Abstract
Description
水素吸着剤は、分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の5wt%から25wt%の間に含まれる量の酸化パラジウムであり、
水分吸着剤は、分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の35wt%から55wt%の間に含まれる量のゼオライトであり、
有機結合剤は、分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の30wt%から50wt%の間に含まれる量であり、
熱硬化剤、顔料、および安定剤のような追加の材料を10wt%まで、および好ましくは5wt%まで、好ましくは熱硬化剤の量は、1wt%以上であり、
上記有機結合剤は、F型、S型またはこれらの組み合わせから選択されるビスフェノール樹脂であることを特徴とする分注可能なゲッター組成物である。
- 0.01cc以下の体積では5*10-8atm cc/s未満の空気
- 0.01ccから0.4ccの体積では1*10-7atm cc/s未満の空気
- 0.4cc以上の体積では1*10-6atm cc/s未満の空気
を有するものである。
水素吸着剤は、分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の5wt%から25wt%の間に含まれる量の酸化パラジウムであり、
水分吸着剤は、分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の35wt%から55wt%の間に含まれる量のゼオライトであり、
有機結合剤は、分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の30wt%から50wt%の間に含まれる量であり、
有機結合剤は、4,4’-メチレンジフェノール(ビスフェノールF型)、4,4’-スルホニルジフェノール(ビスフェノールS型)またはこれらの混合物から選択されるビスフェノール樹脂であり、
硬化剤、顔料、安定剤のような追加の材料の10wt%まで、および好ましくは5wt%まで、硬化剤の量は好ましくは1wt%以上であり、
支持表面上にゲッターの硬化した固化堆積物を得るため、支持体はデバイスの筐体の一部として有利に用いられる。
水素吸着剤は、分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の5wt%から25wt%の間に含まれる量の酸化パラジウムであり、
水分吸着剤は、分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の35wt%から55wt%の間に含まれる量のゼオライトであり、
有機結合剤は、分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の30wt%から50wt%の間に含まれる量であり、
有機結合剤は、4,4’-メチレンジフェノール(ビスフェノールF型)、4,4’-スルホニルジフェノール(ビスフェノールS型)またはこれらの混合物から選択されるビスフェノール樹脂であり、
硬化剤、顔料、安定剤のような追加の材料の10wt%まで、および好ましくは5wt%まで、硬化剤の量は好ましくは1wt%以上である。
本明細書に開示される実施形態のいずれか1つに従って、デバイスの1つもしくは複数の表面上、デバイス内部、および/または上記デバイスに含まれるべき支持体もしくは支持表面上へ、分注可能なゲッター組成物を分注するステップと、次いで
デバイス、支持体またはその表面を、それぞれ硬化させるステップと、
を含む。
直径が10μm未満の1.5グラムの酸化パラジウム粒子(数で90%)と、直径が10μm未満の4.5グラムのLTA型ゼオライト粒子(数で90%)を、硬化剤として0.4グラムのシアン酸エステルを含むビスフェノールFマトリクスに加えて、本発明による10グラムの分注可能なゲッター組成物を調製した。
直径が10μm未満の0.4グラムの酸化パラジウム粒子(数で90%)と、直径が10μm未満の3.0グラムのLTA型ゼオライト粒子(数で90%)を、ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテルおよびメチルフタル酸無水物エポキシ樹脂に加えて、本発明の範囲外の10グラムの分注可能なゲッター組成物を調製した。分注可能なゲッター組成物を次いで、均質な組成物/粒子分布を得るための速度混合プロセスにかけ、後で圧延プロセスにかけた。
直径が10μm未満の0.4グラムの酸化パラジウム粒子(数で90%)と、直径が10μm未満の1.5グラムのLTA型ゼオライト粒子(数で90%)を、ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテルおよびメチルフタル酸無水物エポキシ樹脂に加えて、本発明の範囲外の10グラムの分注可能なゲッター組成物を調製した。分注可能なゲッター組成物を次いで、均質な組成物/粒子分布を得るための速度混合プロセスにかけ、後で圧延プロセスにかけた。
10個のサンプルの中の4個を、室温で、5mbarの分圧に飽和状態までさらす動的条件下に保たれた微量天秤において同時に試験し、12wt%の全体容量を達成した。
10個のサンプルの中の4個を室温で容積測定ベンチにおいて純水素の8トルの一定圧力で、飽和状態まで、同時に試験し、試験されたサンプルの全体容量は33トルリットル/グラムであり、0.36wt%の複合ゲッターの相対重量増加に相当するものであった。
本発明に従って作製されたサンプルS1(ビスフェノールFを用いて作製)のレオロジー特性を、比較例C1およびC2(両方ともビスフェノールAを用いて作製)と比較する。次のtable 1(表1)は、吸着材料のサンプル荷重および測定されたレオロジー特性を報告するものである。
Claims (17)
- 有機結合剤、水分吸着剤および水素吸着剤を含む分注可能なゲッター組成物であって、
