Claims (11)
- 第1ハウジングと、前記第1ハウジングに収容される第1ターミナルとを備える雄コネクターと、
前記第1ハウジングと嵌合するように設けられる第2ハウジングと、前記第2ハウジングに収容される第2ターミナルとを備える雌コネクターと、
前記第1ハウジングが前記第2ハウジングの中に完全に嵌合すると、前記第1ハウジングの少なくとも一側と接触するようになる圧力センサーを備え、前記雄コネクターと前記雌コネクターとの接続状態を外部装置に伝送するコネクター接続感知ユニットと、を含む、コネクターモジュール。 - 前記第2ハウジングは、前記第2ターミナルが内外へ通過する後面板を備え、
前記圧力センサーは、前記第2ハウジングの中で前記後面板に取り付けられ、
前記第1ハウジングは、前記第2ハウジングの中に完全に嵌合すると、前記第1ハウジングの先端部が前記圧力センサーと接触するように設けられた、請求項1に記載のコネクターモジュール。 - 前記圧力センサーは、リング状で前記第2ハウジングの前記後面板の周縁部に沿って配置される、請求項2に記載のコネクターモジュール。
- 前記コネクター接続感知ユニットは、
前記第2ハウジングの外部に配置され、前記外部装置にコネクターの接続状態情報を伝送するコントローラーと、
前記圧力センサーと前記コントローラーとを接続する電線と、を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコネクターモジュール。 - 前記圧力センサーが、ピエゾ抵抗センサーまたはFSR圧力センサーである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のコネクターモジュール。
- 前記雄コネクターは、前記第1ハウジングと一体で形成され、前記第1ハウジングが前記第2ハウジングの中に完全に嵌合したときに前記第2ハウジングに係合するラッチ部材を含み、
前記第2ハウジングは、前記ラッチ部材の端部が挿入可能に設けられた係止溝を備え、前記係止溝に前記圧力センサーが介在されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のコネクターモジュール。 - 前記ラッチ部材は、
前記第1ハウジングの上部から前記第1ハウジングの挿入方向へ延びる水平板と、
前記水平板の端部が折り曲げられ、前記係止溝に一部が挿入されて前記圧力センサーと接触可能に設けられた係止爪と、を含む、請求項6に記載のコネクターモジュール。 - 前記第2ハウジングは、前記第1ハウジングが挿入方向の反対方向へ動かないように前記第2ハウジングの上面板から突出して形成され、前記係止爪の一側面と当接するように設けられた係止突起をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のコネクターモジュール。
- 前記雄コネクターは、前記第1ハウジングの後端部から側面方向へ突出して形成されたダミープラグをさらに含み、
前記雌コネクターは、前記第2ハウジングの外側面に備えられ、
前記ダミープラグが挿入可能なソケット形態で設けられ、前記圧力センサーが内部に介在されているセンサー取付部をさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のコネクターモジュール。 - 前記ダミープラグは、前記第1ハウジングが前記第2ハウジングの中に完全に嵌合したときに前記圧力センサーと接触するように設けられる、請求項9に記載のコネクターモジュール。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のコネクターモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
