本出願は2020年8月24日付韓国特許出願第10-2020-0106280号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
Claims (11)
- バッテリパックと外部装置の間に連結されるコンタクタ、
前記コンタクタに供給される第1作動電圧を測定する電圧測定部、および
前記電圧測定部で測定された第1作動電圧に基づいて前記コンタクタの開放または閉鎖を判断する制御部を含み、
前記制御部は、
前記第1作動電圧が前記コンタクタに供給されない場合、前記コンタクタを開放と判断し、前記第1作動電圧が前記コンタクタに供給される場合、前記コンタクタを閉鎖と判断し、
前記コンタクタの開放および閉鎖それぞれをカウントし、前記カウントした結果の合算値が所定の基準値を超える場合、前記コンタクタの交換時点と判断する、バッテリシステム。 - 前記コンタクタは、
前記バッテリパックと外部装置を電気的に連結または分離するメインコンタクタである、請求項1に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記第1作動電圧の供給を制御する第1駆動信号を前記制御部から受信し、前記受信された第1駆動信号に応じて前記第1作動電圧を前記コンタクタに供給する駆動部をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 前記メインコンタクタと連結されるプリチャージコンタクタをさらに含み、
前記電圧測定部は、
前記プリチャージコンタクタに供給される第2作動電圧を測定して前記制御部に伝達し、
前記制御部は、
前記第2作動電圧が前記プリチャージコンタクタに供給されない場合前記プリチャージコンタクタを開放と判断し、前記第2作動電圧が前記プリチャージコンタクタに供給される場合前記プリチャージコンタクタを閉鎖と判断し、
前記プリチャージコンタクタの開放および閉鎖それぞれをカウントし、前記カウントした結果の合算値が前記基準値を超える場合前記プリチャージコンタクタの交換時点と判断する、請求項3に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記駆動部は、
前記プリチャージコンタクタに前記第2作動電圧の供給を制御する第2駆動信号を前記制御部から受信し、前記第2駆動信号に応じて前記第2作動電圧を前記プリチャージコンタクタに供給する、請求項4に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記合算値が前記基準値を超える場合、
前記第1作動電圧が前記コンタクタに供給されないように制御して前記コンタクタの開放を維持させる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記コンタクタは、
前記バッテリパックと前記外部装置を連結する電力ラインで互いに分離された第1地点および第2地点それぞれに連結される第1フィックス接点ユニットおよび第2フィックス接点ユニットと、前記第1フィックス接点ユニットおよび前記第2フィックス接点ユニットに対向する位置に所定の間隔で離隔するように配置されるムービング接点ユニットを含む接点部、
前記作動電圧が供給される場合電磁石機能を遂行するコイル部、および
前記コイル部の電磁気力によって直線往復運動して前記ムービング接点ユニットを前記第1フィックス接点ユニットおよび前記第2フィックス接点ユニットに接触または接触解除させるプランジャーユニットを含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記電圧測定部は、
前記測定された第1作動電圧をデジタル信号に変換して前記制御部に伝送するADC(Analog-to-digital converter)である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記カウントした結果の合算値が前記所定の基準値を超える場合、前記コンタクタの交換のためのメッセージを外部端末に提供する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリシステム。 - コンタクタに供給される作動電圧の測定値を電圧測定部から受信する段階、
前記電圧測定部で測定された作動電圧に基づいて前記コンタクタの開放または閉鎖を判断し、前記コンタクタの開放および閉鎖それぞれをカウントする段階、および
前記カウントした結果の合算値が所定の基準値を超えると前記コンタクタの交換時点と判断する段階を含み、
前記コンタクタの開放および閉鎖それぞれをカウントする段階は、
前記作動電圧が前記コンタクタに供給されない場合前記コンタクタを開放と判断し、前記作動電圧が前記コンタクタに供給される場合前記コンタクタを閉鎖と判断する、コンタクタの管理方法。 - 前記コンタクタの交換時点と判断する段階は、
前記カウントした結果の合算値が所定の基準値を超える場合、前記作動電圧が前記コンタクタに供給されないように制御して前記コンタクタの開放を維持させる、請求項10に記載のコンタクタの管理方法。
