Claims (10)
- ケイ酸塩固形廃棄物の不純物除去方法であって、
処理すべきケイ酸塩固形廃棄物を加熱溶融して溶融体を形成し、還元反応過程において該溶融体を成層化させるステップ(A)と、
前記成層化によって得られた上層溶融体成分に対して磁気相誘起晶析を行い、強磁性相固体を得るステップ(B)と、
前記強磁性相固体を磁気分離し、得られた残留相を不純物除去後の固形廃棄物とするステップ(C)とを含むことを特徴とする、不純物除去方法。 - 前記加熱溶融の温度は、1400~1600℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不純物除去方法。
- 前記処理すべきケイ酸塩固形廃棄物に使用される容器の材質は、グラファイトであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不純物除去方法。
- 前記加熱溶融用の加熱装置は、電磁誘導加熱炉であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不純物除去方法。
- 前記電磁誘導加熱炉内には、処理すべきケイ酸塩固形廃棄物を収容するためのグラファイトライニングが配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の不純物除去方法。
- 前記還元反応の時間は、2~5分であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不純物除去方法。
- 前記磁気相誘起晶析の温度は、850~950℃であり、前記磁気相誘起晶析の磁場強度は、0.1~10Tであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不純物除去方法。
- 前記磁気相誘起晶析の降温速度は、0.5~1℃/分であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不純物除去方法。
- ステップ(A)の前に、
ケイ酸塩固形廃棄物を200μm以下の粒径まで粉砕するステップと、
粉砕された固形廃棄物をブロック体に押圧するステップとを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不純物除去方法。 - 前記不純物除去方法によって得られた不純物除去後の固形廃棄物をケイ酸塩製品の生産原料として使用することを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の不純物除去方法の応用。
