Abstract
【課題】調理用具の洗浄には、一般に洗剤を使用しながら複数の食器類と一緒に洗浄することが多く、調理用具用蓋の材質によっては、重いものもあるため、洗浄時に他の食器類とぶつかり食器類を破損することがあった。【解決手段】円環状の内枠と円環状の外枠と調理用シートからなる調理用具用蓋であって、前記内枠は上面断面積が下面断面積よりも小さい枠体であり、前記外枠も上面断面積が下面断面積よりも小さい枠体で、かつ高さが前記内枠よりも小さい枠体であり、前記調理用シートは前記内枠の外周面と前記外枠の内周面との間に挟持される。【選択図】図１
Description
本発明は、調理の際に使用する鍋やフライパン等の調理用具の蓋に関する。
今までの鍋やフライパン等の調理用具の蓋は、その調理用具専用の蓋であることが多く、金属製やガラス製であるため重く、使用後も調理用具や食器類と一緒に洗浄する必要があった。
調理用具の洗浄には、一般に洗剤を使用しながら複数の食器類と一緒に洗浄することが多く、調理用具用蓋の材質によっては、重いものもあるため、洗浄時に他の食器類とぶつかり食器類を破損することがあった。
上記課題を解決するために、本発明は円環状の内枠と円環状の外枠と調理用シートからなる調理用具用蓋であって、前記内枠は上面断面積が下面断面積よりも小さい枠体であり、前記外枠も上面断面積が下面断面積よりも小さい枠体で、かつ高さが前記内枠よりも小さい枠体であり、前記調理用シートは前記内枠の外周面と前記外枠の内周面との間に挟持されることを特徴とする。また、前記内枠の内周部には、取っ手部が回動自在に係止されていることを特徴とする。
上記手段による本発明の調理用具用蓋によれば、使用後に調理用シートのみを廃棄するだけでよく、内枠と外枠はそのまま再利用可能である。また、内枠と外枠は軽量であるため、調理用具の大きさに合わせて複数種用意していても嵩張ることはない。
本発明の調理用具用蓋の具体的構造を以下の実施例に示す。
図１は本発明の調理用具用蓋の外観を示す斜視図であり、図２は本発明の調理用具用蓋の各構成部材の外観を示す斜視図である。これらの図において、円環状の内枠１及び円環状の外枠３は難燃性の樹脂から形成され、前記内枠１の内側には、直径方向に２箇所の取っ手取り付け部７で回動自在に支持された取っ手部２が取り付けられている。また、前記内枠１は側面視円錐台状であり、上面の断面積が下面の断面積よりも小さい形状となっている。円環状の外枠３も側面視円錐台状であり、上面の断面積が下面の断面積よりも小さい形状となっており、前記外枠３は前記内枠１に篏合するようになっている。さらに、厚手の不織布で形成された調理用シート４が前記内枠１の下面を覆い、前記内枠１の外周面に被せる形で装着され、さらに前記外枠３が前記調理用シート４を挟むように、前記内枠１に篏合されている。なお、前記調理用シート４としてアルミホイルを代用することもできる。この場合には、必要に応じて空気逃がし穴５を開けておいてもよい。
図３は本発明の調理用具用蓋を鍋に使用した状態を示す斜視図である。図１に示す調理用具用蓋は、鍋６の上面開口部を覆うように装着される。鍋の大きさに応じて調理用具用蓋の大きさも適宜変更すればよい。

Claims (2)
- 円環状の内枠と円環状の外枠と調理用シートからなる調理用具用蓋であって、前記内枠は上面断面積が下面断面積よりも小さい枠体であり、前記外枠も上面断面積が下面断面積よりも小さい枠体で、かつ高さが前記内枠よりも小さい枠体であり、前記調理用シートは前記内枠の外周面と前記外枠の内周面との間に挟持されることを特徴とする調理用具用蓋。
- 前記内枠の内周部には、取っ手部が回動自在に係止されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の調理用具用蓋。
