Claims (15)
- 電極組立体を含み、前記電極組立体の外面は、順に接続される第1の表面、第1の側面、第2の表面及び第2の側面を含み、前記第1の表面と前記第2の表面とは、対向して設けられ、前記第1の側面と前記第2の側面とは、対向して設けられ、前記電極組立体の外面は、第1の端面、及び前記第1の端面に対向する第2の端面をさらに含み、前記第1の端面及び前記第2の端面は、それぞれ前記第1の表面及び第2の表面に接続されるセルであって、
前記第1の側面に接着され、前記第1の側面から前記第1の表面及び/又は前記第2の表面まで延在する第1の粘着膜と、
前記第1の表面に接着され、前記第1の表面から前記第1の端面を介して前記第2の表面まで延在する第1の接着層であって、前記電極組立体の幅方向において、前記第1の粘着膜と前記第1の接着層とは、第1の表面及び/又は第2の表面に第1の重なり部分を有し、前記第1の重なり部分において、前記第1の粘着膜は、前記第1の表面及び/又は前記第2の表面と前記第1の接着層との間に設けられる第1の接着層とをさらに含む、ことを特徴とするセル。 - 前記電極組立体の幅方向において、前記第1の重なり部分の幅は1mm以上、且つ15mm以下である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセル。
- 前記第1の粘着膜と第1の表面及び/又は前記第2の表面との間の接着力は0.05N/mm以上、前記第1の粘着膜と前記第1の接着層との間の接着力は0.15N/mm以上である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセル。
- 前記第1の重なり部分の面積と、前記第1の粘着膜と前記第1の接着層との間の接着力の積を第1の接着力と定義し、前記第1の粘着膜と前記電極組立体の外面との重なり面積と、両者間の接着力との積を第2の接着力と定義し、前記第1の接着力は第2の接着力未満である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセル。
- 前記第2の側面に接着され、前記第2の側面からそれぞれ前記第1の表面及び/又は前記第2の表面まで延在する第2の粘着膜と、
前記第1の表面に接着され、前記第1の表面から前記第1の端面を介して前記第2の表面まで延在する第2の接着層であって、前記電極組立体の幅方向において、前記第2の粘着膜と前記第2の接着層とは、第1の表面及び/又は第2の表面に第2の重なり部分を有し、前記第2の重なり部分において、前記第2の粘着膜は、前記第1の表面及び/又は前記第2の表面と前記第2の接着層との間に設けられる第2の接着層とをさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセル。 - 前記第1の表面又は前記第2の表面に接着される第3の接着層であって、前記電極組立体の幅方向において、前記第1の粘着膜及び/又は前記第2の粘着膜と前記第3の接着層とは第3の重なり部分を有し、前記第3の重なり部分において、前記第3の接着層は、前記第1の粘着膜及び/又は第2の粘着膜と前記第1の表面との間に設けられるか、又は、前記第1の粘着膜及び/又は第2の粘着膜と前記第2の表面との間に設けられる第3の接着層をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のセル。
- 前記電極組立体の幅方向において、前記第3の重なり部分の幅は1mm以上、且つ15mm以下である、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のセル。
- 前記第1の粘着膜及び/又は第2の粘着膜と前記第3の接着層との間の接着力は0.15N/mm以上であり、前記第3の接着層と前記第1の表面又は前記第2の表面との間の接着力は0.15N/mm以上である、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のセル。
- 前記第1の粘着膜と前記電極組立体の外面との重なり面積と、両者間の接着力との積を第2の接着力と定義し、前記第3の重なり部分の面積と、前記第1の粘着膜と前記第3の接着層との間の接着力の積を第3の接着力と定義し、前記第3の接着力は第2の接着力未満である、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のセル。
- 前記セルは、前記電極組立体にそれぞれ電気的に接続される第1のタブ及び第2のタブをさらに含み、前記第1のタブと前記第2のタブは、間隔をおいて前記第2の端面から突出し、前記第1の粘着膜は、前記第2の表面まで延在し、前記第1のタブに接近し、前記第2の粘着膜は、前記第2の表面まで延在し、前記第2のタブに接近し、前記電極組立体の幅方向において、前記第1の粘着膜は、前記第2の表面に前記第1のタブと部分的に重なり、及び/又は前記第2の粘着膜は、前記第2の表面に前記第2のタブと部分的に重なり、重なり部分の幅は1mm以上、且つ20mm以下である、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のセル。
- 前記第1の粘着膜及び/又は前記第2の粘着膜は、前記第2の表面に前記第1のタブと前記第2のタブとの間まで延在する、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のセル。
- 前記電極組立体の幅方向において、前記第1の粘着膜及び/又は前記第2の粘着膜は、前記第1の表面に前記第1のタブと重ならない、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のセル。
- 前記セルは、封止膜を含み、前記封止膜は、前記電極組立体を収容するための第1の溝及び第2の溝を含み、前記第1の溝の深さは前記第2の溝よりも深く、前記第1の表面は前記第1の溝の底面に対向し、前記第2の表面は前記第2の溝の底面に対向する、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のセル。
- ハウジングを含む電池であって、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のセルをさらに含み、前記セルは、前記ハウジング内に設けられる、ことを特徴とする電池。
- 電力消費機器であって、請求項14に記載の電池を含む、ことを特徴とする電力消費機器。
