本出願は、2020年8月20日付の韓国特許出願第10-2020-0104789号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
Claims (11)
- バッテリパックと外部装置との間に連結されるメインコンタクタと、
前記メインコンタクタと連結されるプリチャージコンタクタと、
駆動信号に応じて前記メインコンタクタに供給される作動電圧を測定する電圧測定部と、
前記電圧測定部で測定された作動電圧の変化に基づいて、前記メインコンタクタの開放イベントを判断する制御部とを含み、
前記制御部は、
前記開放イベントが発生すると、車両が運行中である走行モードで前記作動電圧が前記メインコンタクタに印加されるように制御する前記駆動信号のレベルを判断し、
前記駆動信号のレベルがイネーブルレベルであれば、前記プリチャージコンタクタを閉じた後に前記メインコンタクタを閉じ、前記メインコンタクタが閉鎖状態から所定時間経過後に前記プリチャージコンタクタを開放させる、バッテリシステム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記判断の結果、前記駆動信号のレベルがディセーブルレベルであれば、前記メインコンタクタが開放状態を維持するように制御する、請求項1に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記メインコンタクタに供給されていた前記作動電圧が供給されなければ、前記開放イベントが発生したものと判断する、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記車両の速度が予め設定された基準速度を超えるか、
前記車両のギヤ変速が後進ギヤ、中立ギヤ、またはドライブギヤであれば、前記走行モードと判断する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記制御部から前記駆動信号を受信し、前記駆動信号により前記作動電圧を前記メインコンタクタに供給する駆動部をさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 前記制御部は、
前記駆動信号を前記駆動部に伝達して、前記メインコンタクタの開放または閉鎖を制御するBMS(Battery Management System)である、請求項5に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記電圧測定部は、
前記作動電圧をデジタル信号に変換して前記制御部に伝達するADC(Analog-to-digital converter)である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 制御部がバッテリパックと外部装置との間に連結されるメインコンタクタと、前記メインコンタクタと連結されるプリチャージコンタクタとを制御して前記メインコンタクタを管理するコンタクタ管理方法であって、
駆動信号に応じて前記メインコンタクタに供給される作動電圧に基づいて、前記メインコンタクタが開放される開放イベントの発生を判断する段階と、
前記開放イベントが発生すると、車両が運行中である走行モードであるかを判断する段階と、
前記走行モードであれば、前記作動電圧が前記メインコンタクタに印加されるように制御する前記駆動信号のレベルを判断する段階と、
前記駆動信号のレベルの判断の結果、前記駆動信号のレベルがイネーブルレベルであれば、前記プリチャージコンタクタを閉じた後に前記メインコンタクタを閉じ、前記メインコンタクタが閉鎖状態から所定時間経過後に前記プリチャージコンタクタを開放させる段階とを含む、コンタクタ管理方法。 - 前記車両が運行中である走行モードであるかを判断する段階は、
前記車両の速度が予め設定された基準速度を超えるか、前記車両のギヤ変速が後進ギヤ、中立ギヤ、またはドライブギヤであれば、前記走行モードと判断する、請求項8に記載のコンタクタ管理方法。 - 前記メインコンタクタが開放される開放イベントの発生を判断する段階は、
前記作動電圧を測定する電圧測定部で測定された前記作動電圧の変化に基づいて、前記開放イベントの発生を判断する、請求項8または9に記載のコンタクタ管理方法。 - 前記駆動信号のレベルの判断の結果、前記駆動信号のレベルがディセーブルレベルであれば、前記メインコンタクタが開放状態を維持するように制御する段階をさらに含む、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクタ管理方法。
