Claims (13)
- 一つ以上の単位セルを含むバッテリーモジュール(100)と、
前記バッテリーモジュール(100)を収容する収納部を備えたケース(200)と、
前記ケース(200)の外側底面に位置する冷却部(300)と、
前記冷却部(300)を保護する補強部材(400)と、
を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 前記冷却部(300)は、冷却流路(311)が形成されているヒートシンク(310)、並びに前記ヒートシンク(310)に冷媒を供給して回収するための冷媒注入口(321)及び冷媒排出口(322)を備えた冷媒循環管(320)を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記冷却部(300)は接着部材(330)によって前記ケース(200)と固定されている、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記接着部材(330)は熱伝導性材である、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記冷媒循環管(320)は、前記ケース(200)と結合するための締結部(312)をさらに備える、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ケース(200)の収納部の底面には、前記バッテリーモジュール(100)で発生した熱を前記ケース(200)に伝達するための放熱板(210)が位置する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記冷媒循環管(320)は、前記補強部材(400)の外部に位置する、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記補強部材(400)は、前記ケース(200)の外側底面と向き合う一対の側面と密着している、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記補強部材(400)には、複数の開口部(410)が形成されている、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ヒートシンク(310)の両側端部には、前記冷媒循環管(320)と連結される冷媒入口(313)及び冷媒出口(314)が形成され、
前記冷媒入口(313)及び前記冷媒出口(314)は前記開口部(410)を通して外部に突出した状態で位置する、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ヒートシンク(310)の前記冷媒入口(313)と前記冷媒循環管(320)との間、及び前記冷媒出口(314)と前記冷媒循環管(320)との間には分岐管(323)が位置する、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記冷媒注入口(321)及び前記冷媒排出口(322)は前記ケース(200)に直接固定されている、請求項11に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックが装着された、デバイス。
