、弾性体305により、並進部303と連結しており、並進部303に合わせて駆動する。
Claims (7)
- 検体を分析する分析部と、前記検体を前処理し、前処理した前記検体を前記分析部に移動させる前処理部と、を有する前処理機構一体型核酸分析装置において、
前記前処理部は、
流動体を分注する分注機と、
部材を把持する把持機構と、
前記把持機構を平面方向、上下方向及び回転方向に移動させる搬送機構と、
前記前処理部の動作を制御する制御用PCと、
を備え、
前記搬送機構は、X軸方向移動機構と、Y軸方向移動機構と、Z軸方向移動機構と、θ軸移動機構とを有し、前記把持機構は、前記制御用PCの制御により、前記X軸方向移動機構および前記Y軸方向移動機構により前記平面方向に移動され、前記Z軸方向移動機構により前記上下方向に移動され、前記θ軸移動機構により前記回転方向に移動され、前記把持機構により前記部材を把持させ、把持された部材を搬送先へ移動させ、移動させる設置位置に応じて前記部材を前記θ軸移動機構により回転させて、前記設置位置に配置させることを特徴とする前処理機構一体型核酸分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の前処理機構一体型核酸分析装置において、
前記θ軸移動機構は、前記Z軸方向移動機構が有するZ軸方向に延びるZ軸に支持されていることを特徴とする前処理機構一体型核酸分析装置。 - 請求項2に記載の前処理機構一体型核酸分析装置において、
前記把持機構が移動する領域は、前記X軸方向移動機構及び前記Y軸方向移動機構の移動範囲よりも大きく、前記分注機のアクセス領域の外側にアクセスできることを特徴とする前処理機構一体型核酸分析装置。 - 請求項3に記載の前処理機構一体型核酸分析装置において、
前記θ軸移動機構は、前記把持機構を回転させる把持機構回転アクチュエータであり、
前記把持機構は、
前記部材を把持するための、互いに対向する2つのアームを有するグリップアームと、
前記グリップアームの前記2つのアームを駆動するグリップアームアクチュエータと、
前記グリップアームアクチュエータと連動して動き、前記2つのアームを同時に駆動する並進部と、
前記並進部と前記2つのアームをつなぐ弾性体と、
を有することを特徴とする前処理機構一体型核酸分析装置。 - 請求項4に記載の前処理機構一体型核酸分析装置において、
前記2つのアームを互いに結ぶ直線の延長線は、前記Z軸方向と直交することを特徴とする前処理機構一体型核酸分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の前処理機構一体型核酸分析装置において、
前記前処理部は、
温調反応を行うために加熱及び冷却を行う温調機構と、
前記検体が固定される磁性ビーズを集磁するためのマグネット部と、
前記検体が導入されるフローセルと、
前記フローセルに前記検体を導入するために、前記フローセルを保持する保持部と、
を備えることを特徴とする前処理機構一体型核酸分析装置。 - 請求項6に記載の前処理機構一体型核酸分析装置において、
前記分析部は、
前記フローセル内の前記検体を光学的に検出するための光源ユニット及び光学ユニットと、
前記フローセルを搭載し搬送するステージユニットと、
を備えることを特徴とする前処理機構一体型核酸分析装置。
