Claims (20)
- (A)電極組立体および電解液を収容し、一側に開放部を有する電池缶を排気チャンバ内に配置するか、前記開放部に排気チャンバを密閉するように結合する段階;
(B)前記排気チャンバを不活性雰囲気に調節する段階;および
(C)前記電極組立体に初期充電(Pre-Charge)を行い、前記初期充電で発生した排出ガスを前記排気チャンバを介して排出する段階
を含むバッテリーセルの製造方法。 - 前記電極組立体は、第1の電極、分離膜および第2の電極が積層されて巻き取られた構造であり、
前記第1の電極と前記電池缶とは電気的に接続され、前記バッテリーセルは、前記第2の電極と電気的に接続される電極端子をさらに含むものである、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルの製造方法。 - 前記第1の電極は陰極であり、前記第2の電極は陽極のものである、請求項2に記載のバッテリーセルの製造方法。

- 前記不活性ガスは、窒素ガスである、請求項5に記載のバッテリーセルの製造方法。
- 前記排気チャンバは、不活性ガスを注入する注入部と、前記排出ガスを排出する排気部とを含むものである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルの製造方法。
- 前記(B)段階は、前記注入部を介して前記排気チャンバ内の酸素濃度が4vol%以下になるまで不活性ガスの注入を行う、請求項7に記載のバッテリーセルの製造方法。

- 前記(C)段階において、バッテリーセルは、前記電池缶の底部に設けられた陰極端子を含み、前記リベットされた電極端子は陽極端子であり、
前記初期充電は、前記陰極端子および陽極端子に充電端子を接続して行われるものである、請求項10または11に記載のバッテリーセルの製造方法。 - 前記陰極端子および前記陽極端子は、電池缶の底面に設けられるものである、請求項12に記載のバッテリーセルの製造方法。
- 前記(A)段階のうち、前記電池缶を排気チャンバ内に配置する段階において、
前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極の少なくとも一つは、集電体および前記集電体上に設けられた電極活物質層を含み、前記集電体は、前記電極活物質層が設けられていない無地部を含み、
前記第1の電極は、前記電池缶の底部と電気的に接続され、前記バッテリーセルは、前記第2の電極の前記無地部と電気的に接続される集電板をさらに含むものである、請求項2に記載のバッテリーセルの製造方法。 - 前記第2の電極の前記無地部と電気的に接続される集電板は、前記電極端子と電気的に連結されるリードタブをさらに含む、請求項14に記載のバッテリーセルの製造方法。
- 前記(C)段階において、前記バッテリーセルは、両端部に設けられた前記第1の電極と電気的に接続された陰極端子と、前記第2の電極と電気的に接続された陽極端子とを含み、
前記初期充電は、前記陰極端子および陽極端子に充電端子を接続して行われるものである、請求項14に記載のバッテリーセルの製造方法。 - 前記陰極端子は電池缶の底部に設けられ、前記陽極端子は前記底部と対向する電極組立体の他端部に設けられる、請求項16に記載のバッテリーセルの製造方法。
- 前記充電端子は、前記陽極端子に接続される(+)充電ピンおよび前記陰極端子に接続される(-)充電ピンを含むものである、請求項12または16に記載のバッテリーセルの製造方法。
- 電極組立体および電解液を収容し、一側に開放部を有する電池缶を配置するか、前記開放部を密閉するように結合することができる排気チャンバを含む、バッテリーセルの製造装置。
- 前記排気チャンバは、不活性ガスを注入する注入部と、排出ガスを排出する排気部とを含むものである、請求項19に記載のバッテリーセルの製造装置。
