Claims (33)

前記弁は、40本より少ない縫合糸で前記ステントに取り付けられる心臓弁置換装置。 - 前記弁は、30本より少ない縫合糸で前記ステントに取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の心臓弁置換装置。
- 前記弁は、20本以下の縫合糸で前記ステントに取り付けられる、請求項2に記載の心臓弁置換装置。
- 前記弁は、3本~20本の縫合糸で前記ステントに取り付けられる、請求項3に記載の心臓弁置換装置。
- 前記弁は、前記弁小葉に接続された本体部を有する、請求項1に記載の心臓弁置換装置。
- 前記本体部の厚みは、前記弁小葉の厚みとは異なる、請求項5に記載の心臓弁置換装置。
- 前記弁は、折り返し部を有する、請求項1に記載の心臓弁置換装置。
- 前記折り返し部は、前記ステントに対して第1姿勢から第2姿勢に拡張可能である、請求項7に記載の心臓弁置換装置。
- 前記折り返し部は、前記弁の本体部に連結されている、請求項7に記載の心臓弁置換装置。
- 前記折り返し部の厚みは、前記本体部の厚みとは異なる、請求項9に記載の心臓弁置換装置。
- 前記折り返し部の厚みは、前記弁小葉の厚みとは異なる、請求項7に記載の心臓弁置換装置。
- 前記ステントは、少なくとも1つの取り付け要素を有する、請求項1に記載の心臓弁置換装置。
- 少なくとも1本の縫合糸は、1つの取り付け要素において前記ステントを前記弁に連結する、請求項12に記載の心臓弁置換装置。

前記弁小葉に接続された本体部と、を備え、

前記組織材料の単一シートから形成した前記弁をステントのルーメン内に挿入する工程と、
前記弁を40本より少ない縫合糸で前記ステントに固定する工程と
を備える心臓弁置換装置の製造方法。 - 前記弁は、30本より少ない縫合糸で前記ステントに固定される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記弁は20本より少ない縫合糸で前記ステントに固定される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記弁は、3~20本の縫合糸で前記ステントに固定される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記弁を形成する工程は、前記組織材料の単一シートを金型の中に挿入する工程を含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記金型は、上部と下部とを有する、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記金型は、前記上部を前記下部にロックする為のロック部材を備える、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記組織材料の単一シートと前記上部と前記下部のうちの少なくとも一方の間にスペーサーが挿入される、請求項25に記載の方法。
