Abstract
Description
本発明に係るスペーサは、長期安定性の観点で、既知のスペーサと比較して向上している。試験目的のために、本発明に係るスペーサを、接着試験に供した。接着試験は、劣化試験の前と後とでそれぞれ行った。劣化試験に関して、約35重量%のガラス繊維を含むスチレンアクリロニトリルでできているポリマー中空プロファイル材を、ポリスルフィドの形態の二次封止剤のストリップでコーティングし、2週間にわたって58℃及び95%超の相対湿度に保持した。これらの条件は、遮断ガラスユニットにおける20年の使用をシミュレートすることを意図している。そして、コーティングされたスペーサを、EN1279に基づく引張試験に供した。10分後に、スペーサと封止剤との間に破損が起こるまで、又はフィルムの剥離が観察されるまで、引張力を増加させた。

Claims (14)
- 下記を有するポリマー中空プロファイル材(1)を少なくとも有する、遮断ガラスユニットのためのスペーサ(I):
- 第1側壁(2.1)及びこれに平行に配置されている第2側壁(2.2)、前記側壁(2.1、2.2)を互いに接続しているグレージング内側壁(3)、
- 前記グレージング内側壁(3)に実質的に平行に配置されており前記側壁(2.1、2.2)を互いに接続している、外側壁(5)、
- 前記側壁(2.1、2.2)、前記グレージング内側壁(3)、及び前記外側壁(5)によって取り囲まれている、キャビティ(8)、
- 前記ポリマー中空体(1)の前記第1側壁(2.1)、前記外側壁(5)、及び前記第2側壁(2.2)の上の湿分バリア(30)、
ここで、前記湿分バリア(30)が、下記を少なくとも含む:
- 少なくとも1つのポリマー層(35)及び無機バリア層(34)を有する、バリア機能を有する複層システム(33)、
- 100nm未満の厚みを有する、金属又はセラミックの外側接着層(31)、
- 前記接着層(31)と前記複層システム(33)との間に配置されており、配向ポリプロピレン、配向ポリエチレンテレフタレート、二軸配向ポリプロピレン、及び二軸配向ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む群から選択されるポリマーを含有する、結合層(32)、この結合層(32)は、前記接着層(31)に直接に隣接する。 - 前記接着層(31)が、セラミック接着層であり、SiOxを含有するか又はSiOxでできている、請求項1に記載のスペーサ(I)。
- 前記接着層(31)が、金属接着層であり、アルミニウム、チタン、ニッケル、クロム、鉄、これらの合金、及び/若しくはこれらの酸化物を含有するか、又はこれらでできている、請求項1に記載のスペーサ(I)。
- 前記接着層(31)が、金属酸化物で実質的にできており、好ましくは、クロム酸化物、又はチタン酸化物で実質的にできている、請求項3に記載のスペーサ(I)。
- 前記結合層(32)が、5μm~35μm、の厚み、好ましくは8μm~30μmの厚み、特に好ましくは12μm~25μmの厚みを有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ(I)。
- 前記外側接着層(31)が、化学気相成長(CVD)又は物理気相成長(PVD)によって、前記結合層(32)に直接に適用されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ(I)。
- 前記接着層(31)が、5nm~70nmの厚み、好ましくは10nm~50nmの厚み、特に好ましくは20nm~30nmの厚みを有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ(I)。
- バリア機能を有する前記複層システム(33)が、少なくとも2つのポリマー層(35)及び少なくとも2つの無機バリア層(34)を有し、好ましくは、3つのポリマー層(35)及び3つの無機バリア層(34)を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ(I)。
- バリア機能を有する前記複層システム(33)が、正確に2又は3のポリマー層(35)及び3つの無機バリア層(34)を有する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ(I)。
- バリア機能を有する前記複層システム(33)が、1μm~8μmの厚み、好ましくは2μm~6μmの厚みを有する少なくとも1つの内部接合層を有する、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ(I)。
- バリア機能を有する前記複層システム(33)が、無機バリア層(34)として、SiOx及び/又はSiNのセラミックバリア層のみを有する、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ(I).
- バリア機能を有する前記複層システム(33)が、無機バリア層(34)として、金属バリア層(34)のみ、好ましくはアルミニウム層のみを有する、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ(I)。
- 少なくとも、第1ペイン(13)、第2ペイン(14)、前記第1ペイン(13)と前記第2ペイン(14)との間に周縁的に配置されている請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のスペーサ(I)、を含む、遮断ガラスユニット(II)であって、
- 前記第1ペイン(13)が、主要封止剤(17)を介して前記第1側壁(2.1)に付着しており、
- 前記第2ペイン(14)が、主要封止剤(17)を介して、前記第2側壁(2.2)に付着しており、
- 内部ペイン間空間(15)が、前記グレージング内側壁(3)、前記第1ペイン(13)及び前記第2ペイン(14)によって画定されており、
- 外部ペイン間空間(16)が、前記外側壁(5)に付着している前記湿分バリア(30)並びに前記第1ペイン(13)及び前記第2ペイン(14)によって画定されており、
- 二次封止剤(18)が、前記外部ペイン間空間(16)に配置されており、前記二次封止剤(18)が、前記外側接着層(31)に接触している、
遮断ガラスユニット(II)。 - 請求項13に記載の遮断ガラスユニット(II)の、建物内部グレージング、建物外部グレージング、及び/又はファサードグレージングとしての、使用。
