Claims (11)
- シェル、エアバッグ(5)、ノズル(7)及びエルボー(1)を含むことを特徴とする全複合材料製エアバッグ形圧力タンク。
前記のシェルは裏付け(3)及び前記の裏付け(3)の外側にあるガラス繊維(4)を含み、前記の裏付け(3)がポリエチレン製であり、前記の裏付け(3)に第1コネクタ(6)及び第2コネクタ(9)がある。
前記のエアバッグ(5)は前記の裏付け(3)の内キャビティにあり、前記の裏付け(3)の内壁と隔てられて設置されていて、前記のエアバッグ(5)がポリウレタン製である。
前記のノズル(7)は前記のエアバッグ(5)と連通されていて、前記の第1コネクタ(6)に差し込まれていてシーリングされている。
前記のエルボー(1)は第1端末及び第2端末を含み、前記の第1端末が前記の第2コネクタ(9)に連結されていて前記の裏付け(3)の内キャビティ、前記の第2端末がシステムの管路と連通されている。 - 前記の全複合材料製エアバッグ形圧力タンクが前記のエアバッグ(5)と連結されている固定カラム、前記のエルボー(1)が前記の第1端末にある固定板(8)も含み、前記の固定カラム(13)が前記の固定板(8)に差し込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全複合材料製エアバッグ形圧力タンク。
- 前記の第1端末につかみ機構があり、前記の固定板(8)が前記のつかみ機構と連結されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の全複合材料製エアバッグ形圧力タンク。
- 前記の固定カラム(13)が前記のエアバッグ(5)と一体で成形されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の全複合材料製エアバッグ形圧力タンク。
- 前記の第2コネクタ(9)に雌ねじ、前記の第1端末に雄ねじがあり、前記の第1端末と前記の第2コネクタ(9)が雄ねじ及び雌ねじで連結されていて、または、前記のノズル(7)が前記のエアバッグ(5)と一体で成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全複合材料製エアバッグ形圧力タンク。
- 前記の第1コネクタ(6)が前記の裏付け(3)のトップ、前記の第2コネクタ(9)が前記の裏付け(3)の底部にあり、前記のシェルの底部にアウトリガー(2)があり、前記のシェルが前記のアウトリガー(2)に締め付けられて支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の全複合材料製エアバッグ形圧力タンク。
- 前記の第2コネクタ(9)にフランジがあり、前記のアウトリガー(2)に固定スリーブがあり、前記の固定スリーブが前記のフランジにあることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の全複合材料製エアバッグ形圧力タンク。
- 前記の第1コネクタ(6)にガスケット(11)があり、前記のノズル(7)がボルト(12)により前記の第1コネクタ(6)及び前記のガスケット(11)と連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の全複合材料製エアバッグ形圧力タンク。
- 前記のシェルは動作圧力が1.0Mpa、前記のエアバッグ(5)は動作圧力が0.2Mpaことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の全複合材料製エアバッグ形圧力タンク。
- 前記のエアバッグ(5)が膨らめられてから前記の裏付け(3)の内壁と4.5~5.5mmに離れていることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の全複合材料製エアバッグ形圧力タンク。
- 中空ブロー成形による一体成形でエアバッグ(5)を作り、射出成形による一体成形でノズル(7)とエアバッグ(5)を連結させてから中空ブロー成形による一体成形で第1コネクタ(6)及び第2コネクタ(9)のある裏付け(3)を作り、ガラス繊維(4)を裏付け(3)の外壁に巻かせてシェルを形成させるようにし、膨らめられていないエアバッグ(5)を裏付け(3)に設置して締め付け、ノズル(7)が第1コネクタ(6)を貫通させるようにしてシーリングし、締付け、エルボー(1)と第2コネクタ(9)を締め付けて連通させ、ノズル(7)を通じて圧力不活性ガスでエアバッグ(5)を膨らめ、エルボー(1)をシステムの管路までに連結させることを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の全複合材料製エアバッグ形圧力タンクの製造方法。