前記水素吸着剤は、前記分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の5wt%から25wt%の間に含まれる量の酸化パラジウムであり、
前記水分吸着剤は、前記分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の35wt%から55wt%の間に含まれる量のゼオライトであり、
前記有機結合剤は、前記分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の30wt%から50wt%の間に含まれる量であり、
前記分注可能なゲッター組成物は、熱硬化剤、顔料、安定剤のような追加の材料を10wt%まで、好ましくは5wt%までさらに含み、前記熱硬化剤は、好ましくは1wt%以上である、
分注可能なゲッター組成物において、
前記有機結合剤は、F型、S型またはこれらの混合物から選択されるビスフェノール樹脂であることを特徴とする、分注可能なゲッター組成物。 - 前記追加の材料は、9wt%までのVOCゲッターを含む、請求項1に記載の分注可能なゲッター組成物。
- 前記水分吸着剤は、LTAゼオライトである、請求項1または2に記載の分注可能なゲッター組成物。
- 前記LTAゼオライトは、フォージャサイト、MFIおよびモルデナイトからなる群において選択される少なくとも1つのゼオライトと組み合わされている、請求項3に記載の分注可能なゲッター組成物。
- 前記水分吸着剤は、粒子の形態であり、前記粒子の少なくとも90%が、10μm未満である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の分注可能なゲッター組成物。
- 前記酸化パラジウムは、粒子の形態であり、前記粒子の少なくとも90%が、15μm未満である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の分注可能なゲッター組成物。
- 有機結合剤、水分吸着剤および水素吸着剤を含む分注可能なゲッター組成物の使用であって、
前記水素吸着剤は、前記分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の5wt%から25wt%の間に含まれる量の酸化パラジウムであり、
前記水分吸着剤は、前記分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の35wt%から55wt%の間に含まれる量のゼオライトであり、
前記有機結合剤は、前記分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の30wt%から50wt%の間に含まれる量であり、
前記分注可能なゲッター組成物は、熱硬化剤、顔料、安定剤のような追加の材料を10wt%まで、好ましくは5wt%までさらに含み、前記熱硬化剤は、好ましくは1wt%以上である、
分注可能なゲッター組成物の使用において、
粘度が50sec-1の剪断速度で500.000cP以上の固化した硬化したゲッター堆積物を支持表面上に得るため、前記有機結合剤は、F型、S型またはこれらの混合物から選択されるビスフェノール樹脂であることを特徴とする、分注可能なゲッター組成物の使用。 - 前記ゲッター堆積物支持表面は、シリコン、金属、ガラス、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリエチレンナフタレート、環状オレフィン共重合体で作製されている、請求項7に記載の分注可能なゲッター組成物の使用。
- 前記金属は、コバール、金メッキコバール、金メッキ鉄、ニッケルメッキ鉄から選択される、請求項8に記載の分注可能なゲッター組成物の使用。
- 前記固化したゲッター堆積物の平均厚さは、100μmから300μmの間に含まれる、請求項8または9に記載の分注可能なゲッター組成物の使用。
- 前記支持体は、電子/光電子デバイスの筐体の一部として用いられる、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の分注可能なゲッター組成物の使用。
- 前記支持体は、前記デバイスの筐体の蓋である、請求項11に記載の分注可能なゲッター組成物の使用。
- 有機結合剤、水分吸着剤および水素吸着剤を含む分注可能なゲッター組成物を分注および硬化することによって敏感デバイス内部の混入物のレベルを制御する方法であって、
前記水素吸着剤は、前記分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の5wt%から25wt%の間に含まれる量の酸化パラジウムであり、
前記水分吸着剤は、前記分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の35wt%から55wt%の間に含まれる量のゼオライトであり、
前記有機結合剤は、前記分注可能なゲッター組成物の重量の30wt%から50wt%の間に含まれる量であり、
前記有機結合剤は、F型、S型またはこれらの混合物から選択されるビスフェノール樹脂であり、
前記分注可能なゲッター組成物は、硬化剤、顔料、安定剤のような追加の材料を10wt%まで、好ましくは5wt%までさらに含み、前記硬化剤の量は、好ましくは1wt%以上である、方法。 - 前記硬化した分注可能なゲッター組成物は、前記電子デバイスの外側の環境から隔離され、100μmから300μmの間に含まれる平均厚さを有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化した分注可能なゲッター組成物は、前記電子デバイスの外側の環境と接触し、1mmから4mmの間に含まれる平均厚さを有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記デバイスは、気密デバイスまたは半気密デバイスである、請求項13から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記デバイスは、光トランシーバから選択され、特に高速光トランシーバ、光受信機、マイクロ波GaAsベースモジュールを指す、請求項16に記載の方法。
