Claims (12)
- 複数の電極板(150)及び前記複数の電極板(150)の間に位置する一つ以上の分離膜を含む電極組立体(110)と、
前記電極組立体(110)を収納するケース(120)と、
前記電極板(150)から突設された電極タブ(130)と、
前記電極タブ(130)と接合され、外部と電気的に連結される電極リード(140)と、を含むバッテリーセル(100)であって、
前記電極タブ(130)は、前記電極板(150)と連結された第1タブ部(131)と、前記第1タブ部(131)から延び、前記電極リード(140)が接合される第2タブ部(132)とを含み、前記第1タブ部(131)には前記電極タブ(130)の応力を減少させるための応力緩和部(133)が形成されている、バッテリーセル(100)。 - 前記応力緩和部(133a)は、前記第1タブ部(131a)と前記電極板(150)との間に一定の曲率半径(R)を有するようにパターニングされた連結部コーナーである、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル(100)。
- 前記応力緩和部(133b)は、一定の曲率半径(CR)を有する弧形に切断された前記第1タブ部(131b)の側面である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル(100)。
- 前記第1タブ部(131b)の幅は、前記電極板(150)と前記第2タブ部(132b)との間の中央部分で最小になる、請求項3に記載のバッテリーセル(100)。
- 前記応力緩和部(133b)の曲率半径(CR)は前記電極板(150)と前記第2タブ部(132b)との間の長さより小さい、請求項3または4に記載のバッテリーセル(100)。
- 前記電極板(150)は正極板及び負極板を含み、前記正極板及び前記負極板のそれぞれは前記電極組立体内に複数備えられている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセル(100)。
- 前記第2タブ部(132)は、複数の前記正極板または複数の前記負極板のそれぞれから突設された前記電極タブ(130)が積層されてなる、請求項6に記載のバッテリーセル(100)。
- 前記正極板から突設された前記電極タブ(130)と前記負極板から突設された前記電極タブ(130)とは同じ方向に突出している、請求項7に記載のバッテリーセル(100)。
- 前記正極板から突設された前記電極タブ(130)と前記負極板から突設された前記電極タブ(130)とは互いに向き合う方向に突出している、請求項7に記載のバッテリーセル(100)。
- 前記ケース(120)はパウチ型ケースである、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセル(100)。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセル(100)を含む、バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項11に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、デバイス。
