Claims (15)
- 電池単体に用いられるエンドキャップアセンブリであって、前記エンドキャップアセンブリは、
エンドキャップ、および
前記エンドキャップに装着されたエンドキャップパッチ、を含み、
前記エンドキャップパッチに少なくとも1つの貫通穴が設けられ、前記貫通穴に熱伝導部材が充填され、前記エンドキャップは前記熱伝導部材を介して外部と熱交換して、前記電池単体の内部温度を調節する、エンドキャップアセンブリ。 - 前記熱伝導部材は熱伝導ゲルである、請求項1に記載のエンドキャップアセンブリ。
- 前記エンドキャップは、第1本体と第1突出部を含み、前記第1突出部は前記電池単体の内部から離れる方向に突出し、前記第1本体の前記第1突出部に対応する位置に、前記電池単体の内部から離れる方向に窪む第1凹部が形成され、前記第1凹部は、前記電池単体の電極アセンブリの少なくとも一部を収容するように構成される、請求項1または2に記載のエンドキャップアセンブリ。
- 前記貫通穴は、前記エンドキャップパッチの前記第1本体に装着された部分に設けられる、請求項3に記載のエンドキャップアセンブリ。
- 前記エンドキャップパッチは、前記第1本体に装着された第1部分と第2部分を有し、
前記エンドキャップパッチの長さ方向に沿って、前記第1部分は前記第1突出部の両側に位置し、
前記エンドキャップパッチの幅方向に沿って、前記第2部分は前記第1突出部の両側に位置し、
前記第2部分は2つの前記第1部分間に位置し、前記貫通穴は前記第1部分に設けられる、請求項4に記載のエンドキャップアセンブリ。 - 前記貫通穴の開口径が10mm未満である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のエンドキャップアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの貫通穴の総面積が前記第1部分の面積の10%~50%である、請求項5に記載のエンドキャップアセンブリ。
- 前記貫通穴に、前記電池単体の内部温度を収集するための温度センサーが設けられる、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のエンドキャップアセンブリ。
- 端部に開口を有するケーシング、
前記ケーシング内に収容された電極アセンブリ、および
請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のエンドキャップアセンブリを含み、前記エンドキャップは前記開口を閉鎖する、電池単体。 - 請求項9に記載の電池単体、および
熱管理部材を含み、前記エンドキャップは熱伝導部材を介して前記熱管理部材と熱交換して、前記電池単体の内部温度を調節する、電池。 - 前記熱管理部材は、前記エンドキャップパッチの第1部分に装着され、前記熱管理部材は前記電池単体の内部温度を調節するように構成される、請求項10に記載の電池。
- 前記熱伝導部材は第1接続部を有し、前記第1接続部は前記エンドキャップと前記エンドキャップパッチ間に設けられる、請求項10または11に記載の電池。
- 前記熱伝導部材は第2接続部を有し、前記第2接続部は前記エンドキャップパッチと前記熱管理部材間に設けられる、請求項10~12のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記エンドキャップに電極端子が設けられ、前記電極端子は前記電池単体の内部から離れる端面を有し、
前記熱管理部材は前記電池単体の内部から離れる外面を有し、
前記エンドキャップパッチの厚さ方向に沿って、前記外面が前記端面よりも前記電池単体の内部に近い、請求項10~13のいずれか1項に記載の電池。 - 請求項10~14のいずれか1項に記載の電池を含み、前記電池は電気エネルギーを供給するために使用される、電池使用装置。
