Abstract
Description

再生可能な原料(または再生可能なオイルおよび/または脂肪)は、オイルおよび/または脂肪を含む、通常は脂質(例えば脂肪酸またはグリセリドなど)を含む、例えば、植物オイル/脂肪、植物オイル/脂肪、動物性オイル/脂肪、海藻オイル/脂肪、魚オイル/脂肪、および、海藻オイル/脂肪またはほかの微生物プロセスからのオイル/脂肪、例えば遺伝子操作された海藻のオイル/脂肪、他の微生物プロセスからの遺伝子操作されたオイル/脂肪、および遺伝子操作された植物オイル/脂肪などを含む、生物学的原料成分由来のフィードストックを意味する。アルキルエステル(典型的にはC1~C5アルキルエステル、例えばメチル、エチル、プロピル、イソプロピル、ブチル、sec-ブチルエステルなど)またはオレフィンなどのような材料の成分もまた使用され得る。再生可能とは明確に化石起源を排除するが、リサイクルされた化石材料は使用され得る。
再生可能なパラフィン系フィードの調製は、しばしば、再生可能な原料またはフィードのストックからの酸素を除去する反応を含み、これを行うために多くの方針がある。脱酸素は、以下の反応の一または複数を含み得る:
1)水素化脱酸素(HDO)、酸素結合の水素化-H2Oとしての酸素の除去

植物起源のならびに-36℃の曇点および-32℃の凝固点を有する再生可能な原料またはフィードストックの水素化脱酸素および異性化によって製造される再生可能なパラフィン系生成物が、2つのカット:IBP-25%および25%-FBPに蒸留され、したがって、2つ(だけ)の生成物が得られ、他の処理工程を必要とすることなし、このうち一つはHEFA仕様を満たし、および一つはトランスオイルの規格を満たした。

Claims (19)
- 再生可能なパラフィン系生成物の複合製造のための方法であって、
脂肪酸および/または脂肪酸のエステルを含む再生可能な原料の水素化脱酸素および異性化によって再生可能なパラフィン系フィードを提供する工程、
前記再生可能なパラフィン系フィードを蒸留による2つの画分に分画する工程であって、前記2つの画分が、
HEFA(水素処理されたエステルおよび脂肪酸)のためのASTM D7566-17b、Annex A2の航空燃料成分のための仕様を満たす、より軽質な画分、および
IEC 60296-2018規格の電気技術用流体成分のための仕様を満たす、より重質な画分
となるように分画する工程、
を含み、
前記2つの画分の複合収率が、前記分画に付された前記再生可能なパラフィン系フィードの少なくとも98wt-%であり、および
前記2つの画分の総計の重量に対する前記より軽質な画分の収率が20~90wt-%であり、前記2つの画分の総計の重量に対する前記より重質な画分の収率が10~80wt-%である方法。 - 前記より重質な画分が、
ENISO-3104-1996にしたがって測定されて、12mm2/sまたはそれより低い、典型的には3.4mm2/sである40℃での粘度、
ENISO-3104-1996にしたがって測定されて、1800mm2/sまたはそれより低い、典型的には42.2mm2/sである-30℃での粘度、
ENISO-2719-2016にしたがって測定されて、少なくとも135℃、典型的には138.5℃である引火点(PM)、および
0.01mg KOH/gまたはそれより低い、典型的には0.001mg KOH/g未満である酸度
を含む、IEC 60296-2018規格の電気技術用流体成分のための仕様を満たしている請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記より重質な画分が、規格IEC 60296-2018の表2の一般仕様を全て満たしているトランスオイルである請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記分画が、蒸留によって提供される請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記2つの画分の前記複合収率が、前記分画に付された前記再生可能なパラフィン系フィードの少なくとも99wt-%、または100wt-%である請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記異性化が、触媒異性化、好ましくは触媒水素化異性化である請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記より軽質な画分の製造能力および前記より重質な画分の製造能力が、例えば温度および/または異性化の滞留時間などの前記水素化脱酸素および前記異性化の条件の選択によって、および/または、前記再生可能な原料の選択によって、調整される請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化脱酸素が、10~200barg(bar gauge)の水素圧の下、200~400℃の温度で、および、0.2h-1~10h-1の液空間速度で行われる請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記異性化が、200~500℃、好ましくは280~400℃の温度で、および、10~150bar(絶対単位)、好ましくは30~100barの圧力で行われる請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記再生可能なパラフィン系フィードが、前記水素化脱酸素および前記異性化の後、安定化された再生可能なパラフィン系フィードおよびナフサ範囲(C4~C8)の炭化水素を含む塔頂画分を得るために、前記異性化の圧力より低い圧力で、安定化カラム内での安定化処理に付され、その後、前記安定化された再生可能なパラフィン系フィードが、前記分画に付され、および、任意には、少なくとも一部の前記塔頂画分が、回収され、およびリフラックスのために安定化カラムへと戻されリサイクルされる請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記より軽質な画分の製造能力および前記より重質な画分の製造能力が、前記再生可能なパラフィン系フィードの曇点および/または密度の選択によって調整される請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記再生可能なパラフィン系フィードの曇点が、EN23015-1994にしたがって測定されて、-30℃またはそれより低い、または、-34℃またはそれより低い、または、-40℃またはそれより低い、または、-48℃またはそれより低い請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記より軽質な画分の収率が、前記2つの画分の総計の重量の70~90wt-%であり、および、前記より重質な画分の収率が、前記2つの画分の総計の重量の10~30wt-%である請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記再生可能なパラフィン系フィードが、C8~C22炭化水素、またはC10~C20炭化水素、またはC15~C18炭化水素を含む請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記再生可能なパラフィン系フィードが、140℃~340℃の範囲内、好ましくは180℃~320℃の範囲内の蒸留範囲を有する請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記より軽質な画分が、
ASTM D4052-2016にしたがって15℃で測定されて、最大で772kg/m3である密度、および
IP529-2016にしたがって測定されて、-40℃より低い凝固点
を含む、HEFA仕様のためのASTM D7566-17b、Annex A2の航空燃料成分のための仕様を満たす請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記より軽質な画分が、HEFAのためのASTM D7566-17b、Annex A2の全ての仕様を満たしている航空燃料成分である請求項1~16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 一または複数の酸化防止剤を混合することによって前記より軽質な画分を安定化することをさらに含む請求項1~17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 1~50vol-%、好ましくは3~50vol-%の前記より軽質な成分と、
99~50vol-%、好ましくは97~50vol-%の化石航空燃料成分と、
任意には、酸化防止剤、金属不活性化剤、および燃料システム氷結防止剤、および/または、導電性向上剤、漏れ検知添加剤、殺生物添加剤、腐食防止剤および潤滑性向上剤より選択される一または複数の航空燃料取り扱いおよびメンテナンス添加物から選択される一または複数の航空燃料性能促進添加剤と
を、最終的な航空燃料組成物を得るためにブレンドする工程をさらに含む請求項1~18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
