Abstract
Description
底部内箱の底壁の先端から、前から後に向かって下へ傾斜して設けられる第1傾斜部と、
第1傾斜部の後側に設けられ、横方向の中央部から両側にかけて上へ傾斜するように構成されており、冷却室内の水を排出するための排水口が横方向の中央部に開けられる凹部と、
凹部の後端から、前から後に向かって上へ傾斜して設けられ、蒸発器を支持することに用いられ、蒸発器の先端が第1傾斜部に当接して、蒸発器の先端に生じた水が凹部に集まり、排水口の箱体の前後方向での位置が蒸発器の前部にある第2傾斜部と、を含む。
第2傾斜部の後端から、前から後に向かって上へ傾斜して設けられ、傾斜角度が第2傾斜部の傾斜角度よりも大きい第3傾斜部をさらに含み、
第3傾斜部に設けられ、蒸発器を介して貯蔵空間に送られる冷凍気流の形成を促進するように構成される冷凍ファンと、
冷凍ファンの送風方向の下流に設けられ、冷凍気流を貯蔵空間に輸送するように構成される送風ダクトと、をさらに含む。
渦巻ケーシングの排気口が後側に位置し、送風ダクトは排気口に接続され、上へ延びており、冷凍気流を貯蔵空間まで上へ案内するように構成される。
蒸発器カバーは、
蒸発器の頂部に位置し、略水平に設けられる第1カバー部と、
第1カバー部の後端から上へ傾斜して延びており、遠心ファンに平行に設けられ、遠心ファンと所定の間隔を空けている第2カバー部と、を含み、
遠心ファンによって吹き込まれた空気が遠心ファンと第2カバー部との間隔を介して吹込み口に入る。
Claims (10)
- 蒸発器が箱体の底部に設けられた冷蔵庫であって、
冷却室と貯蔵空間が区画されている底部内箱を有し、前記冷却室が前記貯蔵空間の下方に設けられる箱体と、
前記冷却室内に配置され、水平方向に対して前記冷蔵庫の奥行方向に沿って傾斜して設けられ、傾斜方向は前から後に向かって上向きになる蒸発器と、を含む冷蔵庫。 - 水平方向に対する前記蒸発器の傾斜角度の範囲が7.0°~8.0°に設定される請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記蒸発器は全体として扁平直方体の形状をしており、前記蒸発器の前側面から後側面までの距離と前記蒸発器の天面から底面までの距離との比の範囲が1.9~2.1に設定される請求項2に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記蒸発器の前側面から後側面までの距離の範囲が150mm~155mmに設定され、
前記蒸発器の天面から底面までの距離の範囲が73mm~78mmに設定される請求項3に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 前記底部内箱の底壁は、
前記底部内箱の底壁の先端から、前から後に向かって下へ傾斜して設けられる第1傾斜部と、
前記第1傾斜部の後側に設けられ、横方向の中央部から両側にかけて上へ傾斜するように構成されており、前記冷却室内の水を排出するための排水口が横方向の中央部に開けられる凹部と、
前記凹部の後端から、前から後に向かって上へ傾斜して設けられ、前記蒸発器を支持することに用いられ、前記蒸発器の先端が前記第1傾斜部に当接して、前記蒸発器の先端に生じた水が前記凹部に集まり、前記排水口の前記箱体の前後方向での位置が前記蒸発器の前部にある第2傾斜部と、を含む請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 前記底部内箱の底壁は、
前記第2傾斜部の後端から、前から後に向かって上へ傾斜して設けられ、傾斜角度が前記第2傾斜部の傾斜角度よりも大きい第3傾斜部をさらに含み、
前記第3傾斜部に設けられ、前記蒸発器を介して前記貯蔵空間に送られる冷凍気流の形成を促進するように構成される冷凍ファンと、
前記冷凍ファンの送風方向の下流に設けられ、前記冷凍気流を前記貯蔵空間に輸送するように構成される送風ダクトと、をさらに含む請求項5に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 前記冷凍ファンは遠心ファンであり、前記遠心ファンは渦巻ケーシングと前記渦巻ケーシング内に設けられるインペラーとを含み、前記渦巻ケーシングは前記第3傾斜部に固定され、吹込み口が前上方を向いて、前記インペラーによって前記蒸発器により熱交換を受けた空気を吹き込み、
前記渦巻ケーシングの排気口が後側に位置し、前記送風ダクトは前記排気口に接続され、上へ延びており、前記冷凍気流を前記貯蔵空間まで上へ案内するように構成される請求項6に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 箱体は、前記底部内箱内に横方向に設けられ、前記冷却室と前記貯蔵空間を隔てる蒸発器カバーをさらに含み、
前記蒸発器カバーは、
前記蒸発器の頂部に位置し、略水平に設けられる第1カバー部と、
前記第1カバー部の後端から上へ傾斜して延びており、前記遠心ファンに平行に設けられ、前記遠心ファンと所定の間隔を空けている第2カバー部と、を含み、
前記遠心ファンによって吹き込まれた空気が前記遠心ファンと前記第2カバー部との間隔を介して前記吹込み口に入る請求項7に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 前記遠心ファンと前記第2カバー部との間隔が、30mm以下に設定される請求項8に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 水平方向に対する前記第3傾斜部の傾斜角度の範囲が、36.0°~37.0°に設定される請求項6に記載の冷蔵庫。
