Claims (10)
- クイック接続型プラテン軸受け装置であって、軸受けとプラテンとを備え、前記プラテンは軸受けの外輪の外側に嵌着可能な外嵌孔を備え、前記外嵌孔と軸受けの外輪との外嵌嵌合部に制限溝が設けられ、前記制限溝内に鋼球が設けられ、鋼球と外嵌孔、軸受けの外輪との間の制限嵌合に基づいて少なくとも軸受けとプラテンとの間の軸方向制限を構成し、前記軸受けの外輪又はプラテンには前記制限溝に連通する取付通路が設けられ、前記取付通路内には鋼球を前記制限溝内に制限して保持することが可能な制限部材が設けられる、ことを特徴とするクイック接続型プラテン軸受け装置。
- 前記取付通路はプラテンに設けられ、前記制限溝は、軸受けの外輪の外周面に周設される環状転がり溝と、プラテンの外嵌孔の内周面に設けられる凹溝とを備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクイック接続型プラテン軸受け装置。
- 前記取付通路は、径方向延伸セクション及び軸方向延伸セクションを備え、前記径方向延伸セクションの一端は外嵌孔の内周面に連通し、前記軸方向延伸セクションはプラテンの少なくとも片側の軸方向端面に取付口が設けられ、前記制限部材は、軸方向延伸セクション内に穿設して固定され、前記鋼球と嵌合して当接制限し、前記凹溝は径方向延伸セクションの一端から構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のクイック接続型プラテン軸受け装置。
- 前記取付通路は、径方向延伸セクション及び軸方向延伸セクションを備え、前記径方向延伸セクションの一端は外嵌孔の内周面に連通し、前記軸方向延伸セクションはプラテンの少なくとも片側の軸方向端面に取付口が設けられ、前記制限部材は軸方向延伸セクション内に穿設して固定され、前記径方向延伸セクション内に球体保持器が可動に設けられ、前記球体保持器の一端は鋼球と嵌合して転がり接触するボールソケットを備え、前記球体保持器の他端は制限部材と嵌合して当接制限する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のクイック接続型プラテン軸受け装置。
- 前記制限部材は、軸方向延伸セクション内に螺合して固定されるねじである、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のクイック接続型プラテン軸受け装置。
- 前記球体保持器の他端にはねじのロッド部と一致する凹部が設けられ、凹部の内側及び軸方向延伸セクションの内周壁には一致するねじ山が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のクイック接続型プラテン軸受け装置。
- 前記取付通路はプラテンに設けられ、前記制限溝は、軸受けの外輪の外周面に周設される第1環状転がり溝と、プラテンの外嵌孔の内周面に周設される第2環状転がり溝と、を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクイック接続型プラテン軸受け装置。
- 前記取付通路の一端は第2環状転がり溝内に連通し、前記取付通路の他端はプラテンの片側の軸方向端面に連通し、該軸方向端面に取付口が設けられ、前記制限部材は前記取付口に設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のクイック接続型プラテン軸受け装置。
- 前記取付通路は傾斜して設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のクイック接続型プラテン軸受け装置。
- 前記取付口にガイド部が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項3又は4又は8に記載のクイック接続型プラテン軸受け装置。
