Abstract
Description
‐少なくとも1つのコンテナが上記端末の前を通過するときに写真又は動画を撮影するよう構成された、ビデオカメラ又は写真カメラタイプの画像撮影デバイスであって、上記端末は、上記写真又は上記動画をデータベースに送信する前に、1つ以上の上記コンテナの識別バーコードを抽出してデコードする、画像撮影デバイス;
‐写真又は動画を撮影するときにトリガされる、上記画像撮影デバイスに接続されたフラッシュ;
‐制御ユニットであって、上記システム及び上記データベースを駆動するマイクロコントローラと、写真又は動画として撮影されたバーコードを識別するために、上記写真又は動画を処理するためのユニットと、写真又は動画撮影を、少なくとも:
‐少なくとも1つのコンテナを検知するための第1のセルであって、上記第1の検知セルは、上記端末の前の通過を示す第1の拡散センサ及び第2の拡散センサを含む、第1のセル、
‐第2の検知セルであって、上記第2の検知セルは、第1の反射センサ及び第2の反射センサを有し、上記第1の反射センサ及び第2の反射センサは、1つ以上の上記コンテナ若しくは1つ以上の上記コンテナ支持体、又は上記コンテナ支持体を扱うためのデバイス上に位置決めされた、反射器と協働して、上記端末で少なくとも1つのコンテナの存在を示す、第2の検知セル

検知セル:直接反射(検出対象の物体が直接反射する、セルによって放出された光)によって、又は特定の反射器の使用(特定の反射器によって排他的に戻される、セルによって放出された光)を通して、物体検知を可能にする光電子システム。
図1は、コンテナ支持体の積み込み及び積み下ろしを監視するためのシステムの端末20を示す。端末20は、高さ約1.50mで示されており、コンテナ支持体(倉庫の積み込み/積み下ろしドック、在庫品進入/退出ドア)の通過地点に近接して配置される。
‐1つ以上のコンテナ又はコンテナ支持体の通過の時点における、異なる複数の角度からの写真又は動画撮影(これにより、これらの体積の再構築及びこの時点におけるこれらの状態の識別又は可視化が可能になる)。
‐画像解析による、1つ以上のコンテナ又はコンテナ支持体の識別バーコードの回収。
‐コンテナ支持体又はコンテナの移動の検証のための、クライアントの倉庫管理ソフトウェア(ERP、WMS、TMS)とのコンピュータでのやり取り。
‐発送/受取の証拠の写真及び動画のアーカイビング。
‐写真又は動画のタイミングの悪いトリガ(空の通路、操作者のみの通過)を回避するための、積み込み又は積み下ろし、エリア進入及び退出の区別。
この場合に関して、独自の発想は、コンテナ又はコンテナ支持体を検知するための2つのセル(直接反射)を使用することからなり、これにより、通過(一方のセル、続いてもう一方のセル)の方向の決定、2つの検知の間の時間の測定、通過の速度の計算、及びコンテナ又はコンテナ支持体の通過の時点における写真又は動画のトリガが可能になる。更に、第3のセンサの使用により、速度に加えて加速度の計算が可能になる。
この場合、荷役システムが、そして電動又は手動パレットトラックの場合は確実に操作者が、最初に検知される。
システムにより、例えばトラックの積み込み又は積み下ろし中に、コンテナ又はコンテナ支持体の通過時にトリガできる。
Claims (9)
- 商品の積み込み及び積み下ろし又はエリア移送を監視するための、前記商品の通過地点に近接して位置決めされた端末(20)を含む、システムであって、前記商品はコンテナの中又はコンテナ支持体の上にあり、各前記コンテナがバーコードを含むか、又は1つのコンテナ支持体がバーコードを含み、前記システムは、前記端末(20)が:
‐少なくとも1つのコンテナが前記端末(20)の前を通過するときに写真又は動画を撮影するよう構成された、ビデオカメラ又は写真カメラタイプの画像撮影デバイス(21)であって、前記端末(20)は、前記写真又は前記動画をデータベースに送信する前に、1つ以上の前記コンテナの識別バーコードを抽出してデコードする、画像撮影デバイス(21);
‐写真又は動画を撮影するときにトリガされる、前記画像撮影デバイス(21)に接続されたフラッシュ(22);
‐制御ユニットであって、前記システム及び前記データベースを駆動するマイクロコントローラと、写真又は動画として撮影されたバーコードを識別するために、前記写真又は動画を処理するためのユニットと、写真又は動画撮影を、少なくとも:
‐少なくとも1つのコンテナを検知するための第1のセルであって、前記第1の検知セルは、前記端末の前の通過を示す第1の拡散センサ(23)及び第2の拡散センサ(24)を含む、第1のセル、
‐第2の検知セルであって、前記第2の検知セルは、第1の反射センサ(27)及び第2の反射センサ(28)を有し、前記第1の反射センサ(27)及び第2の反射センサ(28)は、1つ以上の前記コンテナ若しくは1つ以上の前記コンテナ支持体、又は前記コンテナ支持体を扱うためのデバイス上に位置決めされた、反射器と協働して、前記端末(20)で少なくとも1つのコンテナの存在を示す、第2の検知セル

を含むことを特徴とする、システム。 - 積み込み又はエリア移送のために、前記写真又は動画撮影トリガユニットは、前記第1の拡散センサ(23)が前記端末(20)の前の通過の存在を前記制御ユニットに示し、その後前記第2の拡散センサ(24)が前記端末(20)の前の通過を前記制御ユニットに示した場合に、写真又は動画を撮影する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 積み下ろし又はエリア移送のために、前記写真又は動画撮影トリガユニットは、前記第2の拡散センサ(24)が前記端末(20)の前の通過を示して、前記第2の反射センサ(28)が少なくとも1つのコンテナ又はコンテナ支持体の存在を示し、その後前記第1の拡散センサ(23)が前記端末(20)の前の通過を示して、前記第1の反射センサ(27)が少なくとも1つのコンテナ又はコンテナ支持体の存在を示した場合に、写真又は動画を撮影する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも1つのシステム情報スクリーン(25)を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも1つのコンテナ又はコンテナ支持体の通過地点の各側に、1つの端末(20)が配置される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも1つのコンテナ又はコンテナ支持体の通過地点の上方には、前記第1のセンサと前記1つ以上のコンテナとの間で、前記1つ以上のコンテナの少なくとも1つの高さ距離を測定するよう適合された、第1の深度センサが存在する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも1つのコンテナ又はコンテナ支持体の通過地点の各側に、第2の深度センサ及び第3の深度センサが配置され、前記第2の深度センサ及び前記第3の深度センサは、前記第2のセンサと前記1つ以上のコンテナ若しくはコンテナ支持体との間、又は前記第3のセンサと前記1つ以上のコンテナ若しくはコンテナ支持体との間で、少なくとも1つのコンテナ又はコンテナ支持体の少なくとも1つの長さ方向及び幅方向距離を測定するよう適合される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、画像撮影デバイスと、前記画像を前記データベースに送信するための素子とを有する、通信端末を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記画像撮影デバイスはタイムスタンプ情報を含み、前記タイムスタンプ情報は少なくとも画像撮影の日時を含み、前記タイムスタンプ情報は前記処理ユニットによって前記データベースに伝送される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
