Abstract
Description
- 第一のポリオレフィン樹脂系テープは、ガラス及び/又はカーボンファイバ等の補強繊維を含む。
- 第二の層の厚さは第一の層の厚さより薄い。
- 第三の層を形成するテープは熱可塑性樹脂をベースとする。
- 第三の層を形成するテープは、以下の材料のうちの少なくとも1つを含む樹脂をベースとする:PET、PBT、PA、ポリマ、及びコポリマ。
- 第一及び第三の層の樹脂の融点は40℃の温度範囲内である。
- 第三の層の樹脂の融点は第一の層の融点より高い。
- 中間の第二の層はフリースを含むか、それからなる。
- 中間の第二の層は以下の材料のうちの少なくとも1つからなる:ポリエステル、ポリアミド、又はそれらの組合せ。
- 中間の第二の層は単位面積当たり重量が50~800グラム/m2である材料からなる。
- 容器の第一の層は、容器に貯蔵される予定の流体と接触することになるシールライナを形成するか、又は容器内に貯蔵される予定の流体と接触することになるシールライナの外面上に位置付けられる。

- 第二のテープを巻き付けて第三の層4を形成する。
- 温度閾値より低温まで冷却する。
Claims (11)
- 第一のポリオレフィン樹脂系テープを巻いて加圧流体複合容器の第一の層(2)を形成するステップと、前記第一の層(2)の上に、温度に依存する可変浸透特性、特に所定の温度閾値を下回る場合は浸透性を、及び前記温度閾値を超えた場合は不浸透性を有する材料からなる中間の第二の層(3)を堆積させるステップと、を含む、加圧流体複合容器の製造方法であって、前記方法が、第二の樹脂系テープを前記中間の第二の層(3)の上に巻き付けて、第三の層(4)を形成するステップを含み、前記第三の層(4)を形成する前記テープが前記第一の層(2)とは異なる樹脂をベースとすることと、前記中間の第二の層(3)を堆積させる前記ステップ中及び前記第二のテープを巻き付ける前記ステップ中に、前記中間の第二の層(3)が前記閾値温度より高い温度に保たれることを特徴とし、前記方法が、次に、前記中間の第二の層(3)を前記閾値温度より低い温度まで冷却するステップを含み、その間に前記第一の層(2)及び第三の層(4)が各々、それらの樹脂の融点より高い温度に保持される、方法。
- 前記第一のポリオレフィン樹脂系テープは、ガラス及び/又はカーボンファイバ等の補強繊維を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中間の第二の層(3)の厚さは前記第一の層(2)の厚さより薄いことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第三の層(4)を形成する前記テープは熱可塑性樹脂をベースとすることを特徴とする、請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第三の層(4)を形成する前記テープは、以下の材料:PET、PBT、PAのうちの少なくとも1つを含む樹脂をベースとすることを特徴とする、請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の層(2)及び前記第三の層(4)の前記樹脂の融点は40℃の温度範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第三の層(4)の前記樹脂の融点は前記第一の層(2)の融点より高いことを特徴とする、請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記中間の第二の層(3)はフリースを含むか、それからなることを特徴とする、請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記中間の第二の層(3)は以下の材料:ポリエステル、ポリアミド、又はそれらの組合せ、のうちの少なくとも1つからなることを特徴とする、請求項1~8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記中間の第二の層(3)の単位面積当たり重量は50~800グラム/m2であることを特徴とする、請求項1~9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
