Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- ステントであって、
拘束構成を有する細長い本体を備え、
前記細長い本体が、第1の保持部材になるように拡張された第1の部分を有する拡張構成と、第2の保持部材になるように拡張された第2の部分と、前記第1の保持部材と第2の保持部材との間を延びる管腔を画定するサドル領域とを有し、
前記サドル領域が、前記第1および第2の保持部材にそれぞれ並置される組織表面に復元力を印加するように構成されたコイルで形成される、ステント。 - 前記第1の保持部材が、第1の組織の第1および第2の表面を並置するように構成された第1のフランジおよび第2のフランジを備え、前記第2の保持部材が、第2の組織の第1および第2の表面を並置するように構成された第3のフランジおよび第4のフランジを備え、またはその両方である、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記第1の保持部材が、メッシュ構造を備え、前記第2の保持部材が、メッシュ講構造を備え、またはその両方である、請求項1または2に記載のステント。
- 前記コイルが、前記サドル領域の全長に沿って延びる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記コイルが、前記第1の保持部材と前記第2の保持部材との間に張力を印加するように構成される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記コイルが、前記第1の保持部材と前記第2の保持部材との間に横方向に外向きの力を印加するように構成される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記サドル領域が、2つ以上のコイルを備える、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記2つ以上のコイルが、端と端を合わせて接合される、請求項7に記載のステント。
- 前記2つ以上のコイルが、中央点において接合される、請求項7または8に記載のステント。
- 前記2つ以上のコイルのそれぞれが、異なるばね定数を備える、請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- サドル領域が、少なくとも1つの湾曲部を備える、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記第1の保持部材、前記第2の保持部材、および前記コイルが、ワイヤで連続的に形成される、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記第1の保持部材が、前記サドル領域の長手方向軸に実質的に垂直な第1の表面を備え、前記第1の表面が、第1の組織を並置するように構成され、前記第2の保持部材が、前記サドル領域の長手方向軸に実質的に垂直な第2の表面を備え、前記第2の表面が、第2の組織を並置するように構成され、またはその両方である、請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
